  • wobei außerdem die Vorrichtung ein am unteren Querholm des festen Rahmens od. dgl. befestigtes Element und ein am unteren Flügelholm gegenüber einem Deckwinkel bzw. einer Stulpschiene verschiebbares Glied aufweist und letzteres in seiner Arbeitsstellung eine Kante des Elementes hintergreift,
  • wobei das Glied als gegen den Widerstand einer Rückstellfeder in die entsperrte Stellung verschiebbares, am Deckwinkel bzw. an der Stulpschiene geführtes Sperrglied ausgebildet ist,
  • und wobei die Rückstellfeder, insbesondere eine Schraubendruckfeder zwischen das Sperrglied und eine flügelfeste Kante, Fläche od. dgl. eingesetzt ist und das Element als Sperrelement ausgebildet ist.

Claims (10)

  1. Fitting for a leaf (3), which is at least tiltable and slideable in a parallel manner, of a window comprising a fixed frame (1), of a door or the like,
    having a locking linkage, which can be operated by means of an actuating member (5), for the leaf (3), which locking linkage extends from the actuating member (5) at least along the lower leaf spar adjacent to the tilt bearings,
    wherein the leaf (3) is coupled to the fixed frame (1) on this leaf spar by means of a device (21) which appertains to the fitting, which can be released by the locking linkage and which, in its operating position, blocks the sliding movement, and the lower leaf spar is released in the sliding direction when the device (21) is in the released position,
    wherein, moreover, the device has an element (22) which is fixed to the lower transverse spar of the fixed frame or the like, and a member (25) which can be displaced on the lower leaf spar with respect to a covering angle or an inverted rail (28), and this latter member, when in its working position, engages behind an edge of the element (22),
    wherein the member (25) is formed as a blocking member which can be displaced against the resistance of a return spring (35) into the released position and is guided on the covering angle or on the inverted rail,
    and wherein the return spring (35), in particular a helical compression spring, is inserted between the blocking member and an edge, surface or the like which is fixedly attached to the leaf, and the element (22) is formed as a blocking element,
    characterised in that
    the device (21) has a second member (27) which can be displaced with respect to the covering angle or the inverted rail (28), which member (27) is moveably coupled in a form-locking manner with a connecting rod (26) of the locking linkage, which is covered by the covering angle or the inverted rail (28) over the connecting rod's entire adjusting path reaching from a locking switching position via a tilt opening switching position into an end switching position,
    the first member - the blocking member - of this device (21), which member can be displaced with respect to the covering angle or the inverted rail (28), can be automatically fixed, by means of fixing elements, relative to the covering angle or to the inverted rail (28) in its position which is released with respect to the resistance of the return spring (35),
    the fixing elements for the first member (25) - the blocking member - of the device (21) are provided on the one hand in a region of the adjusting path for the second member (27), which region directly adjoins the end switching position, and on the other hand they are located, in the mounted state, in a portion on the lower leaf spar, which is superimposed on the element (22) fixed to the transverse spar of the fixed frame (1) or the like,
    and that the fixing elements for the first member 25 - the blocking member - can on the one hand be advanced to their fixing position by means of the second member (27) and on the other hand can be forced out of their fixing position by the frame-side element (22).
  2. Fitting as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the second displaceable member (27) forms a locking bolt member which is allocated a second element (23) as a locking bolt element on the transverse spar of the fixed frame (1) or the like in a position, corresponding to the locking switching position of the connecting rod (26), when the leaf (3) is lying against the fixed frame (1) or the like in the closed position.
  3. Fitting as claimed in any one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that one of the fixing elements consists of a spring strap (29) fixed via one of its ends to the displaceable first member 25 - the blocking member -, which spring strap is disposed with its free, other end ahead of the first member (25) - blocking member - in the direction in which the return spring (35) acts, while the other fixing element is formed by a latch guide (31) fixed in a stationary manner to the covering angle or the inverted rail (28), and that when the first member (25) - the blocking member - is in the working position the free end of the spring strap (29) thus protrudes over the latch guide (31) in the direction of the second member (27) of the device at least by the length of the release adjusting path of the first member - the blocking member -, while a latching lug (34) is located on the spring strap (29) at a distance behind the free end and grasps a counter bearing of the latch guide (31) from behind when the first member (25) - the blocking member - is in the release position.
  4. Fitting as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that the latch guide (31) provided as a fixing element is spaced apart from the first member - the blocking member - of the device (21) and inside this spacing region a longitudinal portion of the spring strap (29) is exposed, wherein a run-up cam (40) protrudes from this longitudinal portion of the spring strap (29) as means of actuating the latching lug (34) into the region in which acts the first element (22) which is fixed to the lower transverse spar of the fixed frame (1) or the like.
  5. Fitting as claimed in any one of claims 3 or 4, characterised in that the latch guide (31) forming the other fixing element consists of a U-shaped part fixed with its limbs to the inverted rail (28), the free space (42) of which U-shaped part, delimited by the limbs (32) of the U and the cross-piece (33) of the U, has the spring strap passing through it in the longitudinal direction of the covering angle or of the inverted rail (28).
  6. Fitting as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the first member (25), the blocking member with the return spring (35) and with the spring strap (29), which forms one fixing element, and with a guide housing (36) forms a constructional unit which is releasably fixed to the inverted rail (28), which covers the connecting rod (26), in particular to the covering angle (28) of a corner diverting piece.
  7. Fitting as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the elements (22, 23), which are fixed in the mounted state to the lower transverse spar of the fixed frame (1) or the like, each have an approximately C-shaped cross-section as a bolt engagement means, while the first member (25) - the blocking member -, which is located on the lower leaf spar, and the second member (25) have a cross-section which is complementary thereto, for example, conversely, an approximately T-shaped or even horizontal H-shaped cross-section.
  8. Fitting as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 6, characterised in that the spring strap (29), at its free end (37), has a bent stop tab (38) for the second member (27) of the device (21).
  9. Fitting as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the spring strap (29) of the first member (25) - the blocking member - has run-up slopes (44) on its longitudinal edges (43) at least laterally next to the run-up cam (40) and that the element (22), which is allocated to the first member on the lower transverse spar of the fixed frame (1) or the like, is provided with run-up slopes (45) on its longitudinal edges (46).
  10. Fitting as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that all the functional parts of the device (21) have a structure which is symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal central plane of the covering angle or of the inverted rail (28).
