Claims (12)
- Sicherheitseinrichtung für eine Aufzugskabine (3) mit einer an einer Führungsschiene (2) angreifenden Bremseinrichtung (9), wobei die von der Bremseinrichtung (9) auf die Führungsschiene (2) ausgeübte Bremskraft von einer Regeleinrichtung (16) geregelt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Bremseinrichtung (9) einen mit Laufflächen (2.3) versehenen freien Schenkel (2.2) der Führungsschiene (2) umschliesst, wobei je Lauffläche (2.3) eine von einem Bremsplattenhalter (12.1) getragene Bremsplatte (12) vorgesehen ist und dass mindestens eine Bremsplatte (12) mittels eines Bremszylinders (14) betätigbar ist, wobei der Bremszylinder (14) mit einem mittels einer Druckmitteleinrichtung (17) in einem Druckmittel erzeugten und mittels der Regeleinrichtung (16) geregelten Druck beaufschlagbar ist. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Bremseinrichtung (9) von einem an einem Tragrahmen (4) angeordneten Befestigungsgehäuse (6) geführt wird, wobei das Befestigungsgehäuse (6) Ausnehmungen (7) aufweist, in die Führungen (8) der Bremseinrichtung (9) eingreifen. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass an den Ausnehmungen (7) elastische Zwischenlagen (10) angeordnet sind, an denen die Führungen (8) der Bremseinrichtung (9) so gehalten und geführt werden, dass die Bremseinrichtung (9) während des Bremsvorganges in der Lage ist, Lotabweichungen und Toleranzen der Führungsschiene (2) zu folgen. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Befestigungsgehäuse (6) an einem oberen Joch (4.1) des Tragrahmens (4) angeordnet ist. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Befestigungsgehäuse (6) an einem unteren Joch (4.2) des Tragrahmens (4) angeordnet ist. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein am Befestigungsgehäuse (6) angeordneter Verzögerungssensor (26) vorgesehen ist, der in Wechselwirkung mit der Regeleinrichtung (16) während dem Bremsvorgang die Verzögerung der Aufzugskabine (3) auf einem vorherbestimmten Wert hält. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Regeleinrichtung (16) im Störfall mittels eines Geschwindigkeitssensors (24) und eines Beschleunigungssensors (25) aktivierbar ist. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Regeleinrichtung (16) beim Be- und Entladen der Aufzugskabine (3) und bei Unterhaltsarbeiten mittels einer Aufzugssteuerung (27) aktivierbar ist, wobei die Aufzugssteuerung (27) manuell in den jeweiligen Betriebszustand versetzbar ist. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die mit der Regeleinrichtung (16) in Verbindung stehende Druckmitteleinrichtung (17) einen Motor 18), eine Druckpumpe (19), einen Druckspeicher (20), Druckschalter (23.1, 23.2, 23.3, 23.4), Ventile (21, 22, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4) und Druckmittelleitungen (15) aufweist, wobei ein Druckregelventil (22.1), das zum Bremszylinder (14) geführte Druckmittel steuert. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Bremsplatte (12) einen Bremssensor (13) zur Überwachung der Abnutzung der Bremsplatte (12) aufweist. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Bremszylinder (14) zur Erzeugung der Bremskraft einen in einem Zylinderraum (14.1) angeordneten Kolben (14.2) aufweist, der auf den Bremsplattenhalter (12.1) einwirkt. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Bremszylinder (14) zur Erzeugung der Bremskraft eine Druckfeder (14.4) aufweist, wobei die Beaufschlagung des Bremszylinders (14) entgegen der Druckfeder (14.4) erfolgt.
