Der lichte Abstand zwischen den Wänden 44a, 44b ist etwa gleich der über die gegenüberliegenden freien Begrenzungskanten der Haltelappen 26 gemessenen Breite des laschenartigen Ansatzes 24. Der laschenartige Ansatz 24 ist also zwischen die Wände 44a und 44b einführbar, wobei er an der Unterseite auf der Querwand 44c und beidseitig an den Innenflächen der Wände 44a und 44b geführt ist.
Claims (12)
- Beschlag zur Halterung der Frontblende (12) einer Schublade an deren Seitenwänden (16) mit einem an der schubladeninneren Fläche der Frontblende (12) zu befestigenden Halteteil (14) und einem an oder in der Schubladen-Seitenwand (16) zu befestigenden Aufnahmeteil (18) an jeder Seitenwand der Schublade, wobei ein von der frontblendenabgewandten Seite des Halteteils (14) vortretender langgestreckter laschenartiger Ansatz (24) in den Aufnahmeteil (18) einführbar und durch ein durch eine unter Vorspannung stehende Feder beaufschlagtes, zwischen zwei stabilen Endstellungen verschwenkbares Riegelelement (46) im Halteteil lösbar verriegelbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Riegelelement (46) in seinem frontblendenzugewandten Bereich derart um eine ober- oder unterhalb der horizontalen Begrenzung des laschenartigen Ansatzes (24) des Halteteils (14) angeordnete, quer zur Einschubrichtung des Ansatzes (24) verlaufende Achse im Aufnahmeteil (18) verschwenkbar gelagert und in seinem halteteilabgewandten Endbereich mit wenigstens einer Riegelkante (60a; 60b) versehen ist, die infolge der Vorspannung in die erste Endstellung in der bestimmungsgemäßen Halterungsstellung der Frontblende (12) an den Schubladen-Seitenwänden (16) hinter eine im Bereich des vorderen Endes des laschenförmigen Ansatzes (24) gebildete, nach rückwärts zur Frontblende weisende Haltekante (28) eingeschwenkt ist,daß das Riegelelement (46) eine an einem Ende der Riegelkante (60a; 60b) anschließende in der ersten Endstellung des Riegelelements in den Einschubweg des laschenförmigen Ansatzes (24) ragende, schräg zur Einschubrichtung verlaufende Begrenzungskante (60c) aufweist, an welcher das freie Ende des laschenförmigen Ansatzes (24) beim Einführen in den Aufnahmeteil (18) anfährt und das Riegelelement (46) entgegen der vorspannenden Feder in Richtung der zweiten stabilen Endstellung verschwenkt, unddaß die Riegelkante (60a; 60b) des Riegelelements (46) einen beim Einschwenken hinter die Haltekante (28) des laschenförmigen Ansatzes (24) im Bereich der Anlage an der Haltekante (28) zunehmend größeren Abstand von der Schwenkachse des Riegelelements (46) hat. - Halterungs-Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riegelkante (60a; 60b) des Riegelelements (46) einen bogenförmigen Verlauf hat, und daß der von der Schwenkachse des Riegelelements (46) zur Riegelkante (60a; 60b) gemessene Radius von dem beim Verriegelungsvorgang die Haltekante (28) zunächst hintergreifenden Ende aus in Richtung auf ihr anderes Ende allmählich zunimmt.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der laschenartige Ansatz (24) an seinem frontblendenabgewandten Ende beidseitig in entgegengesetzte Richtungen vortretende Haltelappen (26) aufweist, an denen jeweils Haltekanten (28) für das Riegelelement (46) ausgebildet sind, und daß das Riegelelement (46) zwei in parallelem Abstand voneinander angeordnete plattenförmige Riegelelementhälften (46a; 46b) mit gleicher äußerer Begrenzung und somit zwei Riegelkanten (60a, 60b) gleichen Verlaufs aufweist, deren lichter Abstand voneinander mindestens gleich, vorzugsweise etwas größer als die Dicke des laschenförmigen Ansatzes (24) jedoch kleiner als der über die gegenüberliegenden freien Begrenzungskanten der Haltelappen (26) gemessene Abstand ist.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeteil (28) in seinem frontblendenseitigen Endbereich zwei in parallelem Abstand voneinander angeordnete plattenförmige Wände (44a; 44b) aufweist, deren lichter Abstand voneinander mindestens gleich oder etwas größer als der über die gegenüberliegenden freien Begrenzungskanten der Haltelappen (26) des lappenförmigen Ansatzes (24) gemessene Abstand ist, daß die parallelen plattenförmigen Wände (44a; 44b) an ihrer Unterseite durch eine zur Führung des laschenförmigen Ansatzes (24) vorgesehene Querwand (44c) miteinander verbunden sind, und daß das Riegelelement (46) durch einen fluchtende Bohrungen (52; 48) in den parallelen Wänden (44a; 44b) und den Riegelelementhälften (46a; 46b) durchsetzenden Lagerstift (50) verschwenkbar im Zwischenraum zwischen den parallelen Wänden (44a; 44b) gelagert ist.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riegelelementhälften (46a; 46b) in einem von den Lagerstift-Bohrungen (48) beabstandeten Bereich mit kurzen nach außen umgekanteten Ansätzen (64a; 64b) versehen sind, die in kreisbogenförmige Durchbrechungen (62a; 62b) in den parallelen plattenförmigen Wänden (44a; 44b) des Aufnahmeteils (18) eingreifen, wobei der vom Mittelpunkt der in den parallelen Wänden (44a; 44b) vorgesehenen Bohrungen (52) für den Lagerstift (50) zu den Durchbrechungen (62a; 62b) gemessene Radius gleich dem von den Mittelpunkten der Bohrungen (48) in den Riegelelementhälften (46a; 46b) zu den nach außen umgekanteten Ansätzen (64a; 64b) gemessenen Abstand ist.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den parallelen Wänden (44a; 44b) des Aufnahmeteils (18) vorgesehenen Bohrungen (52) zur Aufnahme des Lagerstifts (50) für das Riegelelement (46) in einem Abstand oberhalb der die parallelen Wände (44a; 44b) verbindenden Querwand (44c) vorgesehen ist, der größer als die zwischen der oberen und unteren Begrenzungskante gemessene Breite des lappenförmigen Ansatzes (24) ist.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die plattenförmigen Riegelelementhälften (46a; 46b) durch eine Querwand (46c) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Aufnahmeteil (18) mit Abstand oberhalb der Bohrungen (52) für den Lagerstift (50) des Riegelelements (46) das eine Ende eines unter Druckvorspannung stehenden Federelements schwenkbar angelenkt ist, dessen anderes Ende am Riegelelement (46) angreift, wobei die vom Federelement auf das in der ersten Endstellung stehende Riegelelement (46) ausgeübte Druckkraft das Riegelelement (46) in die erste Endstellung drängt, während die Druckkraft bei in der zweiten Endstellung stehendem Riegelelement (46) so gerichtet ist, daß das Riegelelement in die zweite Endstellung gedrängt wird.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement an der frontblendenabgewandten Begrenzung der die Riegelelementhälften (46a; 46b) verbindenden Querwand (46c) angreift.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der frontblendenzugewandten Begrenzung der Querwand (46c) ein abgewinkelter Ansatz (70) vorgesehen ist, der so gerichtet ist, daß er in der ersten Endstellung des Riegelelements (46) zwischen die parallelen plattenförmigen Wände (44a; 44b) des Aufnahmeteils (18) eingeschwenkt ist, in der zweiten Endstellung mit seiner freien Begrenzungskante jedoch vor die frontblendenseitigen Begrenzungen der plattenförmigen Wände (44a; 44b) vorsteht.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in wenigstens einer der Riegelelementhälften (46a; 46b) des Riegelelements (46) eine Werkzeug-Ansetzausnehmung (66a; 66b) vorgesehen ist, und daß in dem das Riegelelement (46) im Bereich der Werkzeug-Ansetzausnehmung überdeckenden Bereich der Wände des Aufnahmeteils (18) eine Durchgangsöffnung (68a; 68b) vorgesehen ist, welche während des gesamten Schwenkvorgangs des Riegelelements (46) von der ersten in die zweite Endstellung die Werkzeug-Ansetzausnehmung (66a; 66b) für einen Zugriff freigibt.
- Halterungs-Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeteil (18) in an sich bekannter Weise lösbar und in wenigstens zwei Koordinatenrichtungen verstellbar auf einem Montagebauteil (32) gehaltert ist, welcher seinerseits an oder in der zugeordneten Schubladen-Seitenwand (16) befestigbar ist.
