Description
Die gattungsbildende europ. Patentanmeldung 0 525 552 Al schlägt für die Einbaustücke der Arbeits- und der Stützwalzen gemeinsame Verschiebeblöcke vor, die zwischen den Einbaustücken und dem Walzenständer angeordnet sind und an ihren den Einbaustücken abgewandten Seiten Keilflächen aufweisen, welche mit vertikal verstellbaren Verschiebeantrieben mit ebensolchen Keilflächen korrespondieren. Beim Verstellen dieser Verschiebeantriebe bewirken die aufeinandergleitenden Keilflächen eine Horizontalverschiebung der Verschiebeblöcke, wodurch diese die seitlich anliegenden Einbaustücken verstellen.
Aus der gleichen Schrift sind auch andere Verstellantriebe bekannt geworden, wie Hydraulikzylinder oder mechanisch auf die Einbaustücke wirkende Spindeln, mit denen jeweils die Einbaustücke zur Veränderung der Walzenpositionen innerhalb des Ständerfensters horizontal verschoben werden.
Claims (4)
- Walzgerüst (1) mit Stütz- und Arbeitswalzen (4a, 4b; 2a, 2b) zum Walzen von Blechen und Bändern, bei dem die oberen und unteren Arbeitswalzen (2a, 2b) zusammen mit den ihnen zugeordneten Stützwalzen (4a, 4b) durch gegensinniges horizontales Verschieben der jede Walze innerhalb der Ständerfenster (9) lagernden Einbaustücke (3a, 3b; 5a, 5b) mittels zwischen den Einbaustücken (5a, 5b) und den Ständersäulen (11) der Walzenständer (1) angeordneter Verschiebeblöcke (10) über Verschiebeantriebe (18) paarweise aus der gemeinsamen Vertikalebene heraus in Stellungen verschiebbar sind, in der sich die durch die Walzenachsen der Arbeits- und Stützwalzen (2a, 2b; 4a, 4b) verlaufenden Vertikalebenen kreuzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verschiebeblöcke als U-förmige Druckstücke (1 0) ausgebildet sind, deren Stege (10b) mit ihren kalottenförmigen Außenseiten (12) an den Einbaustücken (5a,5b) anliegen und deren Schenkel (10a) die Ständersäulen (1 1) des Walzenständers (1) beidseitig umgreifen. - Walzgerüst mit Stütz- und Arbeitswalzen zum Walzen von Blechen und Bändern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Verschieben der Druckstücke (10) in deren beiden, die Ständersäule (1 1) des Walzenständers (1) umgreifenden Schenkeln (1 Oa), Querbohrungen (1 3) vorgesehen sind, in denen am Walzenständer (1) angeordnete, um zu den Achsen (1 4) der Querbohrungen parallele Achsen (1 3) verdrehbare Exzenter (16) gelagert sind. - Walzgerüst mit Stütz- und Arbeitswalzen zum Walzen von Blechen und Bändern nach Anspruch2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Querbohrungen (1 3) beider Schenkel (1 Oa) jedes Druckstückes (1 0) gegenüberliegen und über eine die Ständersäule (1 1) des Walzenständers (1) durchgreifende Bohrung verbunden sind, in der eine mit einem Drehantrieb (18) verbundene gemeinsame Welle für die beidseitig in den Querbohrungen (1 3) der Schenkel (1 Oa) gelagerten Exzenter (1 6) angeordnet ist. - Walzgerüst mit Stütz- und Arbeitswalzen zum Walzen von Blechen und Bändem nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einbaustücke (5a,5b) als Einbaustücke ausgebildet sind, die die Einbaustücke (3a,3b) vertikalverstellbar aufnehmen, wobei die Druckstücke (10) an den Einbaustücken anliegen.
