L'emploi des tubes destinés au conditonnement des pâtes est bien connu; les tubes sont essentiellement des produits à usage unique composés d'un tube mince et souple, soit métallique, soit plastique; une des extrémités du tube comporte un rétrécissement avec un goulot sur lequel vient s'ajuster un bouchon qui est généralement vissé; l'autre extrémité du tube sert d'abord à son remplissage avec la pâte à conditionner, puis elle est fermée par sertissage ou soudure. L'objet de la présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant la réouverture et la refermeture de ce tube avec une ouverture large, afin que, lorsqu'il est vide ou insuffisamment rempli, on puisse y remettre de la pâte; en effet, si on veut utiliser un tube hors standard à usage unique (élément d'une trousse de toilette compacte par exemple), il se pose immédiatement un problème de réapprovisionnement qui est à peu près impossible à résoudre; d'où la nécessité de proposer aux acheteurs des trousses de toilette contenant des tubes qu'ils pourront remplir eux-même et recharger à partir des tubes standards qu'ils utilisent habituellement; ce concept de tube rechargeable contribue à limiter la consommation de matériau d'emballage pour les produits de consommation courante. Le concept du tube rechargeable existe déjà depuis plusieurs années; le tube est généralement composé d'un tube en matière plastique souple susceptible de reprendre sa forme initiale, si possible sans froissures, lorsque le tube ayant été vidé, on le remplit à nouveau; mais les solutions utilisées à ce jour présentent des inconvénients qu'il est avantageux de supprimer pour en simplifier la mise en oeuvre. Parmi les systèmes connus, il existe d'abord une pince de verrouillage mécanique d'un tube dont le fond a été préalablement replié sur lui-même; ce système très simple présente l'inconvénient de nécessiter une certaine habileté pour mettre la pince en place et c'est une opération qui est difficilement mécanisable pour le fabricant du tube qui doit la mettre en place le premier. Un autre système, plus facile d'emploi, suivant le brevet FR-A-2545450 consiste en l'utilisation d'un bouchon à jupe cylindrique enfoncé à force dans le tube; l'inconvénient d'un tel système réside d'abord dans le fait que, lorsque l'on enfonce le bouchon lors d'un rechargement de pâte, l'air ne peut s'échapper et le bouchon ressort de son logement, ensuite dans le mauvais verrouillage de l'assemblage du bouchon et du tube, découlant du fluage du tube sous tension, dont le diamètre s'élargit; si bien que lorsqu'on presse le tube le bouchon s'échappe de son logement.The use of tubes intended for the packaging of pasta is well known; the tubes are essentially single-use products made up of a thin and flexible tube, either metallic or plastic; one end of the tube has a narrowing with a neck on which comes to adjust a plug which is generally screwed; the other end of the tube is first used to fill it with the dough to be packaged, then it is closed by crimping or welding. Dans une version préférée de l'invention on part d'un tube en matière plastique Fig.4 acheté dans le commerce avec le goulot et le bouchon d'extraction déjà en place à l'une des extrémités du tube tandis que l'autre extrémité (14) est une paroi mince, de forme cylindrique, largement ouverte; le goulot de remplissage est fait par l'apport d'une pièce intermédiaire (15) de forme annulaire, comportant un filetage femelle (16), fixée à demeure et de manière étanche, à l'extrémité de remplissage (14) du tube; un bouchon (4) Fig.1 comme décrit précédemment permet d'obturer le tube Fig.4 une fois qu'il est rempli; cet embout (15), de forme annulaire, comporte une partie extérieure cylindrique (17) comportant un chanfrein (18) à son extrémité inférieure, de manière à être emmanchée dans l'extrémité (14) du tube et comporter à l'extrémité supérieure une collerette (19) dont la largeur est par example de l'épaisseur (20) du tube sur l'extrémité (21) duquel elle vient s'appuyer; ensuite l'embout (15) est fixé par soudure par friction; le choix des matériaux est alors fait en conséquence. A titre d'exemple selon une réalisation ne faisant pas partie de l'invention, l'embout (15), constitué d'un matériau compatible au point de vue de la soudure avec le matériau du tube, peut être emmanché à force et soudé thermiquement à travers la paroi (22) du tube, à hauteur de l'emmanchement, suivant une zone de dimension suffisante pour empêcher l'embout (15) de s'échapper. La soudure par friction peut être obtenue en mettant l'embout (15) en rotation de manière à obtenir par exemple la soudure de la collerette (19) sur 1'extrémité (14) du tube; cette dernière solution demandera néanmoins un développement particulier permettant de maintenir le tube souple pendant la phase de soudure pour qu'il ne vrille pas. La fixation par encliquetage selon une réalisation ne faisant pas partie de l'invention peut être obtenue en faisant au moins une excroissance (23) Fig.5 sur l'extérieur de la jupe (24) de l'embout (25), comprenant une rampe (26) du côté du chanfrein (27) inférieur de l'embout (25) comme décrit Fig.4 et une butée (28) Fig.5 du côté de la collerette (29), qui viendra se loger au moment de l'assemblage dans un perçage (30) effectué à travers la paroi du tube (31), à hauteur de l'endroit où se trouvera l'excroissance (23) lorsque l'embout (25) sera en place sur le tube (31); lorsqu'on enfonce l'embout (25) dans le tube (31), la paroi du tube (31) se déforme pour laisser passer l'excroissance (23) jusqu'à ce que cette dernière débouche dans l'ouverture (30) pratiquée dans le tube; à ce moment-là, la paroi du tube (31) reprend sa place et vient bloquer l'embout (25) pour l'empêcher de ressortir, tandis que la collerette (29) vient en butée sur l'extrémité (32) du tube (31) pour empêcher l'embout (25) de s'enfoncer davantage; il est préférable de prévoir un dispositif de contrôle d'orientation relative du tube (31) et de l'embout (25) pour leur assemblage en automatique; ce peut être pour le tube une encoche (33) débouchant sur son bord supérieur (32), fabriquée simultanément au perçage (30) destiné à l'encliquetage, qui permet de connaître la position du tube (31), qui est associé à un repère (34) situé sur l'embout (25); le repère (34) et l'encoche (33) peuvent être conçus pour servir de guidage de manière à ce que lorsqu'ils s'emboîtent l'un dans l'autre, au moment de l'emmanchement, l'excroissance (23) soit correctement orientée au droit du perçage (30). Le bouchon (4) Fig.1 qui est le même que celui utilisé dans les configurations décrites Fig.4 et Fig.5 comporte une partie cylindrique filetée mâle (35) Fig.1 venant se visser dans l'embout (15) Fig.4 ou (25) Fig.5; cette partie filetée (35) Fig.1 est solidaire d'une partie cylindrique (36), dont le diamètre est légèrement supérieur au diamètre extérieur du tube (2) dans le cas décrit Fig.1 et de la collerette (19) Fig.4 ou (29) Fig.5 de l'embout, et dont la paroi cylindrique (37) est striée pour permettre une bonne saisie pour le vissage et le dévissage; la partie inférieure (38) de cette partie cylindrique striée vient s'appuyer en butée sur la partie supérieure de la collerette (19) Fig.4. By way of example according to an embodiment not forming part of the invention, the end piece (15), made of a material compatible from the point of view of welding with the material of the tube, can be force-fitted and welded thermally through the wall (22) of the tube, at the height of the fitting, in an area of sufficient size to prevent the end piece (15) from escaping. Friction welding can be obtained by putting the end piece (15) in rotation so as to obtain for example the welding of the flange (19) on the end (14) of the tube; this latter solution will nevertheless require a particular development allowing the flexible tube to be maintained during the welding phase so that it does not twist. The plug (4) Fig.1 which is the same as that used in the configurations described in Fig.4 and Fig.5 has a male threaded cylindrical part (35) Fig.1 which is screwed into the end piece (15) Fig. 4 or (25) Fig.5; this threaded part (35) Fig.1 is integral with a cylindrical part (36), the diameter of which is slightly greater than the outside diameter of the tube (2) in the case described in Fig.1 and of the flange (19) Fig. 4 or (29) Fig.5 of the nozzle, and whose cylindrical wall (37) is striated to allow a good grip for screwing and unscrewing; the lower part (38) of this striated cylindrical part abuts on the upper part of the collar (19) Fig.4. In a variant of the invention, the assembly of the plug (4) Fig.1 and the endpiece (15) Fig.4 comprises a braking or locking device preventing its untimely unscrewing; the upper part of the collar (19) may for example include a device (38) for locking the plug (4) Fig. 1 when it is screwed on: the position of the plug (4) is known with good precision when is screwed onto the end piece (15) Fig.4 so we can for example provide on the collar (15) a protrusion (19) which will be housed at the end of screwing in a hollow in the lower part (38) Fig. 1 of the striated cylindrical part (36) thus creating a hard point indicating to the user that the lock is in place we can also imagine a voluntary deformation at the end of the threads of the female thread (16) to ensure braking of the assembly. The two-part stopper described in Fig.2 can also be fixed on flexible cylindrical tubes comprising at one end a nozzle (19) Fig.4 or (25) Fig.5 and which can be closed at the other end by welding obtained , as described above, by crushing the tube, or crimping or any other closing means. The plug assembly system (4) with the female screw thread (3) is taken as an example because other known systems can be used, in particular systems making it possible to obtain an assembly correctly locked in a quarter turn using for example threads interrupted, or applied to a conical surface, or a bayonet fixing system.
Claims (3)
- A refillable tube containing paste refillable from one of the ends (9;14) of the tube (2;8;37;31) equipped with a cylindrical opening of large diameter having an internal female thread (3;10;16), in which a cap (4;12) is screwed on by means of a male thread (11) located on its lower part (35),
characterized in that the female thread (3;10;16) is part of a plug (15;25) approximately ring-shaped, which enters into the end (9;14) of the tube and which is fastened to the filling end (9;14) of the tube by friction soldering. - A refillable tube containing paste in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the plug (15) has a flange (19;29) of a width almost equal to the thickness (2) of the tube (37;31) in order to limit its sinking in the tube.
- A refillable tube containing paste in accordance with any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cap (12) has a neck (12) for dispensing the product, such that the filling of the tube and the dispensing of the product might be done by the same end (9) of the tube.
