Claims (6)
- Un élément d'ancrage (1) pour armatures métalliques, du type utilisé pour fixer un accessoire ou une pièce (2) à un profilé métallique (30) sur l'armature elle-même ; ledit profilé (30) présentant au moins un logement (3) qui s'étend dans le sens de la longueur et se compose de deux moulures parallèles et opposées (31a, 31b), en forme de "L" ou de "T", chacune dotée d'au moins une patte (33a, 33b) saillant dans la direction de la patte opposée (33b, 33a), de sorte que ledit logement (3) a une forme en substance en "C", de largeur (L) équivalent à la distance entre lesdites moulures (31a, 31b) et de hauteur (H) équivalent à la hauteur des moulures elles-mêmes ; ledit accessoire ou pièce (2) a une base consistant en deux sections (21, 22) qui s'étendent dans le sens de la longueur et forment une section concave (C), la hauteur (H21) de la première section (21) n'étant pas supérieure à la hauteur (H) du logement (3) en question, ladite première section (21) ayant un bord (34) formant une surface interne oblique (SO) ; doté de vis (4) au moyen desquelles l'élément (1) est fixé à l'accessoire (2) de sorte qu'ils sont maintenus ensemble sans être trop serrés ; la longueur et la configuration de l'élément d'ancrage (1) est plutôt cunéiforme, avec une première surface (9) destinée à venir se placer contre l'accessoire (2) et une deuxième surface ou base (10) destinée à être placée contre la section du profilé comprise entre les deux moulures (31a, 31b) ; ledit élément d'ancrage (1) présente une première dent (11) qui s'étend transversalement et longitudinalement le long de ce même élément (1), avec une hauteur (H11) qui ne dépasse pas celle du profilé (3) ; à l'opposé de la première dent (11), l'élément d'ancrage (1) présente une surface inclinée (P1), destinée à venir se placer contre la surface oblique (SO) de l'accessoire (2), l'angle de la surface inclinée (P1) étant complémentaire de celui de la surface oblique ;
caractérisé en ce que la surface inclinée (P1) de l'élément d'ancrage (1) a un profil en ligne brisée de façon à définir une deuxième dent (12), destinée à venir se placer contre la surface oblique susmentionnée (SO) de l'accessoire (2) et en ce que l'élément d'ancrage (1) présente, au niveau de la première dent (11), un élément biseauté (13) qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de l'élément d'ancrage (1), destiné à permettre l'introduction de ce même élément (1), fixé de manière lâche à l'accessoire (2), dans le logement (3), en introduisant la première dent (11) en dessous de la deuxième patte (33b), puis en introduisant ladite première section inférieure (21) de l'accessoire (2) dans le logement (3) en dessous de la première patte (33a), et en ce que ledit élément (1), sur ladite première surface (9), au niveau d'un bord (15) définissant le dessus de la surface inclinée (P1), présente un deuxième élément biseauté (14) qui s'étend longitudinalement le long de l'élément d'ancrage (1), et qui est destiné à permettre à ladite première surface (9) d'être inclinée sans interférer avec l'accessoire (2), quand la première dent (11) est introduite en dessous de la deuxième patte (33b). - Un élément d'ancrage (1) pour armatures métalliques, du type utilisé pour fixer un accessoire ou une pièce (2) à un profilé métallique (30) sur l'armature elle-même ; ledit profilé (30) présentant au moins un logement (3) qui s'étend dans le sens de la longueur et se compose de deux moulures parallèles et opposées (31a, 31b), en forme de "L" ou de "T", chacune dotée d'au moins une patte (33a, 33b) saillant dans la direction de la patte opposée (33b, 33a), de sorte que ledit logement (3) a une forme en substance en "C", de largeur (L) équivalent à la distance entre lesdites moulures (31a, 31b) et de hauteur (H) équivalent à la hauteur des moulures elles-mêmes ; ledit accessoire ou pièce (2) a une base consistant en deux sections (21, 22) qui s'étendent dans le sens de la longueur et forment une section concave (C), la hauteur (H21) de la première section (21) n'étant pas supérieure à la hauteur (H) du logement (3) en question, ladite première section (21) ayant un bord (34) formant une surface interne oblique (SO) ; doté de vis (4) au moyen desquelles l'élément (1) est fixé à l'accessoire (2) de sorte qu'ils sont maintenus ensemble sans être trop serrés ; la longueur et la configuration de l'élément d'ancrage (1) est plutôt cunéiforme, avec une première surface (9) destinée à venir se placer contre l'accessoire (2) et une deuxième surface ou base (10) destinée à être placée contre la section du profilé comprise entre les deux moulures (31a, 31b) ; ledit élément d'ancrage (1) présente une première dent (11) qui s'étend transversalement et longitudinalement le long de ce même élément (1), avec une hauteur (H11) qui ne dépasse pas celle du profilé (3) ; à l'opposé de la première dent (11), l'élément d'ancrage (1) présente une surface inclinée (P1), destinée à venir se placer contre la surface oblique (SO) de l'accessoire (2), l'angle de la surface inclinée (P1) étant complémentaire de celui de la surface oblique ;
caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'ancrage (1) est doté d'au moins un appendice ou patte (16) qui s'étend longitudinalement sur la face externe de ce même élément (1), et dont la longueur est en substance égale à la distance (D) entre l'élément (1) une fois placé sur l'armature et une portion (39) de cette même armature (30), ladite patte (16) devant permettre un positionnement précis en plaçant son extrémité libre sur la portion (39) de l'armature. - Elément d'ancrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'ancrage (1) est doté d'une paire d'appendices ou pattes (16) qui s'étendent longitudinalement sur la face externe de l'élément (1) lui-même, et dont la longueur est en substance égale à la distance (D) entre l'élément (1) une fois placé sur l'armature et une portion (39) de cette même armature (30), les pattes (16) étant destinées à permettre le positionnement précis de l'élément (1) en plaçant l'extrémité libre de l'une de ces pattes (16) sur la portion (39) de l'armature.
- Elément d'ancrage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface inclinée (P1) de l'élément d'ancrage (1) a un profil en ligne brisée de façon à définir une deuxième dent (12), destinée à se placer contre la surface oblique susmentionnée (SO) de l'accessoire (2) et en ce que l'élément d'ancrage (1) est doté, au niveau de la première dent (11), d'un élément biseauté (13) qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de l'élément d'ancrage (1), et destiné à permettre l'introduction de l'élément (1), fixé de manière lâche à l'accessoire (2), dans le logement (3), en introduisant la première dent (11) en dessous de la deuxième patte (33b), puis en introduisant ladite première section inférieure (21) de l'accessoire (2) dans le logement (3) en dessous d'une première patte (33a).
- Elément d'ancrage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que chacun des appendices ou pattes (16) susmentionnés a une extrémité saillante (17) perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (A) de l'élément d'ancrage (1), de façon à créer une prise pour l'élément d'ancrage (1) et des moyens destinés à mettre d'équerre la position de l'élément (1) lui-même sur une portion (39) de l'armature.
- Elément d'ancrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdites vis (4) viennent se placer dans les logements (41) situés sur l'élément d'ancrage (1), des trous correspondants (24) pour la fixation au profilé étant prévus sur une section (26) de l'accessoire (2), caractérisé en ce que lesdits logements (41) s'étendent suivant un axe (X) qui forme un angle (α', β') avec ladite deuxième surface ou base (10) de l'élément d'ancrage (1), la fonction de l'angle (α, β) étant définie par ladite section (26) pour la fixation au profilé avec une section (25), la plus proche du pivot de charnière, de l'accessoire (2), destiné à être en prise avec un autre accessoire pouvant lui être fixé.
