Claims (13)
- Cellule de véhicule, notamment ferroviaire, constituée d'un cadre porteur et d'éléments sandwich fixés à ce dernier, dont chacun contient une couche de couverture extérieure et une intérieure, et une couche d'appui insérée entre elles, caractérisée en ce que chaque cellule est obtenue à partir de modules (2), dont chacun a été préfabriqué à titre individuel sous forme d'une structure sandwich intégrale avec des éléments de cadre porteur (10, 12, 14, 30) insérés dans la zone de la couche d'appui (8) et fixés aux couches de couverture (4, 6), et qui, sur les bords des éléments de cadre porteur, sont pourvues d'assemblages ajustés (28, 32) destinés à la jonction directe des modules.
- Cellule de véhicule selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les assemblages ajustés (28, 32) sont constitués d'éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement couplés les uns aux autres avec transmission de force.
- Cellule de véhicule selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce les éléments d'assemblage ajustés ou par emboîtement (28, 32) sont collés l'un à l'autre.
- Cellule de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les différents modules (2) de la cellule sont, sur les bords, chacun entourés complètement d'éléments de cadre porteur (12, 14) pourvus d'assemblages ajustés.
- Cellule de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de cadre porteur marginaux (12, 14) sont conçus comme des éléments de profilés creux pouvant s'emboîter les uns dans les autres avec ajustement précis.
- Cellule de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de cadre porteur (10) sont assemblés les uns aux autres sous forme d'une grille à l'intérieur des différents modules (2).
- Cellule de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de cadre porteur (10) sont vissés les uns aux autres à l'intérieur des différente modules.
- Cellule de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'on prévoit, en tant que couche d'appui (8) pour les modules (2), des découpes en nid d'abeilles ou en mousse, rapportés aux éléments de cadre (10) par l'intermédiaire d'un matériau de compensation (26).
- Cellule de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les profilés (34, 36) des encadrements des fenêtres et des portes du véhicule sont intégrés aux différents modules (2) de la même manière que les éléments de cadre porteur (10).
- Cellule de véhicule selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les couches de couverture (4, 6), après fabrication du module considéré (2), sont rognées le long des profilés des encadrements des fenêtres et des portes (34, 36).
- Cellule de véhicule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les couches de couverture (4, 6) sont constituées de couches d'un composite renforcé par des fibres, collé en pleine surface aux éléments de cadre porteur (10).
- Cellule de véhicule selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que les couches de couverture (4, 6) sont, en plus du collage, localement rivées aux éléments de cadre porteur (10).
- Cellule de véhicule selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins la peau extérieure d'une couche de couverture (4, 6) est constituée d'un stratifié composite renforcé par des fibres ayant subi un séchage préalable distinct.
