Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich, nach dem Oberbegriff
des Patentanspruches 1, auf eine Anordnung zum Reinigen
der Abluft aus Spritzlack-Kabinen und findet insbesondere
Anwendung an sogenannten Venturi-Auswasch-Anlagen.The invention relates to the preamble
of
Es ist bekannt, an Spritzlack-Kabinen bzw. entsprechenden
Lackier-Straßen die Abluft über unter diesen
angeordnete Auswasch-Anlagen abzuführen (US 4 700
Auswasch-Anlage geleitet. It is known to discharge the exhaust air from spray paint booths or corresponding painting lines via washout systems arranged below them (US Pat. No. 4,700,615). This is intended to wash out the so-called "overspray" contained in the exhaust air. These wash-out systems are designed in such a way that, directly under the grate of the spray paint booth, trickle plates are provided inclined from the sides towards the center and towards the latter. The exhaust air is fed directly to the Venturi nozzles by means of these trickle plates, which are flushed from the sides with a washing liquid. The exhaust air swirled with the washing liquid is separated from it again by a downstream system of baffle plates. The exhaust air is then extracted via an exhaust air duct located next to the spray paint booths.
The washing liquid which absorbs the overspray and all other impurities, e.g. production residues, such as film residues, plastic parts and the like, as well as other dirt particles, is fed to a collecting tank via one or more collecting troughs, partly disposed of and fed back into the feed system of the washing system.
In addition to the production flow disruption due to clogging the washout system are the noise level that large dimensions of the plant and the difficult separation of paint and contaminants due to the desired as complete a paint recovery as possible negative appearances.
In addition, an arrangement is known from FR-A 2 135 733 for cleaning the exhaust air from spray paint booths known in which under a spray paint booth a venturi washout system with baffles and flow plates Washer fluid and exhaust air routing included a supply system for the sprinkler and wash water are provided, where the washout nozzle not eccentrically seen transversely to the conveying direction is located directly under the conveyor belt. Also This solution has the above disadvantages still largely on.
Another problem with known systems is that particularly in the water distribution channels that for a constant and even sprinkling of the wall and / or floor surfaces of the spray booths, with the time stops the solid particles from being deposited, which is then still in a complex manner by Need to be eliminated from time to time.
This is based on the prior art from DE-PS 39 21 114, which i.a. a special kind the arrangement of the water supply pipes within the Propagation channels suggests a solid sedimentation counteract on the gutter floor. Practice has shown, however, that such System produces insufficient results.
This results in the object of the invention Creation of an arrangement for cleaning the exhaust air from spray paint booths using Venturi washout systems, which has a lower noise level as well as smaller dimensions in their lateral, transverse to Dimensioning of workpiece conveying direction has production flow disturbances due to clogging prevents and continues to be absolutely safe and reliable Way of creating any kind of deposits counteracts in the water distribution organs.
The solution to this task and the necessary ones
