Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for fastening post brackets for balcony railings on the end faces of concrete slabs, in which an end hole (10) is made in the plate to anchor a bolt in the face hole, which in turn a fastening part of the bracket or the like on the end face of the concrete slab fixed.
- the present invention also relates to a device for fastening holders of Posts for balcony railings on the faces of concrete slabs, consisting of one Threaded bolt and an anchor part, which has a threaded portion for engagement with the Has threaded bolts, the cross-sectional area of the anchor part perpendicular in one plane to the axis of the bolt more than twice, preferably more than four times the Bolt cross-section is Regarding the device according to independent claim 9, defines US-A-4,498,271 the closest prior art.
- anchoring parts generally serve as dowels, whereby in addition to the widely used plastic dowels, metal dowels are also known from a cylindrical sleeve with a conical threaded plug on the outside consist.
- the tapered end of the threaded plug is on one side inside the Sleeve, and the plug is inserted with the plug first into a borehole. Subsequently a threaded bolt is inserted into the dowel and screwed into the threaded plug.
- Undercut anchors ensure a positive fit between anchor and concrete Particularly secure hold - even in the train zone - where cracks are likely to occur becomes.
- the undercut of the cylindrical borehole necessary for positive locking is carried out by a special drill, or by an appropriate design of the anchor at Setting process.
- Composite anchors hold in the borehole due to the material connection.
- a glass cartridge with metered amounts Resin, hardener and aggregates are introduced into the borehole and then in the machine Driving in the threaded rod destroyed.
- the components of the cartridge are mixed and form a solid after a short time Material bond between the borehole and anchor. Combinations of the above are also known mentioned anchoring methods.
- the current regulations would be one Concrete slab thickness of at least 27 cm correspond to what is reasonable at cost New buildings cannot be realized and what is particularly difficult to find in old buildings.
- US-A-4,498,271 has alignment problems with the correct arrangement of the anchor part, and also casting the anchor part is very difficult because there is always a risk that the correct alignment will be lost because the anchor part is in a relatively narrow, difficult to access hole, which also also inclined to the mounting hole.
- this document only sees attachment and attachment of Drilling from a single side, with the holes only at an angle be arranged relative to each other.
- the anchor part is in a holding hole angled hole arranged, and the attachment of both holes is relatively expensive and requires the use of templates.
- the document FR-2 516 137 deals with an apparatus and a method for the Construction of a staircase, specifically a staircase with a 90 ° spiral around a post.
- This Staircase is made of wood, and it is only a question of the individual elements such stairs including all fasteners are pre-produced, namely including all the fasteners to disassemble these individual stair elements Transport condition and later clearly and in clearly defined positions easy to assemble without the need for individual mounting holes would be manufactured and positioned accordingly.
- the object of the present invention is a method and a device for the frontal fastening of brackets of balcony posts to develop for balcony railings on balcony slabs, which also in a simple way in the finished balcony slab, the frontal attachment while observing relevant Safety regulations, d. H. even with balcony slab thicknesses of less than 240 mm and up down to, for example, 120 mm.
- this object is achieved in that at a distance from the Face in the plate surface perpendicular to the first face hole and this first Crossing hole is made a second hole in which one engages with the bolt bringable anchor part is fixed, which has a larger cross section than the first, hole on the face.
- both the front hole and that from the top or bottom Drilled hole in the plate for the anchor part in the tarpaulin are of course also possible to use appropriate placeholders or Pour in pipe pieces so that the corresponding bores or holes from the outset be spared.
- the second hole does not have to be circular Cross section.
- the anchor part is then cast in the second borehole or with a hardening mass fixed in place.
- the bolt can be either before or after casting and Fix the anchor part to be inserted or screwed in.
- the anchor part is preferred a plate-shaped or cuboid element with two longer and one shorter side and has a, preferably central, extending perpendicular to the largest cuboid surfaces Drilling on. This hole can either have a thread itself, or on the, of Bolt seen from the rear side is in alignment with the hole corresponding Welded nut.
- the bolt can then be inserted through the hole and with the on the back of the Anchor part welded nut are screwed. Then the anchor part shed, it being understood that the bolt at the other, free end, which still a thread with a nut protrudes from the hole on the front of the balcony slab has, so that a mounting element is attached to the end of the bolt and with the nut can be tightened after the mass has hardened in the second borehole and that Anchor part is thus fixed.
- the anchor part can be in alignment with it Have transverse bore extending plastic sleeve that from the second borehole in the first hole is inserted.
- the nut on the back or the cross hole be closed by a cap or membrane on the back of the anchor part.
- the anchor part is then either inserted with the help of the sleeve or with the help of a provisional one Bolzens fixed in place and shed. Then the bolt can be removed and be screwed back to attach a bracket, this type of Procedure allows the use of head bolts.
- the anchor part should have a cross-sectional area that is at least transverse to the axis of the bolt is two, preferably at least four times the bolt cross-section by that of to be able to distribute the tensile forces exerted on the bolt over a large area in the second bore.
- the second hole should have a significantly larger diameter than the first hole.
- the diameter should be at least two to four times that for the Bolt provided hole.
- the anchor part which is essentially cuboid, can also be adapted to the (generally cylindrical) shape of the bore and either be designed as a half cylinder or partial cylinder or two to the axis of the second borehole parallel edges of the anchor part as partially cylindrical or beveled surfaces be formed, wherein in the case of the beveled surfaces, these along a tangent run an imaginary cylinder, this imaginary cylinder or the partially cylindrical Surfaces have the radius of the second hole.
- the surfaces of the anchor part in a corresponding manner for a flush system to the Wall of the hole are formed.
- the anchor part can then be flush with these surface sections on the inner wall of the second create a cylindrical hole and also use mortar, preferably coarse mortar or fixed with another casting compound in the second borehole.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention also includes a balcony railing post a post base, which has a hole suitable for the bolt and a contact surface for the Has front side of a balcony slab.
- This contact surface should be designed so that seen in the longitudinal direction of the post, support surfaces on the front of the balcony slab arise on both sides of the pin axis up to at least twice the Extend bolt diameter. If possible, for the support surface of a post base, or their extension seen from the bolt axis in the longitudinal direction of the post maximum possible value should be sought, i.e. up to the order of half Plate thickness. Since balcony slabs are practically not less than 10 cm thick, the Support surface of a post base up to at least 5 cm from the pin axis and on both Extend the sides of the pin axis, as seen in the longitudinal direction of the post.
- An embodiment of the invention is also expedient, in which in the support surface a post base and possibly also on the opposite side, which with a Bolt head, a bolt nut or washer engages, one each the bolt in a ring Surrounding gasket is provided to protect the bolt from the elements as much as possible to protect.
- a concrete slab 1 can be seen in FIG. 1, with an upper slab surface 4 and a lower slab Slab surface 4 'and an end face 3.
- the balcony slab is in a vertical section shown, the section plane just through an end hole 10 and one of the Upper plate surface 4 introduced bore 11 runs.
- the axes of the bores 10, 11 lie in a common, vertical plane.
- the axis of the bore 11 has one Distance a from the front side 3 of the balcony slab, which should not be less than 120 mm and in present case z. B. is 140 mm.
- the bore 11 has a diameter D of e.g. 50 mm, but this diameter could also be 40 mm or 60 mm.
- the diameter D of the bore 11 should be at least twice as large as possible as the diameter of the bore 10, the one for a bolt in the example shown a thread size M12 should be suitable. That is, the bore 10 has a diameter of 12 mm or slightly above.
- the anchor part 5 is a cuboid or plate-shaped element with the in the example shown Dimensions b x b x c (40 x 40 x 10 mm) and has a cross and central through the square Plate surface extending bore of a good 12 mm in diameter, in alignment on the Back of the anchor part 5, a threaded nut 7 is welded with an M12 thread.
- the anchor part 5 is in the hole 11 used and held with fingers or pliers, while a stud 2 by the end face 3 of the balcony slab 1 is inserted into the bore 10 through the bore the anchor part 5 is pushed through and screwed with the nut 7 until the Bolt ends approximately flush with the surface of the nut 7 or slightly above the outer level of the mother 7 protrudes.
- the bolt 2 is a stud bolt, which also has an M12 threaded section at its other end has, and it is then displaced in the longitudinal direction of the bore 10 or aligned that its free end is sufficient to a bore 12 of a post base 6 reach through, with a sufficient thread section for screwing on Threaded nut 8 including a washer 13 remains.
- the anchor part 5 Since the anchor part 5 has smaller transverse dimensions than the bore 10, there is for the longitudinal displacement of the bolt 2 a certain margin, so that the bolt 2 practically always fits can be aligned even if the second bore 11 is not precisely in the intended Distance to the end face 3 of the balcony slab was attached.
- the bolt 2 has the desired orientation in the longitudinal direction, it will be in this Position fixed (e.g. by a clip on the face of the plate) and the second hole 11 is now filled with coarse mortar. After the mortar has hardened, the bolt 2 is attached to the Anchor part 5 securely anchored in the bore 11. On the protruding end of the bolt 2 then a post base 6 with its bore 12 plugged onto it and out of the bore 12 protruding end of the bolt 2, a washer 13 is then attached and then screwed a nut 8 and tightened.
- the mother can be a self-locking Be a mother or an additional locking ring can be provided. Also a Countering with a second mother is possible if you have a long enough end of the Threaded bolt 2 protrudes.
- the outside of the post points for receiving the Nut on a recess 14 which is formed as a depression around the bore 12.
- the post base 6 On the end face 3 of the balcony slab, the post base 6 has large ones Contact surfaces 9 on. First of all, a first ring-shaped closed partial surface 9 'immediately surrounds it the bore 12 for the bolt 2. Not shown is a seal that e.g. as an O-ring in a circular groove could be in the partial surface 9 '. Likewise, on the opposite Side a corresponding groove at the bottom of the depression 14 may be provided, in which an O-ring lies, which comes into tight engagement with the washer 13. However, for that too protruding end of the threaded bolt 2 and the nut 8 simply a cover cap be provided, which is plugged in and the bolt 2 sufficiently against the weather protects. The cover cap can also be inserted tightly into the depression 14.
- the bearing surface extends, however, with additional cutouts that are weight and Save material, on both sides of the axis of the bolt 2 and, in the longitudinal direction of the post seen, up to about five times the bolt diameter away from its axis.
- This Distance in conjunction with the total length of the post determines the leverage ratio for the upper end of the post exerted tensile or compressive forces in a corresponding manner tensile forces acting on the bolt 2 are translated.
- the maximum distance between the support surfaces of the pin axis is of course limited to half the plate thickness s
- the post or post foot 6 is also supported on the end face 3 over a large area in the transverse direction from the balcony slab 1, as can be seen in the horizontal section according to FIG.
- the anchor part 5 also has a largely any shape other than that shown can have as long as it can only be accommodated in the bore 11 and sufficiently stable and large is enough to serve as an anchor part.
- those facing the post could Edges and surfaces of the anchor part 5 of the cylindrical partial surface of the bore on the left in FIG. 2 11 be adapted. These surfaces could then be on the left side of the cylindrical surface of the Bore 11 lie flush and the tensile forces occurring regardless of a potting compound spread over a large area.
- the present invention has made it possible that it is no longer possible held, front side fastening of railing posts to balcony slabs, to be realized again, even if the plates are significantly less than 20 or 25 cm thick. Despite the additional hole to be made from the top of the plate is the invention Type of attachment still less expensive than other, alternative types of attachment that require significantly more parts and material.
