Abstract

The concrete invention relates to a coupling element for radiators for hot-water central heating installations, which is particularly suitable for mounting on or in walls and makes possible on the one hand a connection to the forward run and return run pipe of the heating system pipe train and on the other hand the forward and return run connection to the central heating body. A bore - called short circuit bore 6 in the following - connects the forward run connections 2 to the return run connections 3 so that a flow is possible through the pipe network even when the central heating valve is shut off.
