Die den einzelnen Walzen der Gerüste, also den Ober- und den Unterwalzen zugeordneten Walzgut-Leitführungen sind auf mit den Holmen der Walzenständer fest verbundenen Walzbalken angeordnet; sie müssen vor Beginn des Walzprozes­ses auf das ihnen zugeordnete Kaliber der jeweiligen Walze eingestellt werden und verbleiben in der Regel in dieser Einstellposition bis die Walzgerüste auf das Walzen anderer Profile umgestellt werden sollen. Diese Umstellung wird durch Auswechseln der Walzensätze aller Walzgerüste gegen andere bewirkt. Für das Auswechseln der Walzensätze müssen die Walzgut-Leitführungen aus ihrer Einstellposition heraus­gebracht werden, entweder indem man sie vollständig ausbaut oder aber auf dem Walzbalken verschwenkt oder verschiebt, um sie aus der Ausbau-Bewegungsbahn der Walzen herauszubringen. Der vollständige Ausbau der Walzgut-Leitführungen ist beson­ders dann nicht zu vermeiden, wenn für die Kaliber der neu einzusetzenden Walzen andere Ausbildungsformen der Leitfüh­rungen benötigt werden. Neben diesen Arbeiten ist es beim Wechsel der Walzen auch notwendig, die übrigen, für die Durchführung des Walzprozesses notwendigen Armaturen zu lösen, auszubauen oder zumindest aus der Ausbau-Bewegungs­bahn der Walzen herauszubringen, nämlich Vorrichtungen zur Kühlwasserzufuhr, zur Kaliberschmierung u.dgl. Nach Einbrin­gen der neuen Walzensätze ist es dann notwendig, die Walz­gut-Leitführungen wieder einzubauen bzw. wieder in ihre Betriebslage einzubringen, genau einzustellen und weiterhin auch die genannten Zusatzarmaturen wieder in Betriebsstel­lung zu bringen. Das Walzgerüst 1 wird aus den Ständern 2 und 3 mit den Hol­men 2a, 3a und den Verbindungskappen 4 und 5 gebildet. Die Verbindungskappen 4 und 5 sind durch eine Quertraverse 6 starr miteinander verbunden. In den Verbindungskappen 5 sind die Anstellspindeln 7 in Spindelmuttern 8 gewindegeführt; sie werden gemeinsam über auf den Verbindungskappen 5 ange­ordnete Anstellgetriebe 8a, die über eine Verbindungswelle 9 miteinander gekuppelt sind, angetrieben. Die obere und die untere Walze des Duo-Walzensatzes weisen hier sechs Kaliber­rinnen auf, die zusammen (vgl. Fig. 1 ) die dort schaffiert angedeuteten Walzkaliber bilden. Die Lagerstücke 14 der oberen Walze 10 und die Lagerstücke 15 der unteren Walze 11 sind (Fig. 2) in den von den Holmen 2a, 3a gebildeten Fen­ stern 2c bzw. 3c geführt. Die Lagerstücke 14 hängen mit Hakenansätzen 14a an einer Hubtraverse 16, die eine Kranöse 16a aufweist. Die Hubtraverse 16 hängt ihrerseits an Hubzy­lindern 37, die mit der Quertraverse 6 verbunden sind und wird von der Anstellspindel 7 beaufschlagt. Die untere Walze 11 wird mit ihren Lagerstücken 15 ebenfalls in den Fenstern 2c bzw. 3c der Ständer 2 und 3 geführt.The roll stand 1 is formed from the stands 2 and 3 with the spars 2a, 3a and the connecting caps 4 and 5. Wie weiter aus Fig. 1 und 2 in Verbindung mit Fig. 3 zu ersehen, ist zwischen die beiden Ständer 2 und 3 ein aus parallelflächigen Platten 17 und 18 und Abstandsstäben ge­bildetes Traggestell geschoben. Die parallelflächigen Plat­ten 17 und 18 weisen eine U-Ausnehmung 20 auf, in deren Flanschbereichen die Lagerstücke 14 und 15 beider Walzen 10 und 11 einschiebbart geführt sind. Die Lagerstücke 15 der unteren Walze 11 liegen dabei mit ihrer Unterseite auf den nach oben gerichteten Flächen des Stegbereiches der U-Aus­nehmung 20 auf. Ferner weisen beide parallelflächigen Plat­ten 17 und 18, im Einbauzustand einander gegenüberliegende Schlitzausnehmungen 21 auf, in denen verschieb- und festleg­bar die den Ein- und Ausgangsseiten der Walzspalte und den jeweiligen Walzen vorgeordneten Walzbalken 22, 23 bzw. 24, 25 geführt und festlegbar sind. Auf diesen einzelnen Walz­balken sind hier, jeweils sechs Walzgut-Leitführungen 26 bzw. 27 bzw. 28 bzw. 29 einstell- und festlegbar angeordnet.As can be seen further from FIGS. 1 and 2 in connection with FIG. 3, a support frame formed from parallel plates 17 and 18 and spacer bars is pushed between the two stands 2 and 3. Wie aus den Fig. 3, 4 und 5 zu ersehen, sind im Stegbereich der U-Ausnehmungen 20 der parallelflächigen Platten 17, 18 nach außen gerichtete Kragansätze 30 angesetzt. Diese Krag­ansätze 30 sind mit ihren nach unten weisenden Flächen auf die untere Begrenzung der Fenster 2c, 3c der Walzenständer 2, 3 auflegbar (vgl. Fig. 2). Der aus der oberen Walze 10, der unteren Walze 11, den Lagerstücken 14 und 15, den Walz­balken 22, 23, 24, 25 und den auf diese montierten und ein­ stellpositionierten Walzgut-Leitungstührungs-Sätzen 26, 27, 28, 29 bestehende, betriebsfertige Walz-Satz wird, wie insb. Fig. 3, 4 und 5 zeigen, von dem parallelflächigen Platten­paar 17, 18 in Verbindung mit der Hubtraverse 16 gehalten und getragen. Er kann aus der in den Fig. 1 und 2 wiederge­gebenen Walzposition zwischen den Ständern 2a, 3a des Walz­gerüstes 1 bspw. mit Hilfe eines krans, nach oben aus dem Walzgerüst 1 herausgehoben werden. Zu diesem Zweck werden die Verbindungskappen 4, 5, die mit Scharniergelenken 31 (Fig. 1 und 2) an die freien Enden der nebeneinander aufste­henden Holme 2a bzw. 3a der Ständer 2, 3 des Walzgerüstes 1 angelenkt sind, nach seitlichem Herausziehen der Gelenkbol­zen 32 auf nicht dargestellte Weise abgehoben. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Verbindungskappen 4, 5 stattdes­sen, wenn die baulichen Verhältnisse dies erlauben, um je­weils einen der Gelenkbolzen 32 nach außen zu verschwenken und so den Aushebeweg für den erwähnten Walzsatz freizuma­chen. Beim Anheben der Hubtraverse 16 (Fig. 5) wird das obere Lagerstück 14, das hierzu seitliche Kragansätze 33 aufweist, von im Öffnungsbereich der U-Ausnehmung 20, einan­der gegenüberliegend in die Öffnung ragenden Ansätzen 17a bzw. 18a gehalten, nachdem es von Lagerstück 15 wegbewegt wurde. Die Kragansätze 33, an deren Stelle bspw. auch die oberen Eckkanten der Lagerstücke treten könne, unterfassen dabei die Ansätze 17a und 18a.As can be seen from FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, outwardly directed cantilever projections 30 are attached in the web area of the U-recesses 20 of the parallel-surface plates 17, 18. Reversierbares Duo-Profil-Walzgerüst mit Mehrkaliber-Wal­zen, deren Lagerstücke anstellbar in Fenstern der Ständer des Walzgerüsts geführt sind, zur Anordnung zusammen mit weiteren, gleichartigen Walzgerüsten, nebeneinander in Reihen quer zur Walzrichtung, wobei die Walzen an beiden Stirnseiten mit den Antriebseinrichtungen bzw. mit zwi­schen den Walzen benachbarter Walzgerüste angeordneten Antriebs-Übertragungselementen verbindbar sind, und für jede der Walzen der Walzenpaare beiderseits des Walzen­spaltes jeweils besonderen, den Profil-Kalibern zugeord­nete einstell- und festlegbare Walzgut-Leitführungen gemeinsam auf, mit dem Walzgerüst verbindbaren Trägern angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ständer (2, 3) bekannte, an ihre Holme (2a, 3a) angelenkte, für den Ausbau der Walzen (10, 11) nach oben ausschieb- bzw. ausschwenkbare Verbindungskappen (4, 5) aufweisen, und die Lagerstücke (14, 15) der Walzenpaare (10, 11) in ein Traggestell (17, 18, 19) einlegbar sind, das zwischen die Holme (2a, 3a) der Ständer (2, 3) ein­ schiebbar- und aus diesen heraushebbar ist, und in das die Träger (22, 23, 24, 25) der Walzgut-Leitführungen (26, 27, 28, 29) einsetzbar sind.

daß das Traggestell (17, 18, 19) aus einem durch Ab­standsglieder (19) miteinander verbundenen parallelflä­chigen, U-förmigen Plattenpaar besteht, in dessen, in Einbauposition nach oben offene U-Ausnehmung (20) die Lagerstücke (14, 15) der Walzen (10, 11) in deren Flanschbereich geführt sind, wobei die Steg-Bereiche der U-Ausnehmung (20) Auflageflächen für die Unterseite der Lagerstücke (15) der unteren Walze (11) bilden, und das einander gegenüberliegende Schlitzausnehmungen (21) zum Einsetzen und Verschieben der Träger (22, 23, 24, 25) der Walzgut-Leitführungen (26, 27, 28) aufweist.
