Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a flexible cover sheet for carpets and stone floors, stairs, interior fittings and interior fittings, which is woven from plastic threads or tapes and in which an adhesive layer that is detachable from the floor and / or object is at least partially applied to the back of the cover sheet.
A flexible cover sheet of the type mentioned is known from DE-A-2 126 192. It consists of a dense fabric made from plant fibers or synthetic fibers. The web is glued to components using a pressure sensitive adhesive. An adhesive is used which permits repeated use of the webs coated in whole or in part with the pressure sensitive adhesive.
The disadvantage is that the cover sheet has such a stiffness that it is not possible to fit snugly against the parts to be covered.
A protective cover for floor coverings is known from DE 85 35 319 U1. It consists of a cutable, textile rag fleece, which is coated on one side with an adhesion-increasing coating. The adhesion-increasing layer is either a latex layer sprayed on or spread on during laying or a self-adhesive layer covered by a film.
Also known is a fabric sheet to be used as a protective mat (DE 84 17 177 U1). The fabric consists of interconnected, relatively thick individual fibers, especially fiber, felt or fleece, with an adhesive layer that is covered with a protective film.
Due to the high absorbency and adhesiveness of the nonwovens and felts to polluting liquid and dusty media, a large part of the adhesion-increasing coating is also covered, so that the adhesive effect wears off and the cover sheet can slip. In addition, there are dust clouds due to heavy dust pollution when impacted, which can also lead to undesirable allergenic pollution. If, on the other hand, more latex is applied, for example, the cover sheet will be very difficult to separate from its base. Another disadvantage is that nonwovens and felts do not have high tear strength. High tensile loads can only tear open the cover sheet and damage the underlay.
The invention has for its object to develop a flexible cover sheet of the type mentioned so that it has good adhesion properties with high tear strength.
According to the invention the object is achieved in a cover sheet of the type mentioned in that the cover sheet is woven partly from non-reinforced and partly from reinforced plastic threads or tapes.
The advantages achieved by the invention consist in particular in that the cover sheet combines the positive properties of textiles and plastic films through the woven plastic threads, adheres well to the objects, is extremely hard-wearing and is easy to use over the entire period of use, for example over an entire construction phase is safe ground and property protection.
The non-reinforced plastic threads or tapes perform a sealing function, while the reinforced plastic threads or tapes represent the mechanical framework.
The armored threads or tapes are preferably armored in such a way that fine glass fibers or other suitable fibers which increase the tensile strength are built into the threads or tapes.
In order that the cover sheet can meet its special requirements, it is advantageously made of polyethylene ribbon fabric. The positive properties of a textile covering - including high tear resistance, easy handling - and that of a plastic covering - among other things. good resistance to wet and heavy soiling - combined.

The cover sheet consists of a polyethylene film ribbon fabric. It consists of coarse, approximately 1 to 3 mm wide and 0.1 to 0.5 mm thick plastic or reinforced
For example, acrylic-based dispersion pressure sensitive adhesives can be used. However, the
The
The solvent then largely evaporates. When covering the
If objects (not shown) are present in a room that have a complicated configuration, a
In principle, adhesive strips coated on both sides, such as are customary for carpet laying, can also be used.
Farbspritzer, aufgenommen.Because the cover sheet is very hard-wearing and adheres well to the floor and to the objects, it sits securely during the entire period of use, for example over an entire construction phase. The fabric character of the
In order to increase the dust-tightness, a plastic film can also be placed between the woven sheet and the adhesive layer, e.g. made of polyethylene, with a thickness between 0.5 and 2 mm to be welded or glued to the woven web, which is then provided on its free side with the adhesive layer.
After use, the
