Description
- Cette invention concerne un dispositif de bouchon verseur pour un récipient dont le goulot est muni d'un opercule thermoscellé, comportant un élément de bouchon proprement dit et une coiffe avec orifice verseur, coiffe qui est mobile par rapport à l'élément de bouchon proprement dit ainsi qu'une bande de garantie d'inviolabilité qui peut être arrachée de ladite coiffe et est destinée à interdire tout déplacement relatif de la coiffe par rapport au bouchon proprement dit aussi longtemps qu'elle n'a pas été arrachée. Des bouchons verseurs de ce type sont connus.
- Le but de l'invention est de réaliser un dispositif de bouchon verseur qui offre une garantie de non-altération des produits emballés et un moyen simple pour l'utilisateur de perforer l'opercule de scellage incorporé à cet effet, aucune manipulation particulière n'étant nécessaire pour faire passer le récipient équipé du dispositif selon l'invention du stade "scellé sous garantie" au stade "utilisation".
- Pour réaliser cet objectif conformément à l'invention, l'élément de bouchon proprement dit possède en son centre un noyau cylindrique qui, en position de fermeture du dispositif, obture par son sommet l'orifice verseur précité et présente à sa base un couteau tranchant capable de percer l'opercule précité lorsque ledit noyau cylindrique est déplacé axialement en direction de l'opercule précité sous la pression exercée par la coiffe précitée lorsque celle-ci est mise en rotation pour se déplacer en direction de l'opercule précité, le noyau cylindrique étant d'une part guidé à une extrémité par rapport à la coiffe précitée et d'autre part réuni par l'autre extrémité à l'élément de bouchon proprement dit par des entretoises souples formant charnières, dirigées en oblique entre l'élément de bouchon proprement dit et le noyau et qui ne peuvent ramener ce noyau cylindrique dans sa position de départ après que celui-ci a été déplacé au maximum de sa course en direction de l'opercule précité.
- Toujours selon l'invention, les entretoises précitées sont dirigées en oblique pour s'écarter de l'élément de bouchon précité et de l'opercule précité en direction de l'axe géométrique du noyau cylindrique précité et, de plus, l'élément de bouchon proprement dit, les entretoises et le noyau précité sont constitués d'une même matière et l'épaisseur des entretoises précitées est suffisamment faible pour permettre leur flexion et autoriser le déplacement depuis une position de départ en direction de l'opercule précité du noyau précité et s'opposer au retour de ce noyau vers sa position de départ.
- D'autres détails et avantages ressortiront de la description qui sera donnée ci-après d'un dispositif de bouchon verseur selon l'invention. Cette description n'est donnée qu'à titre purement exemplatif et ne limite pas l'invention. Les notations de référence se rapportent aux figures ci-jointes.
- La figure 1 est une vue en coupe du dispositif de bouchon verseur selon l'invention au stade original alors que la coiffe est encore munie de sa bande de garantie.
- La figure 2 est une vue en coupe du même dispositif dans la position dans laquelle l'opercule a été perforé, le bouchon verseur étant fermé.
- La figure 3 est une vue analogue à celle selon la figure 2, le bouchon verseur étant ouvert.
- Le dispositif selon la figure 1 est représenté tel qu'il se trouve bloqué sur le goulot 1 d'un récipient, lui-même pourvu d'un opercule 2 thermoscellé à la fois sur le goulot 1 du récipient et sur un élément du dispositif du bouchon verseur selon l'invention.
- Tel que représenté à cette figure, l'opercule 2 n'a pas été perforé et ne peut pas l'être aussi longtemps que la bande de garantie 3 n'a pas été arrachée.
- Le dispositif de bouchon verseur selon l'invention comporte ce qui sera appelé un élément de bouchon proprement dit 4 qui, à son extrémité inférieure, présente tout moyen de fixation approprié permettant son immobilisation sur le goulot 1 d'un récipient.
- Par récipient on comprendra toute extension de ce terme en ce compris les tubes déformables par exemple.
- L'élément de bouchon 4 comporte une couronne cylindrique 5 qui présente au moins deux, mais de préférence trois, chemins de cames 6 pour permettre un déplacement axial d'une coiffe 7 présentant intérieurement deux, mais de préférence trois, tétons hémisphériques 8. Après arrachage de la bande de garantie 3, qui fait partie de la coiffe 7, un déplacement vers le bas (cette expression doit être vue en regard de la figure annexée) est possible.
- L'élément de bouchon proprement dit 4 est relié par une série d'entretoises 9 avec un noyau cylindrique 10 qui fait partie du bouchon proprement dit 4 et est guidé par sa partie, proche du sommet 11, dans un guidage cylindrique 12.
- Le sommet 11 du noyau cylindrique 10 présente une série de fentes 13 qui permettent au produit contenu dans le récipient de s'en échapper lorsque la coiffe 7, dont l'obliquité du sommet correspond à celle du sommet 11 du noyau cylindrique 10, n'est plus en contact avec le sommet de ce noyau. La coiffe 7 est en effet ouverte à sa partie supérieure pour former un orifice verseur.
- La caractéristique essentielle du dispositif selon l'invention est la conception de la liaison à charnière entre la base du noyau cylindrique 10, par l'entremise des entretoises 9 et la base du bouchon proprement dit 4. Par entretoise il faut comprendre les parties d'un élément en forme de diaphragme qui réunissent la couronne cylindrique 5 au noyau cylindrique 10. L'effet charnière des entretoises est dû à la fois au profil de celles-ci et à la manière dont elles sont constituées ainsi que l'ensemble de l'élément de bouchon proprement dit 4.
- Tout l'ensemble constituant cet élément de bouchon est réalisé en polypropylène, ce qui assure suffisamment de souplesse aux entretoises 9 formant charnière, pour que le noyau cylindrique 10 puisse passer de la position initiale, ou position de départ (telle que représentée à la figure 1) à une position d'enfoncement complet dont la course correspond pratiquement à la hauteur de la bande de garantie 3.
- L'utilisation de polypropylène donne également suffisamment de rigidité, et donc de propriété tranchante au couteau 14 pour que le déplacement, vers le bas, du noyau cylindrique 10 permette au couteau 14 d'entailler selon une découpe arquée l'opercule 2 thermoscellé sur le goulot 1 du récipient et sur la face inférieure de l'épaulement 4′ de la base du bouchon proprement dit 4.
- Le profil des dents du couteau 14 est tel que l'opercule 2 n'est pas entaillé selon un cercle complet. Les parties découpées de l'opercule ne se détachent donc pas du reste de cet opercule.
- Lorsque le noyau cylindrique 10 a été amené, par rotation de la coiffe 7, dans sa position la plus inférieure, les entretoises 9 faisant office de charnière, ne sont évidemment pas à même de ramener le noyau cylindrique dans sa position de départ.
- L'opération de perforation de l'opercule 2 ne peut s'effectuer qu'une seule fois et seulement après arrachage de la bande de garantie 3.
- Par contre, la coiffe 7 peut, par rotation autour de son axe géométrique, être relevée ou abaissée, permettant ainsi l'ouverture ou la fermeture de l'orifice verseur prévu au sommet de la coiffe 7.
- Du point de vue de l'utilisateur, le dispositif de bouchon verseur selon l'invention est d'un maniement simple et offre toutes les garanties d'inviolabilité qui peuvent être requises. Quant au procédé de fabrication et d'assemblage ou de montage du dispositif de bouchon verseur selon l'invention, il est extrêmement pratique et on remarquera que la forme hémisphérique des tétons 8 permet un montage aisé de la coiffe 7 sur la couronne cylindrique 5 qui fait partie du bouchon proprement dit 4.
