Claims (11)

  1. Partie de pressage d'une machine à papier produisant des papiers fins, cette partie comportant une fente de pressage délimitée par une surface périphérique lisse, en contact avec le papier et par un cylindre de pressage (3, 600) garni de feutre,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la surface lisse, sans qu'une traction libre s'exerce sur le papier, transmet la bande de papier (100), en aval de la fente de pressage, à un cylindre (4, 5, 7, 30, 1') qui peut être chauffé, cette surface lisse étant celle de l'enveloppe (1), de forme rigide dans sa forme, d'un cylindre tubulaire.
  2. Partie de pressage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le cylindre de pressage (3) garni de feutre est un cylindre à fente longitudinale ou à sabot.
  3. Partie de pressage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le cylindre tubulaire (1), avec un second cylindre de pressage (2, 200, 300) garni de feutre, délimite, en amont de la fente de pressage de la revendication 1, une seconde fente de pressage antérieure.
  4. Partie de pressage selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les deux fentes de pressage sont équipées chacune d'un feutre distinct, sans fin.
  5. Partie de pressage selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le second cylindre de pressage est un cylindre à sabot ou à fente longitudinale.
  6. Partie de pressage selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    un seul feutre commun (10) est prévu pour les deux fentes de pressage.
  7. Partie de pressage selon une des revendications 3, 4 ou 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le second cylindre de pressage (200), garni de feutre, est un cylindre d'aspiration dont la zone active se trouve principalement en amont de la fente antérieure de pressage.
  8. Partie de pressage selon une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le cylindre tubulaire lisse (1) est un cylindre de réglage de cintrage.
  9. Partie de pressage selon une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le cylindre (4) qui peut être chauffé est un cylindre tubulaire, non garni de feutre, entraînant la bande pour le délivrer à un cylindre de séchage, de préférence en évitant une traction libre du papier.
  10. Partie de pressage selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le cylindre chauffable (4) délimite, avec un cylindre supplémentaire garni de feutre, une fente de pressage postérieure.
  11. Partie de pressage selon une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la fente entre le cylindre tubulaire lisse (1) et le cylindre chauffable (30), en particulier un cylindre de chauffage, peut être ouverte.
