Bei einem bekannten Walzgerüst dieser Gattung (EP-A-40 584) werden die Lagereinbaustücke der Walzen von zylindrischen Führungsstangen durchdrungen. Mit Hilfe dieser Führungsstangen können die Walzen gegeneinander angestellt und auch, für das Ein- und Ausbringen zwischen Führungs-Holmpaaren eines Tragständers gegeneinander verspannt werden. Die Lagereinbaustücke der in den Tragständer von oben her eingeführten Walzen werden dabei von den Holmpaaren dieses Tragständers geführt, und es ist ein Traggerüst vorhanden, gebildet durch die zylindrischen Führungsstangen, und eine, mit deren unteren Enden verbundene Fußplatte. Mit dieser Fußplatte sind auch die Träger der Walzgutleitführungen verbunden. Für die so mit dem Traggerüst geschaffene Auswechseleinheit ist ein erheblicher Bauaufwand notwendig, denn die Lagereinbaustücke sind nicht klassische, einfache Blockkörper, sondern Körper, in die jeweils zwei vertikale Durchtrittsbohrungen für die zylindrischen Führungsstangen und weiter in einigen ihrer Führungsflächen Nutbahnen, beide mit sehr genauen Passungen eingebracht werden müssen. Eine der Führungsstangen muß darüberhinaus ebenso, wie die zugehörige Durchtrittsbohrung mit Anstellgewinden versehen werden. Entsprechend muß mindestens einer der Holme des Tragständers den Nutbahnen angepaßte Führungsleisten aufweisen, damit die Lagereinbaustücke der Walzenpaare axial verschiebegesichert sind. Diese Ausbildung der Lagereinbaustücke und des Tragständers erfordert nicht nur einen erheblichen Arbeitsaufwand, sondern zieht eine vergleichsweise ebenfalls erhebliche große Bemessung der Lagereinbaustücke und damit wieder des gesamten Walzgerüstes nach sich, weil die Lagereinbaustücke durch die Durchtrittsbohrungen und die Nutbahnen erkennbar querschnittsgeschwächt sind.In a known roll stand of this type (EP-A-40 584), the bearing chocks of the rolls are penetrated by cylindrical guide rods. Dabei können, wie die Erfindung weiter vorsieht im Stegbereich der U-Ausnehmung jeder Platte an diese angesetzte, nach außen gerichtete, in Einbaustellung der Lagereinbaustücke der unteren Walze diese unterfassende Kragansätze vorgesehen werden, deren nach unten weisende Flachen auf die untere Begrenzung der Fenster der Walzenständer auflegbar sind. Das Walzgerüst 1 wird aus den Ständern 2 und 3 mit den Holmen 2a, 3a und den Verbindungskappen 4 und 5 gebildet. Die Lagerstücke 14 der oberen Walze 10 und die Lagerstücke 15 der unteren Walze 11 sind (Fig. 2) in den von den Holmen 2a, 3a gebildeten Fenstern 2c bzw. 3c geführt. Die Lagerstücke 14 hängen mit Hakenansätzen 14a an einer Hubtraverse 16, die eine Kranöse 16a aufweist. Die Hubtraverse 16 hängt ihrerseits an Hubzylindern 37, die mit der Quertraverse 6 verbunden sind und wird von der Anstellspindel 7 beaufschlagt. Die untere Walze 11 wird mit ihren Lagerstücken 15 ebenfalls in den Fenstern 2c bzw. 3c der Ständer 2 und 3 geführt.The

Die Lagerstücke 15 der unteren Walze 11 liegen dabei mit ihrer Unterseite auf den nach oben gerichteten Flächen des Stegbereiches der U-Ausnehmung 20 auf. Ferner weisen beide parallelflächigen Platten 17 und 18, im Einbauzustand einander gegenüberliegende Schlitzausnehmungen 21 auf, in denen verschieb- und festlegbar die den Ein- und Ausgangsseiten der Walzspalte und den jeweiligen Walzen vorgeordneten Walzbalken 22, 23 bzw. 24, 25 geführt und festlegbar sind. Fig. 3, 4 und 5 zeigen, von dem parallelflächigen Plattenpaar 17, 18 in Verbindung mit der Hubtraverse 16 gehalten und getragen. Er kann aus der in den Fig. 1 und 2 wiedergegebenen Walzposition zwischen den Ständern 2a, 3a des Walzgerüstes 1 bspw. mit Hilfe eines krans, nach oben aus dem Walzgerüst 1 herausgehoben werden. Zu diesem Zweck werden die Verbindungskappen 4, 5, die mit Scharniergelenken 31 (Fig. 1 und 2) an die freien Enden der nebeneinander aufstehenden Holme 2a bzw. 3a der Ständer 2, 3 des Walzgerüstes 1 angelenkt sind, nach seitlichem Herausziehen der Gelenkbolzen 32 auf nicht dargestellte Weise abgehoben. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Verbindungskappen 4, 5 stattdessen, wenn die baulichen Verhältnisse dies erlauben, um jeweils einen der Gelenkbolzen 32 nach außen zu verschwenken und so den Aushebeweg für den erwähnten Walzsatz freizumachen. Beim Anheben der Hubtraverse 16 (Fig. 5) wird das obere Lagerstück 14, das hierzu seitliche Kragansätze 33 aufweist, von im Öffnungsbereich der U-Ausnehmung 20, einander gegenüberliegend in die Öffnung ragenden Ansätzen 17a bzw. 18a gehalten, nachdem es von Lagerstück 15 wegbewegt wurde. - Reversible roll stand with pairs of multi-calibre rolls (10, 11), the bearing chocks (14, 15) of which are adjustably guided in windows (2c, 3a), which are formed by posts (2a, 3a), of the housings (2, 3) of the roll stand, and in which the rolls (10, 11) together with their bearing chocks (14, 15) are insertable into a carrier framme, which can be brought from above into and out of position between the posts (2a, 3a), and in which the carriers (22, 23, 24, 25) are insertable by roll stock guides (26, 27, 28, 29), characterised thereby that the carrier frame consists of a pair of U-shaped plates (17, 18), which are connected together parallel in terms of area by spacer members and in the recesses (20) of which, which are open upwardly in the installed position, the rolls (10, 11) are held by the bearing chocks (14, 15) projecting out at both sides, wherein the web region of the U recesses (20) forms a rest surface for the lower side of the bearing chock (15) of the lower roll (11) and the U recesses (20) of each plate (17, 18) have projections (17a, 18a), which are opposite one another in the plate opening region, protrude into the opening and can be held up in the demounted position by entraining projections arranged at the bearing chocks (14, 15), and the housings (2, 3) have at the top connecting caps (4, 5) which are articulated to the posts (2a, 3a) thereof, can be slid out or pivoted out for the demounting of the rolls (11, 12) and carry the adjusting elements for the bearing chocks (14, 15).
- Reversible roll stand according to claim 1, characterised by, in the web region of the U recess (20) of each plate (17, 18), outwardly directed cantilever projections (30) which are attached to this region, hold up the bearing chock (15) of the lower roll in the installed position thereof and the downwardly facing surfaces of which are placeable on the lower boundary of the windows (2c, 3c) of the roll housings (2, 3).
- Reversible roll stand according to claims 1 and/or 2, characterised thereby that the two plates (17, 18) of the plate pair have mutually opposite slot recesses (21) for the displaceable insertion of the carriers (22, 23; 24, 25) of the roll stock guides (26, 27; 28, 29).
