In einer geeigneten Form ist der Verpackungsbehälter einteilig ausgeführt und besteht, wie Figur 1 zeigt, aus einem flachen Teil, wobei Bodenteil (1), Deckelteil (2) sowie die vier Sei¬ tenteile (19) durch sogenannte Filmscharniere (24) , faltbare Verbindungslaschen, zusammengehalten werden. Die Teile können abgewinkelt werden, so daß ein quaderförmiger Behälter daraus entsteht, wie Figur 2 zeigt. Durch ein (nicht gezeichnetes) Gurtband, welches um die umlaufende Vertiefung (25) des zusam¬ mengeklappten Behälters gelegt wird, wird dieser zum Transport gesichert. Zusätzlich kann das Gurtband einen Tragegriff enthal¬ ten, wobei an der Stelle des Tragegriffs die Außenseite der Ver¬ packung eine Griffmulde enthalten kann. Mit Ausnahme dieses Gurtbandes sind alle Teile der neuerungsgemäßeπ Verpackung oft¬ malig verwendbar und zum Rücktransport geeignet. Zum Öffnen des Behälters wird das Gurtbaπd, welches aus einem Material besteht, wie es bei der Palettensicherung eingesetzt wird, abgetrennt. Das Deckelteil (2) wird angehoben und die Sei¬ tenteile (19) können auf einfache Weise weggeklappt werden. Die verpackten Pancakes sind damit frei zugänglich. Die auf Wickel¬ kernen (13) aufgewickelten Pancakes sind auf einer besonders ausgeführten Kernstütze (11) , welche noch detailliert beschrieben wird, übereinandergestapelt. Die Kernstütze hat einen integrier¬ ten Griff (14) mit welchem man die Stütze mit den Pancakes be- quem aus der Verpackung heben und anschließend zum Verarbeitungs¬ platz bringen kann, der sich meist in einem Reinraum befindet.
