Claims (7)
- Walzenanordnung in einem Falzapparat einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit einer ersten eine Beschichtung (20) aus elastischem Material aufweisenden ersten Zugwalze (12) sowie einer eine Beschichtung (26) aus elastischem Material aufweisenden zweiten Zugwalze (14), die zusammen einen Walzenspalt (10) bilden, durch welchen hindurch eine aus einer Vielzahl von durch Zusammenführwalzen (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) übereinander geführten Bahnsträngen (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) gebildete Bedruckstoffbahn (2) hindurch geführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
die Zusammenführwalzen (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) sowie die erste und die zweite Zugwalze (12, 14) in der Weise angeordnet sind, daß die mehrlagige Bahn (2) entlang einer Linie (6) verläuft, die im wesentlichen tangential zu der ersten und der zweiten Zugwalze (12, 14) angeordnet ist. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß diese weiterhin einen Falztrichter (36) umfaßt, der nahe der ersten und der zweiten Zugwalze (12, 14) angeordnet ist, wobei der Falztrichter (36) eine obere Ebene (38) aufweist und in der Weise angeordnet ist, daß die obere Ebene (38) sich im wesentlichen entlang der Linie (6) erstreckt. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die erste und zweite Zugwalze (12, 14) einen Kern (18, 24) aus unelastischem Material und eine durchgehende Beschichtung (20, 26) aus elastischem Material aufweisen. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die erste und die zweite Zugwalze (12, 14) im wesentlichen identisch ausgebildet sind. - Walzenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß von der ersten und zweiten Zugwalze (12, 14) mindestens eine drehbar in einem Paar schwenkbarer (30) Arme (28) gelagert ist, wobei die schwenkbaren (30) Arme (28) mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung (32) zum Verschwenken der Arme (28) in der Weise verbunden sind, daß die erste Zugwalze (12) an die zweite Zugwalze (14) anstellbar ist. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anstellkraft zwischen der ersten Zugwalze (12) und der zweiten Zugwalze (14) durch die Betätigungseinrichtung (32) regulierbar ist. - Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinrichtung einen Pneumatikzylinder (32) umfaßt.
