Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten sowie für feinteiliges Schüttgut, - mit einem Außenmantel aus einem Gitter mit horizontalen und vertikalen Gitterstäben, einem als Palette ausgeführten Boden und einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff, wobei die Palette zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler o. dgl. sowie zum Aufstellen auf eine Aufstellfläche eingerichtet ist und wobei der Innenbehälter innenseitig an dem außenmantel anliegt sowie auf der Bodenfläche der Palette aufruht (siehe z.B. LU-A-82 555). Die Gitterstäbe eines solchen Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälters bestehen im Rahmen der Erfindung aus geeigneten Werkstoffen, zumeist aus Stahl in Form von Rundstahlabschnitten. Der Außenmantel kann einteilig aus einem Gitter gebogen sein, wobei die Enden der horizontal verlaufenden Gitterstäbe überlappt und z. B. miteinander verschweißt oder auf andere Weise miteinander verbunden sind. Für andere Zwecke sind Paletten bekannt, die zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler o. dgl. eingerichtet sind und aus Metall bestehen. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe lehrt die Erfindung, daß die Palette ebenfalls aus einem Gitter mit sich kreuzenden Gitterstäben aufgebaut ist, die eine rostartige Bodenfläche bilden und am Rand der Bodenfläche nach unten weisende Abbiegungen aufweisen, welche einen Abstand der Bodenfläche von der Aufstellfläche definieren, und daß die vertikalen Gitterstäbe des Aussenmantels bis in den Bereich der Aufstellfläche geführt sowie mit zumindest einigen der nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen verbunden sind. Diese Verbindung kann z. B. durch Schweißen, aber auch auf andere Weise, z. B. mit Hilfe von Verschraubungen, sehr einfach verwirklicht werden. Nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform sind das Gitter, aus dem die Palette aufgebaut ist, und das Gitter, aus dem der Außenmantel besteht, gleich ausgeführt. Die Gitter bestehen aus Rundstahlstäben, wobei bei dem Außenmantel die vertikalen Gitterstäbe im allgemeinen einen größeren Durchmesser aufweisen als die horizontalen Gitterstäbe. Ebenso können bei dem Gitter, aus dem die Palette aufgebaut ist, die in einer Richtung verlaufenden Gitterstäbe gegenüber den Gitterstäben, die in der anderen Richtung verlaufen, mit einem größeren Durchmesser ausgerüstet sein. Aus statischen Gründen ist es zweckmäßig, die Anordnung so zu treffen, daß die Gitterstäbe sich orthogonal kreuzen. Nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform besitzt der erfindungsgemäße Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter einen rechteckigen oder quadratischen Grundriß. Dann besteht die Möglichkeit, die Anordnung so zu treffen, daß die nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen an den Gitterstäben der Palette und die vertikalen Gitterstäbe des Außenmantels dicht nebeneinanderliegend parallel verlaufen. Das läßt auf einfache Weise eine Schweißverbindung zwischen diesen Teilen der Gitterstäbe zu, und zwar nach Art einer V-Nahtschweißung. Besitzt der Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter einen rechteckigen oder Quadratischen Grundriß, so trägt es zur Stabilität und Festigkeit der Palette bei, wenn in die Ecken der Palette Versteifungsschalen eingesetzt sind, die mit den nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen verbunden sind. Auch hier kann die Verbindung durch Schweißen, Verschrauben oder andere geeignete Weise durchgeführt sein. Aus aufstelltechnischen Gründen empfiehlt es sich, an die Enden der nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen sowie an die Enden der vertikalen Gitterstäbe des Außenmantels Aufstellprofile, z. B. in Form von Winkelprofilen, anzuschließen. Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, die nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen zu Aufstellfüßen in Form von geschlossenen Ringen, Rechtecken oder Quadraten weiterzubiegen, wobei die Ringe, Rechtecke oder Quadrate durch Verschweißungen geschlossen werden können. Umgekehrt kann man auch die Endstücke der vertikalen Gitterstäbe des Außenmantels zu Aufstellfüßen in Form von geschlossenen Ringen, Rechtecken oder Quadraten biegen. Je nach den aufzunehmenden Beanspruchungen kann die Bodenfläche der Palette eine zusätzliche Versteifung erfahren, beispielsweise dadurch, daß mittig unter der Bodenfläche ein Versteifungselement angeordnet und auch dieses aus einem Gitter oder aus dem Gitter, aus dem die Palette besteht, geformt ist. Wenn besonders große Beanspruchungen aufzunehmen sind, kann fernerhin das Gitter, aus dem der Außenmantel besteht, doppelt angeordnete vertikale Gitterstäbe aufweisen und/oder kann das Gitter, aus dem die Palette aufgebaut ist, mit doppelt angeordneten Tragstäben versehen sein.According to a preferred embodiment, the transport and / or storage container according to the invention has a rectangular or square outline. Der dargestellte Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter 1 ist für Flüssigkeiten oder für feinteiliges Schüttgut bestimmt. In seinem grundsätzlichen Aufbau besteht er aus einem Außenmantel 2, der aus einem Gitter mit horizontalen und vertikalen Gitterstäben 3, 4 aufgebaut ist, einem als Palette 5 ausgeführten Boden und einem Innenbehälter 6 aus Kunststoff, der beispielsweise durch Blasen hergestellt ist. Die Palette 5 ist zur Handhabung des Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälters mittels Hubstapler o. dgl. sowie zum Aufstellen auf eine durch Schraffur angedeutete Aufstellfläche eingerichtet. Der Innenbehälter 6 liegt innenseitig an dem Außenmantel 2 an und ruht auf der Bodenfläche 7 der Palette 5 auf.The transport and / or
Die Palette 5 besteht ebenfalls aus einem Gitter mit sich kreuzenden Gitterstäben 8. Diese bilden eine rostartige Bodenfläche 7 und sind am Rand der Bodenfläche 7 mit nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen 9 versehen, welche einen Abstand a der Bodenfläche 7 zu der Aufstellfläche definieren. Die vertikalen Gitterstäbe 4 des Außenmantels 2 sind bis in den Bereich der Aufstellfläche geführt und mit den nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen 9 verbunden. Die Verbindung kann, je nach der Geometrie der Gitter, mit allen Abbiegungen 9 oder mit einigen der Abbiegungen 9 durchgeführt sein. Sind das Gitter, aus dem die Palette 5 aufgebaut ist und das Gitter, aus dem der Aussenmantel 2 besteht, gleich ausgeführt, so kann man unschwer alle vertikalen Gitterstäbe 4 im Bereich ihrer unteren Abschnitte mit den beschriebenen Abbiegungen 9 verbinden. Die Gitter mögen nach Art von Baustahlbewehrungsmatten aufgebaut sein oder aus solchen bestehen.The
Im Ausführungsbeispiel und nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung handelt es sich um einen Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter mit rechteckigem Grundriß oder auch mit quadratischem Grundriß. Die nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen 9 der Palette 5 und die vertikalen Gitterstäbe 4 des Außenmantels 2 verlaufen folglich parallel. Sie liegen dicht nebeneinander und können leicht durch Schweißen oder auf andere Weise miteinander verbunden werden. In Fig. 1 erkennt man, daß in die Ecken der Palette 5 Versteifungsschalen 10, die beispielsweise aus Stahlblech bestehen, eingesetzt sind, welche mit den nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen 9 verbunden sind. Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 sind demgegenüber die nach unten weisenden Abbiegungen 9 der Palette 5 zu Aufstellfüßen 12 in Form von geschlossenenen Ringen, Rechtecken oder Quadraten weitergebogen. Man erkennt in den Fig. 2 bis 4 fernerhin mittig unter der Bodenfläche 7 ein Versteifungselement 13. Auch dieses besteht aus einem Gitter. Es kann sich dabei um ein separates Bauteil handeln, wozu auf die Fig. 2 und 4 verwiesen wird, man kann dieses Versteifungselement aber auch aus dem Gitter formen, aus dem die Palette 5 aufgebaut ist. Das wurde in der Fig. 3 dargestellt. Die Fig. 5 läßt erkennen, daß das Gitter, aus dem der Außenmantel 2 besteht, doppelt angeordnete, vertikale Gitterstäbe 4 aufweisen kann.
