Claims (9)
- Abreissschraube mit einem Gewindeabschnitt (3) und einem über eine Sollbruchstelle (10) daran befestigten, abtrennbaren Kopfabschnitt (2) wobei mindestens ein weiterer Gewindeabschnitt (4) und eine weitere Sollbruchstelle (11) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Gewindeabschnitte (3,4) aneinander anschliessen und jeweils über eine Sollbruchstelle (11) miteinander verbunden sind und wobei eine Innenausnehmung (8) sich vom Kopfabschnitt (2) bis in einen letzten Gewindeabschnitt (4d) mit stufenweise abnehmendem - vorzugsweise jeweils im an die Sollbruchstelle anschliessenden Anfangsbereich jedes Gewindeabschnittes - Querschnitt erstreckt, welche Innenausnehmung zumindest abschnittweise zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme von Werkzeugköpfen ausgebildet ist.
- Abreissschraube nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum Abscheren an den einzelnen Sollbruchstellen (10,11) führenden Abreissdrehmomente, bzw. Abreissdrehmoment-Bereiche, unterschiedlich gross sind, insbesondere vom Kopfabschnitt (2) zum letzten Gewindeabschnitt (4d) zunehmen, bzw. aneinander anschliessen.
- Abreissschraube mit einem Gewindeabschnitt (3) und einem über eine Sollbruchstelle (10) daran befestigten, abtrennbaren Kopfabschnitt (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein weiterer Gewindeabschnitt (4) und eine weitere Sollbruchstelle (11) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Gewindeabschnitte (3,4) aneinander anschliessen und jeweils über eine Sollbruchstelle (11) miteinander verbunden sind und wobei die zum Abscheren an den einzelnen Sollbruchstellen (10,11) führenden Abreissdrehmomente, bzw. Abreissdrehmoment-Bereiche, unterschiedlich gross sind, insbesondere vom Kopfabschnitt (2) zum letzten Gewindeabschnitt (4d) zunehmen, bzw. aneinander anschliessen.
- Abreissschraube nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine Innenausnehmung (8) vom Kopfabschnitt (2) bis in den vordersten Gewindeabschnitt (4d) erstreckt und zumindest abschnittweise zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme von Werkzeugköpfen, wie etwa Mehrkantköpfen, insbesondere mit sechseckigem Querschnitt, ausgebildet ist.
- Abreissschraube nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Innenausnehmung (8) vom Kopfabschnitt (2) zum vordersten Gewindeabschnitt (4d) stufenweise, vorzugsweise im an die Sollbruchstelle anschliessenden Anfangsbereich jedes Gewindeabschnittes, abnimmt, oder gegebenenfalls im wesentlichen entlang der Innenausnehmung konstant bleibt.
- Abreissschraube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Aussenberandung der Sollbruchstellen (10,11) vom Kopfabschnitt (2) zum vordersten Gewindeabschnitt (4d) gleich bleibt oder aber zunimmt.
- Abreissschraube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollbruchstellen (10,11) in sich verjüngenden Verbindungsabschnitten (5,6) beim kleinsten Aussendurchmesser derselben angeordnet sind.
- Abreissschraube nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Verbindungsabschnitte (5,6) im wesentlichen gleich grosse kleinste Aussendurchmesser aufweisen.
- Abreissschraube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abreissschraube zumindest teilweise aus Metall, insbesondere elektrisch leitendem Metall, etwa Messing, und/oder aus Kunststoff aufgebaut ist.
