Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fadengeber für eine Stickmaschine mit wenigstens einem schwenkbar gelagerten Fadenführungshebel, der von einem Übertragungsarm geführt ist, dessen Bewegung von einer mit einer antreibbaren Hauptwelle rotierenden Kurvenscheibe gesteuert ist, wobei der Übertragungsarm von der Kurvenscheibe entkoppelbar ist. Es kann sich dabei um Fadengeber für eine Stickmaschine mit einem oder mehreren Stickköpfen handeln. Mit dem Kraftschluß zwischen dem Übertragungsarm und der Kurvenscheibe kann nicht nur die Schwenkbewegung des Fadenführungshebels exakt gesteuert werden, sondern es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, jederzeit den Fadenführungshebel mit einer regelbaren oder nicht regelbaren Gegenkraft in eine beliebige andere Position zu bringen. Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte Fadengeber ist für eine Stickmaschine bestimmt, die im einzelnen nicht wiedergegeben ist. Zu dem Fadengeber gehört wenigstens ein Fadenführungshebel 1, der schwenkbar auf einer Achse 2 gelagert ist. Der Fadenführungshebel 1 ist in üblicher Weise im Bereich einer zugeordneten, nicht dargestellten Nadelstange angeordnet. Mit dem Fadenführungshebel 1 ist fest verbunden ein Übertragungsarm 3, der an seinem unteren freien Ende eine Rolle 4 trägt, die an einer Kurvenscheibe 5 anliegt. Die Kurvenscheibe 5 sitzt auf einer nicht dargestellten Hauptwelle, deren Achse 6 angedeutet ist. Die Hauptwelle ist rotierend angetrieben. Claims (5)
- A thread take-up for an embroidery machine, comprising at least one pivotally mounted guide lever guided by a transmission arm, the motion of which is controlled by a cam rotatable with a drivable main shaft, the transmission arm being detachable from the cam, characterised in that the transmission arm (3) is non-positively held against the cam (5) and a device for pivoting the thread take-up lever (1) is provided in any desired position irrespective of motion of main shaft.
- A thread take-up according to claim 1, characterised by a spring (7) engaging the transmission arm (3).
- A thread take-up according to claim 1, characterised by a lifting cylinder (9) engaging the transmission arm (3).
- A thread take-up according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the thread take-up lever (1) is permanently connected to the transmission arm (3).
- A thread take-up according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that at its free end the transmission arm (3) has a roller (4) for abutting against the cam (5).
