Claims (13)
- Dispositif pour séparer mécaniquement des capuchons à vis (13) de bouteilles (2), tels que de capuchons de bouteilles de jus de fruits, d'eau minérale ou également de bière, avec au moins une unité faisant tourner le capuchon (13) dans le sens de l'ouverture et au moins une unité de levée (6) servant au transport des bouteilles (2) et maintenu dans une plaque support (5), dans lequel est disposé tant un dispositif destiné à fixer et prélever les bouteilles qu'également un dispositif destiné à faire tourner le capuchon (13) dans le sens de l'ouverture,
caractérisé en ce quechaque unité de levée (6) est pourvue respectivement d'un entraînement en rotation (40) propreen ce q'un tourillon entraîné (26') de l'entraînement (40) s'étend perpendiculairement à travers une ouverture de réception ménagée dans la plaque support (5) et se prolonge par un organe d'accouplement (27) servant d'arbre d'entraînement (26), l'arbre d'entraînement (26) étant monté à rotation dans une tige de piston (10) bloquée en rotation, mais pouvant cependant être levée et abaissée dans la plaque support (5), tige de piston à l'intérieur de laquelle l'arbre court coaxialement, en ce que la tige de piston (10) est disposée coaxialement à l'intérieur d'un carter de cylindre (9) relié à la plaque support (5), la tige de piston (10) pouvant être pressée par rapport au carter de cylindre (9) perpendiculairement vers le bas, donc contre la bouteille (2) à débarrasser du capuchon (13), en ce que la tige de piston (10) est pourvue d'un cône (20) disposé à son extrémité inférieure et pénétrant entre au moins deux galets d'appui (21) qui sont montés de façon articulée sur le carter de cylindre (9) et reliés de façon localement fixe à un levier (14) à l'extrémité inférieure duquel, par l'intermédiaire d'une autre articulation, des mâchoires preneuses (12) agissant sur la bouteille sont disposées de façon à pouvoir pivoter, et en ce que, entre l'extrémité inférieure de l'arbre d'entraînement (26) et le capuchon (13) à enlever, sont prévus des accouplements disposés sur l'extrémité d'arbre et agissant sur le capuchon (13). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement de rotation (40) est un moteur hydraulique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'un entraînement de levée pneumatique qui presse la tige de piston (10) par rapport au carter de cylindre (9) vers le bas contre la bouteille (2) à débarrasser du capuchon (13), lors d'un déclenchement correspondant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les pièces essentielles de l'installation pneumatique de l'entraînement de levée pneumatique sont disposées dans la partie supérieure de la tête du carter de cylindre (9) qui, de son côté, est relié à la plaque support (5) par l'intermédiaire d'une bride.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la bride est maintenue sur la plaque support (5) au moyen de deux vis réparties régulièrement sur sa périphérie, l'ensemble de l'unité de levée (6) pouvant être remplacé après desserrement des vis.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les accouplements disposés à l'extrémité inférieure de l'arbre d'entraînement (26) sont des mâchoires analogues à des preneurs, qui agissent sur le capuchon (13) sous l'effet d'une force de friction.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les accouplements se trouvant entre l'extrémité de l'arbre (26) et le capuchon (13) sont constitués d'une tige (127) surmoulée par injection, disposée de façon excentrée à l'extrémité de l'arbre (26) et traversant le capuchon (13) à l'occasion d'un déplacement de descente de l'arbre (26), faisant qu'une liaison localement fixe est établie entre la tige (127) et l'arbre (26) et le capuchon (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (13) adhérant à l'extrémité d'arbre est susceptible d'être extrait au moyen d'un éjecteur (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'éjecteur (30) est constitué d'une tige se trouvant au centre de l'arbre d'entraînement (26) et y étant disposée de façon déplaçable longitudinalement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'éjecteur (30) est susceptible d'être alimenté en air comprimé, dans la direction de l'éjection donc vers le bas, dans le cas du choix d'une réalisation pneumatique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque support (5) est déplaçable horizontalement dans un cadre (4) associé, sur des glissières (7, 8) disposées à cet endroit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement est susceptible d'être fixé concernant sa position initiale et sa position finale, au moyen d'un interrupteur ou analogue.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires preneuses (12) sont pourvues de moyens augmentant l'adhérence sur leur face tournée vers le goulot de bouteille.
