Claims (6)
- Abschneidevorrichtung für bandförmige Materialien, die einen elektromotorischen Antrieb (3) zum Antrieb eines verschieblichen gelagerten Flachmessers (14) sowie ein Festmesser (16) aufweist, wobei das verschieblich gelagerte Flachmesser (14) seitlich jeweils in einem Lagerelement (17-20, 21, 21a) gelagert ist und das verschieblich gelagerte Flachmesser (14) im wesentlichen über seine Schneidkante (15) auf der Schneidkante (15') des Festmessers (16) ansetzt, so daß hierdurch eine Dreipunkt-Lagerung des Flachmessers (14) ausbildbar ist, und daß das verschieblich gelagerte Flachmesser (14) über zwei im wesentlichen symmetrisch zur in Bewegungsrichtung des Flachmessers verlaufenden Mittellinie angeordnete Antriebspunkte (13, 13a) antreibbar ist, wobei der das Flachmesser (14) antreibende Antriebteil (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) über im wesentlichen symmetrisch angeordnete Antriebshebel (9, 9a) mit den Angriffspunkten (13, 13a) des Flachmessers (14) verbunden ist, der am Flachmesser (14) angreifende erste Antriebshebel (9) an seinem antriebsseitigen Ende mit dem Antrieb (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) verbunden ist, und an seinem abtriebsseitigen Ende eine Verzahnung (11) besitzt, und der zweite Antriebshebel (9a) an seinem antriebsseitigen Ende eine mit der Verzahnung (11) des ersten Abtriebshebels (9) zusammenwirkende weitere Verzahnung (11a) besitzt und an seinem abtriebsseitigen Ende über einen Zapfen (12a) mit dem zweiten Angriffspunkt (13a) des Flachmessers (14) verbunden ist.
- Abschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das seitliche Lagerelement für das Falchmesser (14) durch eine Laufkerbe (21, 21a) mit Laufkugeln (17-20) ausgebildet ist.
- Abschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerelement für das Flachmesser (32) durch einen Gleitschuh (35) ausgebildet ist.
- Abschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleitschuh (35) ein elastisch federndes Führungsteil (34) aufweist, das am Flachmesser (32) ansetzt.
- Abschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsteil (34) über ein Federelement (36) mit dem Gleitschuh ( 35) verbunden ist.
- Abschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für eine Hubverstellung zwischen zwei Hubstellungen des Flachmessers (14) ein Pleuel (8) eine winkelförmigen Aussparung (7) aufweist, die eine tiefere (7') und eine flachere Aussparung (7") aufweist.
