Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing and Provision of adhesive products, especially labels, their motifs printed on a carrier and this be coated with adhesive stains on the back.
- Adhesive products are today in a variety of forms and Execution required. As a rule, these are Labels or label-like products where a corresponding motif covered on the back with an adhesive is.
- the adhesive ensures good product adhesion on a desired item, such as a packaging, bottle or the like.
- the application of adhesive products is so large that in the present Case the area of the method according to the invention can only be roughly hinted at.
- Labels are mainly made so that a corresponding Carrier with the label motif on the one hand and on the other hand is provided with the adhesive. After that is done punching, peeling off a grid around the labels, a slitting and a rolling up, being on the Bonding a release paper is applied.
- This Release paper can be siliconized paper, for example and protects the adhesive surfaces. It prevents the Roll up a sticking of the superimposed layers and fixes the labels in certain places.
- the label consisting of label motif and adhesive
- the release paper if necessary, if this has not been removed beforehand, from a support grid, lifted off and another Recycling fed. What remains is the release paper and optionally the support grid, both being disposed of Need to become.
- the present invention is based on the object To show methods of the type mentioned above, in which for the manufacture and supply of labels on a Release paper can be dispensed with entirely.
- the solution to this problem is that an adhesive stain is always arranged on the front and back next to a label motif, and then the carrier or a strip thereof is folded into an accordion-like manner to form a label package, so that a label motif lies on an adhesive stain. Due to this arrangement of the label motifs, adhesive stains and the concertina-like folding, there is no longer any need for release paper, since each adhesive stain is protected by a label motif. So that the label motif can be detached from the adhesive stain without damage, the label motif should be made from a material that is easy to detach from the adhesive stain or be coated with such a material (release). All kinds of plastics, in particular two-component paints, are available here.
- the label motifs are preferably applied the adhesive spots in strips in the direction of transport of the carrier. Stripes of label motifs and alternate Strip off adhesive stains. Another arrangement is also conceivable, but this may be more complex.
- the paper web should still be covered on both sides Printed marks are printed, and then screen printed in one step with adhesive on both sides according to the Print marks are coated.
- the first label After the first label has been broken out, it remains permanent stamping section removed. This happens, for example by folding away to the side so that the underlying grid section with the following The label comes to rest on top of the label package. Now this label is broken out. Now done however no immediate folding down of this grid section, because the corresponding folding line to the next grid section is located beyond the first grid section. It immediately becomes the next label from its grid section broken out what's easy is possible because the following label with the label motif upwards in the free opening of the grid section from which the label has just been removed has been. Only then is it removed or folded over of two grid sections.
- a carrier 1 for example a simple one Sheets of paper from which later labels be extracted with the motifs of the label printed.
- a simple P is chosen.
- the sheet 1 is printed in longitudinal strips, being between two label motifs 2 in the same Distance to this an adhesive spot 3 is applied, the outer circumference roughly that of the later label corresponds.
- Fig. 1 is a front 4 of the Carrier 1 shown.
- the carrier 1 After applying the label motifs 2 and adhesive stains 3 in strips, the carrier 1 is rotated and a back 5 of the carrier 1 also with label motifs 2 and adhesive stains 3 provided in strips. It is important to ensure that behind a label motif 2 on the front 4 an adhesive patch 3 is arranged on the back 5. Any possible material comes for the adhesive spots 3 Label adhesive into consideration.
- the application is also carried out the label motifs 2 and 3 adhesive patches as a rule in the transport direction x of the carrier 1.
- the label motif 2 With the material for the label motif 2 it is towards make sure that a so-called release is chosen, that adheres to the adhesive patch 3, but slightly from it is to be replaced. If the label motif 2 does not exist itself from such a material, the label motif 2 still with such a material, for example one appropriate paint are covered.
- the punching line 6 also encompasses this Adhesive spot 3.
- the Carrier 1 in strips 9 perpendicular to the transport direction x are cut, the cutting lines 10 dashed are indicated.
- the scope of the invention also includes that a separation of the individual strips 9 to a later one Time.
- each carrier 1 is now folded like an accordion.
- the accordion-like folding for example by two rollers, not shown takes place, the extent of which is covered with wedge rings, the Interlock wedge rings and run into each other.
- a label package 11 from the strip 9 is made in which due to the arrangement of the label motifs 2 and adhesive stains 3 always, except for the first one Label motif, each label motif on an adhesive spot 3 lies on. This ensures that the label package is held 11 without the need for a release paper or the like becomes. The coating with the release ensures that the labels 8 are easily separated later.
- Fig. 5 the label package 11 is enlarged in plan view shown, the few retaining webs 7 in the Punching line 6 are recognizable.
- a vacuum cleaner is introduced, which top label 8 releases from label packet 11.
- top label 8 releases from label packet 11.
- the adhesive stain is released behind the first label 8 of the next one Label motif 2.
- a grid section 12 of the strip 9 is folded over, a folding line 13 also the folding line for the strip to the accordion-like label package 11 can be.
- 6 is an empty opening on the right 14 recognizable into which remains 15 of the holding webs 7 subscribe.
- the next label 8a is ready on the left for removal from the label package 11.
- both the Label 8a and the underlying one, not shown in more detail Label removed from the label package 11 before the next two grid sections can be folded down. This is necessary because the folding line 13a between the Lattice section 12a and the subsequent lattice section forms the outer edge beyond the grid section 12. But this does not matter, since all labels 8 with their label motif 2 arranged upwards are.
