Claims (4)
- Dublier- und Wickeleinrichtung zur Herstellung von Karkassen von Transport- oder Antriebsbändern mit Wickeltrommeln (17, 18) und einem zwischen den Wickeltrommeln (17, 18) angeordneten Dublierförderer (9) sowie mit einer Zuführeinrichtung (1) für zu dublierende bzw. aufzuwickelnde Bahnen (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Zuführeinrichtung (1) und dem Dublierförderer (9) zwei in entgegengesetzter Richtung schräg nach unten geführte Übergabe-Anlegeförderer (4, 5) angeordnet sind, die mit ihrem unteren Ende bis in die unmittelbare Nähe des Dublierförderers (9) schwenkbar sind und die wechselnd an einen Auslauf der Zuführeinrichtung (1) positionierbar sind, derart, daß die Bahnen (2) auf den Dublierförderer (9) oder auf die auf dem Dublierförderer (9) befindlichen Bahnen (2) selbsttätig angelegt und übergeben werden können.
- Dublier- und Wickeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Übergabe-Anlegeförderer (4, 5) Mittel zur Erfassung der Bahnspannung der zugeführten Bahn (2, 22, 23) angeordnet sind, mittels der die Geschwindigkeit des Dublierförderers (9) anpaßbar ist.
- Dublier- und Wickeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Zuführeinrichtung (1) Mittel zur Erfassung der Bahnspannung angeordnet sind, mittels der die Geschwindigkeit der Zuführeinrichtung (1) regelbar ist, und daß an dem Dublierförderer (9) Mittel zur Erfassung der Bahnspannung angeordnet sind, mittels der die Geschwindigkeit der Wickeltrommeln (17, 18) regelbar ist.
- Dublier- und Wickeleinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und/oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Erfassung der Bahnspannung als Kraftmeßrollen (6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 20) ausgebildet sind.
