Claims (6)
- Charnière à réglage latéral pouvant être fixée à un battant d'une porte ou d'une fenêtre, comprenant un pivot (9), en particulier pour relier deux battants (1, 2) d'une porte coulissante et pliante ou d'une fenêtre coulissante et pliante, et comprenant une première partie de charnière (7) qui peut être posée sur le premier battant (1) et une deuxième partie de charnière (8) qui peut être fixée sur le deuxième battant (2), cependant que l'une au moins des parties de charnière comporte au moins deux éléments (12, 18) qui sont accouplés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de réglage (10) comportant un excentrique de déplacement (15) et destiné à au moins un déplacement de réglage dirigé de manière à peu près parallèle au plan du battant, et qu'en outre l'excentrique de déplacement (15) pénètre dans une fente longitudinale verticale qui forme un premier logement (19), dont la largeur correspond à peu près au diamètre de l'excentrique de déplacement (15) et qui se trouve sur un deuxième élément (18) de la première partie de charnière (7), tandis que le premier élément (12) de cette dernière est maintenu sur le battant (1) et porte l'excentrique de déplacement (15), que le deuxième élément (18) reçoit le pivot (9), que l'excentrique de déplacement (15) est solidaire du premier élément (12) de la première partie de charnière (7) et que le premier élément (12) est monté tournant sur le premier battant (1), caractérisée par le fait que la partie de charnière (7) qui reçoit l'excentrique de déplacement (15) comporte pour l'essentiel deux éléments (12, 18), par le fait que le deuxième élément (18) est pourvu d'au moins un passage (21, 22) qui s'étend horizontalement et qui est destiné à un élément de fixation, et en particulier à une vis de fixation, et d'un deuxième logement (17) en forme de fente qui s'étend horizontalement et qui est destiné à un épaulement (16) analogue à un coulisseau du premier élément (12), et par le fait que le premier élément (12) est maintenu dans le premier logement (19) en forme de fente du deuxième élément (18) sans pouvoir se déplacer perpendiculairement au plan du battant, mais en pouvant tourner.
- Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que l'excentrique de déplacement (15) traverse le premier logement (19) en forme de fente, et que son extrémité en saillie est déformée en une tête de rivet (20).
- Charnière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait qu'une rondelle Belleville (23) et/ou une rondelle annulaire est interposée entre la tête de rivet (20) et le deuxième élément (18) de la partie de charnière (7).
- Charnière selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'épaulement (16) du premier élément (12) de la partie de charnière (7) est réalisé sous la forme d'une pièce intermédiaire en forme de disque qui est interposée entre un tourillon (13) du premier élément (12) et l'excentrique de déplacement (15), et qui est concentrique par rapport au tourillon (13).
- Charnière selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par au moins un tenon (24, 25) à enfoncer dans un perçage, ou similaire, de la partie de charnière (8) qui ne peut pas être déplacée, la distance latérale, par rapport au pivot (9), du ou des tenons (24, 25) à enfoncer dans un perçage de l'une des parties de charnière (8) étant supérieure à celle du tourillon (13) du premier élément (12) de l'autre partie de charnière (7).
- Charnière selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un charnon (27) de l'une (8) des parties de charnière et par deux charnons (28, 29), disposés de part et d'autre de celui-ci, de l'autre partie de charnière (7) qui est munie du dispositif de réglage (10), ainsi que par un capot de recouvrement (31, 32), ou similaire, pour chaque partie de charnière (7, 8).
