Claims (22)
- Auszugführung für aus einem Korpus ausziehbare Auszüge, umfassend eine korpusseitige erste Führungsschiene und eine an dieser mittels in einem Wälzkörperkäfig aufgenommenen Wälzkörpern in Ausziehrichtung verschieblich geführte zweite Führungsschiene, welche relativ zur ersten Führungsschiene zwischen einer eingeschobenen und einer ausgezogenen Endstellung bewegbar ist, wobei zum Anfahren einer der Endstellungen ein Paar von vor Erreichen der Endstellung zusammenwirkenden Anbremselementen (100, 102; 110, 112; 200, 202; 210, 212, 214) vorgesehen sind, die Anbremselemente zum Erreichen der Endstellung durch eine Relativbewegung in einer Bewegungsrichtung aufeinander zu bewegbar sind, eines der Anbremselemente (102, 112, 202, 212, 214) als eine in Bewegungsrichtung auf die jeweilige Endstellung zu sich insbesondere konisch verengende Aufnahme (134) ausgebildet ist und das andere der Anbremselemente (100, 110, 200, 210) als in die, insbesondere konische, Aufnahme (134) hineinbewegbares Teil ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzeugung einer der Relativbewegung entgegengesetzten Bremswirkung eines der Anbremselemente (100, 110, 200, 210) aufgrund des Zusammenwirkens derselben mit zunehmender Annäherung an die Endstellung innerhalb eines vor der Endstellung liegenden Bremswegs so zunehmend deformierbar ist, daß die Bremskraft mit zunehmender Annäherung an die Endstellung aufgrund der zunehmenden Deformation des einen der Anbremselemente (100, 110, 200, 210) bis zum Erreichen der Endstellung ständig zunimmt und ein sanftes Einlaufen in die Endstellung erfolgt. - Auszugführung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (134) mindestens eine zur Ausziehrichtung in einem spitzen Winkel (α) geneigte Anlauffläche (136, 138) aufweist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (134) zwei symmetrisch zur Ausziehrichtung (16) oder Einschieberichtung (18) und im spitzen Winkel (α) zu dieser verlaufende Anlaufflächen (136, 138) aufweist.
- Auszugführung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (134) eine quer zur Ausziehrichtung (16) oder Einschieberichtung (18) verlaufende Endanschlagfläche (140) aufweist.
- Auszugführung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anbremselement (100, 110, 200, 210), welches das in die Aufnahme (134) einschiebbare Teil aufweist, deformierbar ist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in die Aufnahme (134) hineinbewegbare Teil mindestens einen innerhalb des Bremswegs mit einer der Anlaufflächen (136, 138) zusammenwirkenden Vorsprung (126, 128) aufweist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (126, 128) deformierbar ist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung als Finger (126, 128) ausgebildet ist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung als mit zunehmender Annäherung an die Endstellung sich aufgrund seiner Deformation verschwenkender Finger (126, 128) ausgebildet ist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Finger (126, 128) sich mit zunehmender Annäherung an die Endstellung mit einer Komponente in Richtung seiner Bewegungsrichtung (16, 18) relativ zur Aufnahme (134) verschwenkt.
- Auszugführung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in die Aufnahme (134) einschiebbare Teil zwei symmetrisch zur Ausziehrichtung (16) oder Einschieberichtung (18) angeordnete und von diesem abstehende Vorsprünge (126, 128) aufweist.
- Auszugführung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anbremselemente (100, 102; 110, 112, 200, 202, 210, 212, 214) zwischen den Führungsschienen (20, 22, 24) und zwischen den diese aneinander führenden oberen und unteren Wälzkörpern (26, 28; 32, 34) angeordnet sind.
- Auszugführung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Anbremselemente (100, 110, 200, 210) an einer der Führungsschienen (20, 22, 24) sitzt und das andere (102, 112, 202, 212) am Wälzkörperkäfig (30, 36) angeordnet ist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 13 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Anbremselement (102, 112, 202, 212) an dem Wälzkörperkäfig (30, 36) einstückig angeformt ist.
- Auszugführung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ausgezogene Endstellung der Auszugführung mittels der Anbremselemente (100, 102, 110, 112, 200, 202, 210, 212) gebremst anfahrbar ist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 15 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ausgezogene Endstellung durch zwei Paare von Anbremselementen (100, 102, 110, 112; 200, 202, 210, 212) gebremst anfahrbar ist.
- Auszugführung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eingeschobene Endstellung durch ein Paar von Anbremselementen (210, 214) gebremst anfahrbar ist, wobei eines an der einen Führungsschiene (24) und das andere an der anderen Führungsschiene (22) angeordnet ist.
- Auszugführung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Anbremselemente (210) sowohl zum gebremsten Anfahren der eingeschobenen Endstellung als auch zum gebremsten Anfahren der ausgezogenen Endstellung dient.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 18 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das als in die Aufnahme (134) hineinbewegbare Teil ausgebildete Anbremselement (210) als doppelt wirkendes Anbremselement (210) ausgebildet ist.
- Auszugführung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der zweiten Führungsschiene (24) eine dritte Führungsschiene (22) mittels in einem Wälzkörperkäfig (36) aufgenommenen Wälzkörpern (32, 34) in Ausziehrichtung (16) oder Einschieberichtung (18) verschieblich gelagert ist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 20 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ausgezogene Endstellung der dritten Führungsschiene (22) relativ zur zweiten Führungsschiene (24) durch mindestens ein Paar von Anbremselementen (200, 202, 210, 212) gebremst anfahrbar ist.
- Auszugführung nach Anspruch 20 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eingeschobene Endstellung der dritten Führungsschiene (22) relativ zur zweiten Führungsschiene (24) durch mindestens ein Paar von Anbremselementen (210, 214) gebremst anfahrbar ist.
