Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Installationsbaustein nach dem Oberbegriff des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to an installation module according to the preamble of
Ein Installationsbaustein dieser Gattung ist durch die FR-A-2,228,905 bekannt. Bei diesem ist ein geschäumter Block allseitig von einem kastenförmigen und somit vergleichsweise schweren und aufwendigen Metallrahmen umgeben.An installation module of this type is known from FR-A-2,228,905. Durch die EP-A-0 060 978 ist zudem ein Installationsbaustein bekannt, der einen geschäumten Formkörper aus Polyester-Schaumbeton aufweist. Ein Metallrahmen ist bei diesem Baustein nicht erforderlich. In den Formkörper dieses Installationsbausteins sind Leitungen, Armaturen, Einbauteile und Befestigungsmittel für beispielsweise eine wandhängende Sanitäreinrichtung eingeschäumt. Diese Teile sind somit exakt vormontiert, was aufwendige Arbeitsgägnge am Montageort vermeidet. Da beispielsweise bei einem wandhängenden Wasserklosett auf den Formkörper des Installationsbausteins hohe Tragkräfte übertragen und weitergeleitet werden, ergeben sich hier folgende Schwierigkeiten:
- Polyester-Schaumstoff kann die genannten hohen Tragkräfte aufnehmen, er weist ein vergleichsweise hohes spezifisches Gewicht auf und die zu seiner Herstellung notwendigen Grundstoffe sind vergleichsweise teuer.
- Bei seiner Herstellung müssen die einzuschaümenden Befestigungsmittel mit Hilfskonstruktionen sehr aufwendig und genau positoniert werden.
- Unterschiedliche Bausteine erfordern entsprechend unterschiedliche Hilfskonstruktionen.

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Installationsbaustein der genannten Gattung zu schaffen, der die oben genannten Schwierigkeiten vermeidet. Der Installationsbaustein soll auch als WC-Installationsbaustein selbsttragend aber dennoch mit geringeren Kosten herstellbar sein. Die Aufgabe ist durch die Erfindung gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. Der Formkörper ist aus expandiertem Polystyrol hergestellt, und ist deshalb bei gleichem Volumen wesentlich leichter und besitzt eine wesentliche höhere Wärmedämmung. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die Wärmedämmung beim erfindungsgemässen Installationsbaustein so hoch ist, dass ein eingelagerter Spülkasten die bisher notwendige Schwitzwasserisolation im Aufnahmeraum des Spülkastens nicht benötigt. Eine zusätzliche Schwitzwasserisolation ist beim erfindungsgemässen Installationsbaustein somit nicht erforderlich.The invention has for its object to provide an installation module of the type mentioned, which avoids the difficulties mentioned above. In den Formkörper 22 ist ein Unterputz-Spülkasten 4 mit einer Revisionsöffnung 4a sowie ein Spülrohrbogen 21 mit einem seitlichen Lüfteranschluss 12 für beispielsweise eine Geruchsabsaugung eingeschäumt. Wie die Fig. 1 zeigt, weisen die Seitenstützen 3 Abkantungen 3b auf, die an ihren Rändern in den Formkörper 22 eingreifen. Am Installationsbaustein ist eine wandhängende Klosettschüssel 6 angebracht. Diese Schüssel 6 ist mit Bolzen 5, die am Querprofil 5 befestigt sind am Installationsbaustein abgestützt. Die an der Klosettschüssel 6 angreifenden Kräfte werden somit über den Bolzen 5 hauptsächlich auf das Querprofil 2 und von diesem avif die Seitenstützen 3 übertragen. Zur Befestigung des Installationsbausteines an einer Gebäudewand, sind in die Seitenstützen 3 ausklappbare Haltelaschen 18 eingestanzt. Ist der Installationsbaustein in einen Montagebügel 20 eingehängt, so ist in jede Seitenstütze 3 eine Befestigungsschraube 19 eingeschraubt. Wesentlich ist auch hier, dass die an den Haltelaschen 18 oder Befestigungsschrauben 19 an den Installationsbaustein übertragenen Kräfte hauptsächlich vom Tragrahmen 1 aufgenommen werden.A wall-
Die Dichte und damit die Härte des Formkörpers ist an den Oberflächenbereichen 22' grösser als in den inneren Bereichen. Dies gilt insbesondere für die zur Beplankung vorgesehene Frontseite des Installationsbausteines. Durch die höhere Härte an den Oberflächen werden höhere Druckfestigkeitseigenschaften erreicht. Der Formkörper 22 kann unterhalb der Bereiche 22' somit eine vergleichsweise geringe Dichte aufweisen, womit einerseits das Gesamtgewicht des Installationsbausteins und anderseits die Wärmedämmung erhöht wird. Claims (2)
- Installation module having a foamed moulded body (22) in which supply and disposal elements (12, 21) for a sanitary installation to be attached to the module are incorporated, and having means (13, 18, 20) for fastening the sanitary installation to the module and for fastening the module to the wall of a building or to a foot support, the moulded body (22) being made of foamed plastic and exhibiting a support frame (1) to which the said means (13, 18, 20) are attached and in which the moulded body (22) is foamed in, characterised in that at least one outer side of the moulded body (22) exhibits surface areas (22') which are harder than other inner areas of the moulded body (22), in that the support frame (1) is assembled from longitudinal and transverse profiles (3, 2), in that the moulded body (22) is foamed into these profiles (3, 2) in a positive-locking arrangement and in that the foamed plastic is expanded polystyrene.
- Installation module according to Claim 1, characterised in that a cistern (4) is incorporated into the moulded body (22) and the moulded body surrounds the cistern (4) essentially on all sides and forms a heat insulation against condensation water.
