Claims (11)
- Groupe imprimant pour une rotative à bobines pour impression en couleurs en vue d'une impression recto-verso, selon lequel deux unités d'impression sont mises en oeuvre en une construction dite en pont comme unités en pont avec à chaque fois deux mécanismes d'encrage, deux cylindres porte-plaques et deux cylindres porte-blanchets, les cylindres porte-blanchets étant dirigés l'un contre l'autre et plusieurs unités en pont étant superposées, caractérisé en ce que les unités en pont superposées (2, 11 ; 3, 12 ; 4, 13 ; 5, 14) peuvent être séparées en trois parties (9 ; 1 ; 10), à savoir une partie de châssis gauche (9) destinée à loger des mécanismes d'encrage gauches (19) avec des cylindres porte-plaques associés (17.2 à 17.5), une partie de châssis droite (10) destinée à loger des mécanismes d'encrage droits (19) avec des cylindres porte-plaques associés (17.11 à 17.14) ainsi qu'une partie centrale (1) fixée à un support bas (50) et destinée à loger un nombre correspondant (16.2 à 16.5 ; 16.11 à 16.14) de paires de cylindres porte-blanchets montables et démontables (16.2 - 16.11, 16.3 - 16.12, 16.4 - 16.13, 16.5 - 16.14) et les parties gauche et droite de châssis (9 ; 10) peuvent être mises à une certaine distance horizontale (a ; b) de la partie centrale (1).
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parties gauche et droite de châssis (9 ; 10) sont fixées (48) à la partie centrale (1) dans l'état de fonctionnement.
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un mécanisme de mouillage (18) est associé à chaque unité d'impression (2 à 5 ; 11 à 14).
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque mécanisme d'encrage (19) est agencé, solidaire du châssis, mobile sur un tiroir.
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque mécanisme de mouillage (18) est agencé, solidaire du châssis, mobile sur un tiroir.
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque cylindre porte-blanchet (16.2 à 16.5 ; 16.11 à 16.14) est logé dans le bâti latéral (1) de manière à pouvoir changer de diamètre de cylindre.
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque cylindre porte-plaque (17.2 à 17.5 ; 17.11 à 17.14) est logé dans le châssis mobile (9 ; 10) de manière à pouvoir changer de diamètre de cylindre.
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque mécanisme d'encrage (19) est construit comme un mécanisme d'encrage court de type anilox (19).
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque mécanisme d'encrage (19) est construit comme un mécanisme d'encrage classique.
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'écartement (a ; b) de la partie de châssis gauche (9) comme de la partie de châssis droite (10) dans l'état d'arrêt du groupe imprimant est d'une dimension telle que l'espace est praticable.
- Groupe imprimant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres porte-blanchets (16.2 à 16.5 ; 16.11 à 16.14) sont agencés mobiles dans la partie centrale (1).
