Claims (8)
- Wärmekraftmaschine bzw. -motor (5) eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit einem selbsttragenden Verbund- bzw. Verbindungschassis (1), umfassend ein integriertes Expansionsgefäß (29) und ein Eingangsgehäuse (21) für die Verteilung und den Austritt von Wasser, sowie eine Mehrzahl von starren gestreckten bzw. verlängerten Rohrleitungen (16), die mit dem Expansionsgefäß (29) und dem Gehäuse (21) die starre Struktur des Chassis (1) bilden und sich bis in die Nähe der Organe zum Verkoppeln mit dem Motor (5) erstrecken, wobei das Chassis Mittel (13) für die Befestigung auf dem Motor (5) hat, davon Mittel für die direkte Verbindung zwischen dem Ausgang und Eintritt von Kühlwasser des Motors und dem Gehäuse (21) des selbsttragenden Chassis.
- Motor gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (21) einen mit dem Ausgang der Wasserpumpe des Motors verbindbaren Warmwassereingang hat, welcher mit einem Warmwasserausgang des Gehäuses (21) verbunden ist, der mit einer zum Warmwassereingang eines Kühlers (25) führenden Rohrleitung verbunden ist, und einen mit einer Rohrleitung für durch einen Kühler (25) gekühltes Wasser verbundenen Kaltwassereingang, der mit einem Kaltwasserausgang verbunden ist, welcher mit dem Kühlwassereingang der Wärmekraftmaschine bzw. des Motors verbindbar ist.
- Motor gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Chassis Mittel (15) für den Halt bzw. die Sicherung von elektrischen oder optischen Kabeln (19) oder einer anderen Leitung für die Übertragung von Fluid hat.
- Motor gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Chassis flexible Rohrleitungen (17.1 bis 17.7) hat, die mit starren Rohrleitungen (16.1 bis 16.7) verbunden sind und die Verbindungen in den Zonen sicherstellen, die schweren Beanspruchungen unterworfen sind, in den Zonen der Verbindung mit den Organen des Motors und/oder in den Zonen, die einem hin- und hergezerrten oder schwierigen Durchgang entsprechen.
- Motor gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Rohrleitungen (17), insbesondere der flexiblen Rohrleitungen, mit Verbindungseinrichtungen, insbesondere Schnellverbindungen (23), versehen sind.
- Motor gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die starren Rohrleitungen (16.1 bis 16.7) aus einem einzigen Stück durch Formen oder Extrusion von Kunststoffen hergestellt sind.
- Motor gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die starren Rohrleitungen (16.1 bis 16.7) durch Zusammenbau von mehreren Stücken bzw. Teilen aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
- Motor gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Kühler (25) hat, der mit dem Motor durch flexible Rohrleitungen (17.1, 17.4) und durch starre Rohrleitungen (16.1 bis 16.4) verbunden ist, dass der Motor einen Wärmeaustauscher (27) hat, der mit dem Kühlkreislauf durch flexible Rohrleitungen (17.2, 17.3, 17.31) und starre Rohrleitungen (16.3, 16.31, 16.2) verbunden ist, dass er flexible Rohrleitungen (17.5, 17.6) hat und durch starre Rohrleitungen (16.5, 16.6) für die Verbindung mit dem Lufterhitzer für die Heizung des Fahrgastraums des Fahrzeugs sowie eine starre Rohrleitung (16.7, die mit einer flexiblen Rohrleitung (17.7) verbunden ist, welche mit einem Einlassverteiler verbunden ist.
