Description
- effectuer rapidement la séparation et le contrôle des pièces,
- éviter que le dispositif de séparation unitaire des pièces ne perturbe la détection ou le contrôle de ces pièces, et
- résister aux sollicitations mécaniques, notamment l'abrasion et le martèlement, générées par la chute des pièces en vrac.
- un disque, motorisé et tournant, sur lequel les pièces sont jetées en vrac ;
- une barrière fixe ; et
- un dispositif de reconnaissance de pièces comportant un certain nombre de capteurs disposés sur le trajet du disque ;
- le premier disque, interne, dit de séparation, est pourvu d'arêtes sensiblement radiales pour la séparation des pièces ;
- le deuxième disque, externe, dit de reconnaissance des pièces, est muni à sa périphérie d'alvéoles situées dans le prolongement des arêtes du disque interne pour recevoir les pièces ainsi séparées, lesdites pièces étant maintenues dans lesdites alvéoles par une plaque de glissement située sous le disque externe et par une bordure circulaire entourant partiellement ledit disque externe ; et
- la barrière fixe est une barrière semi-circulaire disposée au niveau de la séparation entre le disque interne et le disque externe pour retenir les pièces sur le disque interne dans la partie inférieure de celui-ci.

Claims (10)
- Contrôleur de pièces métalliques, notamment de pièces de monnaie, comprenant :un disque (3), motorisé et tournant, sur lequel les pièces sont jetées en vrac ;une barrière fixe (10) ; etun dispositif de reconnaissance de pièces comportant un certain nombre de capteurs (16) disposés sur le trajet du disque ;le premier disque (3), interne, dit de séparation, est pourvu d'arêtes (7) sensiblement radiales pour la séparation des pièces ;le deuxième disque (4), externe, dit de reconnaissance des pièces, est muni à sa périphérie d'alvéoles (8) situées dans le prolongement des arêtes (7) du disque interne (3) pour recevoir les pièces ainsi séparées, lesdites pièces étant maintenues dans lesdites alvéoles (8) par une plaque de glissement (13) située sous le disque externe (4) et par une bordure circulaire (12) entourant partiellement ledit disque externe (4) ; etla barrière fixe (10) est une barrière semi-circulaire disposée au niveau de la séparation entre le disque interne (3) et le disque externe (4) pour retenir les pièces sur le disque interne (3) dans la partie inférieure de celui-ci.
- Contrôleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le disque interne (3) est réalisé en une matière métallique, tandis que le disque externe (4) est réalisé en une matière non métallique.
- Contrôleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de recyclage bas permettant, lorsque deux pièces de petites dimensions se trouvent logées dans une même alvéole (8) du disque externe (4), de recycler la pièce la plus à l'intérieur vers le disque interne (3), avant son passage devant les capteurs (16), ce dispositif de recyclage étant constitué par un dégagement (18) de forme appropriée ménagé dans la plaque de glissement (13) des pièces.
- Contrôleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un dispositif de recyclage haut permettant de recycler une pièce quelconque située dans une alvéole (8) du disque externe (4), vers le disque interne (3), après son passage devant les capteurs (16), ce dispositif de recyclage haut étant constitué par une palette mobile (20) située dans le prolongement de la plaque de glissement (13) et commandée par le dispositif de reconnaissance de pièces, cette palette (20) étant normalement escamotée en position de repos et présentant en position active une arête de guidage (21) ramenant la pièce à recycler vers le disque interne (3).
- Contrôleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un dispositif de visualisation des lots de pièces acceptées comportant au moins deux types de logements différents (27, 28) pour ces lots de pièces.
- Contrôleur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de visualisation comporte deux logements (27) d'un premier type interposés entre deux logements (28) d'un second type.
- Contrôleur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de visualisation est constitué par un racleur (22) à deux branches diamétralement opposées, surmonté d'un couvercle transparent (26) et tournant sur un plateau circulaire incliné (23) situé sensiblement dans le plan des deux disques concentriques (3, 4), un logement (27) du premier type étant aménagé dans chacune des branches du racleur (22), tandis que les logements (28) du second type sont constitués par les deux secteurs situés de part et d'autre du racleur (22).
- Contrôleur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de visualisation comporte un orifice d'évacuation (29) sur le côté pour évacuer les pièces se trouvant dans les logements (27) du premier type et au moins un orifice d'évacuation (30, 31) ménagé dans le fond du plateau circulaire (23) pour évacuer les pièces se trouvant dans les logements (28) du second type.
- Contrôleur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux orifices d'évacuation distincts et contigus (30, 31) dans le plateau circulaire (23), l'utilisation de ces deux orifices étant sélectionnée par le sens de rotation du racleur (22).
- Contrôleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre, deux trappes d'aiguillage (32, 33, 34, 35, 36) disposées à la suite de la palette mobile (20) du dispositif de recyclage haut, ces trappes d'aiguillage étant commandées par le dispositif de reconnaissance de pièces de façon à orienter les pièces acceptées vers l'un ou l'autre des deux types de logements (27, 28) du dispositif de visualisation et les pièces non acceptées vers une sébile de restitution.
