Definitions
- the invention relates to a cassette for storing objects, in particular tools such as socket wrenches, cutting dies and other screwing and cutting tools, with a cassette lower part, a cover part which closes the lower part of the cassette and is hingedly connected to it, and at least one receiving part which accommodates the objects and which is movable in the lower part of the cassette guided and automatically brought into a position facilitating the removal of the objects by swiveling the cover part.
- cassettes of this type it is of great importance, in particular insofar as they are also used commercially, that the objects accommodated in them can be easily removed from the receiving part and returned to this, which is only guaranteed if the objects are not deep inside the Lower part of the cassette arranged, but are presented with the cover part open so that each of the objects can be easily accessed.
- cassettes with swivel inserts have already become known for this purpose, but they are preferably only suitable for elongated objects which can be held in corresponding receptacles of the swivel insert over a sufficient length. Shorter objects or tools, such as sockets, dies and the like, should expediently not be subjected to a pivoting movement when the cover part is closed.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of designing a cassette of the type mentioned in such a way that the objects are lifted out of the base part when the cover part is opened, but essentially always remain in the same orientation.
- the cover part in the vicinity of its hinge axis has two opposing bearing brackets projecting towards the inside of the cassette, to which the receiving part is connected via bearing lugs, the bearing lugs and bearing angles being aligned perpendicular to the hinge axis of the cover part and form a parallel to this bearing axis for the receiving part and that the receiving part has on its side facing away from the bearing tabs at least one guide part which is mounted in a guide receptacle in the lower part of the cassette.
- the advantage achieved by the invention consists essentially in the fact that the receiving part is either almost parallel, depending on the design of the guide part is pivoted out or only slightly inclined, the inclination towards the person removing the tools can under certain circumstances further simplify removal.
- a first preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the guide part is formed by two steering levers which are rigidly connected to the receiving part and protrude on the side facing away from the mounting brackets and are arranged at a short distance from the side wall of the lower part of the cassette and that the guide receptacle (see Page 7) is guided essentially parallel to the bottom of the lower part of the cassette.
- the guide receptacle can be formed by the connecting lug of a further, permanently installed receiving part, as a result of which additional installation measures are unnecessary.
- the guide part is formed by an articulated lever which is connected in an articulated manner to the receiving part on the side facing away from the bearing brackets and on the bottom of the lower part of the cassette. With appropriate dimensioning of the guide part, this allows a parallel pivoting out of the receiving part.
- the articulated lever can expediently be formed by a wire bracket in a U-shape, which is provided at its two free ends with ring eyelets which engage on the receiving part opposite, aligned parallel to its bearing axis, the Back bracket is held by a bracket receptacle, which is formed by a U-shaped web.
- the receiving part is provided on its edge carrying the bearing plates with stop parts which rest at about 20 to 30 ° beyond the vertical pivoted cover part on the rear wall of the lower part of the cassette adjacent to the hinge axis. In this way, an automatic limitation for the swivel range of the cover part is achieved.
- the cassettes shown in the drawing are used to store objects, especially tools such as sockets, dies and other screwing and cutting tools.
- the cassettes consist of a lower part 1 of the cassette, a lower part 2 which closes the lower part 1 of the cassette and is connected to it in an articulated manner, and have at least one receiving part 3 for the objects which can be accommodated in recesses 4, holding brackets 5 and the like.
- the receiving part 3 is movably guided in the lower part 1 of the cassette and is brought into a position which facilitates the removal of the objects when the cover part 2 is pivoted open.
- the cover part 2 has two bearing brackets 7, which lie opposite one another and project toward the inside of the cassette, in the vicinity of its hinge axis 6.
- the receiving part 3 is connected via bearing brackets 8, the bearing brackets 8 and bearing bracket 7 are aligned perpendicular to the hinge axis 6 of the cover part 2.
- the connection points 9 of the bearing brackets 8 and bearing bracket 7 form a bearing axis for the receiving part 3 parallel to the hinge axis 6 of the cover part 2.
- the receiving part 3 On its side facing away from the mounting brackets 8, the receiving part 3 has at least one guide part which is mounted in a guide receptacle in the lower part of the cassette.
- the guide part is formed by two steering levers 10 which are rigidly connected to the receiving part 3 and protrude on the side facing away from the bearing plates 8.
- the steering levers 10 are a short distance from the side wall 1.1 of the lower part of the cassette 1 and each guided by a guide bracket 11, the steering levers 10 executing a movement essentially parallel to the bottom 1.2 of the lower part of the cassette.
- the guide bracket 11 can in this case be formed, for example, by a simple, correspondingly angularly shaped sheet-metal plate, which guides the steering lever 10 at least on its upper side and laterally.
- the guide part is formed by a correspondingly shaped connecting lug of an additional receiving part 12.
- the steering lever 10 can be provided with a sliding foot projecting towards the bottom 1.2 of the lower part 1 of the cassette, which provides guidance of the steering lever 10 towards the bottom 1.2.
- the guide part is formed by an articulated lever 13 which is articulatedly connected to the receiving part 3 on the side facing away from the bearing brackets 8 and to the bottom 1.2 of the lower part 1 of the cassette.
- the articulated lever 13 is formed by a U-shaped wire bracket which is provided with eyelets 14 at its two free ends. These eyelets 14 encompass each opposing pin 15 aligned parallel to the bearing axis of the receiving part 3, while the bracket back 13.1 is held by a bracket receptacle 16 which is formed by a U-shaped web.
- the receiving part 3 is provided on its edge carrying the bearing plates 8 with stop parts 17 which, when the cover part 2 is pivoted open, lie against the rear wall 1.3 of the lower part 1 of the cassette 1 adjacent the hinge axis 6.
- the arrangement of the stop parts 17 is so chosen that the cover part 2 can be pivoted about 20 to 30 ° beyond the vertical.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cassette for storing objects, in particular tools such as socket wrenches, cutting dies and other screwing and cutting tools, with a cassette lower part, a cover part which closes the lower part of the cassette and is hingedly connected to it, and at least one receiving part which accommodates the objects and which is movable in the lower part of the cassette guided and automatically brought into a position facilitating the removal of the objects by swiveling the cover part.
In the case of cassettes of this type, it is of great importance, in particular insofar as they are also used commercially, that the objects accommodated in them can be easily removed from the receiving part and returned to this, which is only guaranteed if the objects are not deep inside the Lower part of the cassette arranged, but are presented with the cover part open so that each of the objects can be easily accessed. In particular, cassettes with swivel inserts have already become known for this purpose, but they are preferably only suitable for elongated objects which can be held in corresponding receptacles of the swivel insert over a sufficient length. Shorter objects or tools, such as sockets, dies and the like, should expediently not be subjected to a pivoting movement when the cover part is closed.
The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a cassette of the type mentioned in such a way that the objects are lifted out of the base part when the cover part is opened, but essentially always remain in the same orientation.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the cover part in the vicinity of its hinge axis has two opposing bearing brackets projecting towards the inside of the cassette, to which the receiving part is connected via bearing lugs, the bearing lugs and bearing angles being aligned perpendicular to the hinge axis of the cover part and form a parallel to this bearing axis for the receiving part and that the receiving part has on its side facing away from the bearing tabs at least one guide part which is mounted in a guide receptacle in the lower part of the cassette.
The advantage achieved by the invention consists essentially in the fact that the receiving part is either almost parallel, depending on the design of the guide part is pivoted out or only slightly inclined, the inclination towards the person removing the tools can under certain circumstances further simplify removal.
A first preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the guide part is formed by two steering levers which are rigidly connected to the receiving part and protrude on the side facing away from the mounting brackets and are arranged at a short distance from the side wall of the lower part of the cassette and that the guide receptacle (see Page 7) is guided essentially parallel to the bottom of the lower part of the cassette.
In a further expedient embodiment, the guide receptacle can be formed by the connecting lug of a further, permanently installed receiving part, as a result of which additional installation measures are unnecessary.
In a second advantageous embodiment of the invention, the guide part is formed by an articulated lever which is connected in an articulated manner to the receiving part on the side facing away from the bearing brackets and on the bottom of the lower part of the cassette. With appropriate dimensioning of the guide part, this allows a parallel pivoting out of the receiving part.
The articulated lever can expediently be formed by a wire bracket in a U-shape, which is provided at its two free ends with ring eyelets which engage on the receiving part opposite, aligned parallel to its bearing axis, the Back bracket is held by a bracket receptacle, which is formed by a U-shaped web.
For both of these embodiments, it can further be provided within the scope of the invention that the receiving part is provided on its edge carrying the bearing plates with stop parts which rest at about 20 to 30 ° beyond the vertical pivoted cover part on the rear wall of the lower part of the cassette adjacent to the hinge axis. In this way, an automatic limitation for the swivel range of the cover part is achieved.
