Andererseits erlaubt eine mit den genannten Positioniermöglichkeiten ausgestattete übliche verstellbare Plattenspannvorrichtung keine einwandfreie Befestigung eines Gummituches, so daß eine kombinierte Verwendung von Druckplatte bzw. des Gummituches in der gleichen Gummituchspannvorrichtung bzw. Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, daß mit Hilfe der Spannschrauben an Umfangs- und Seitenrichtung bei ausgesparter Inline-Lackierung in Rotationsdruckmaschinen eine genaue Positionierung eines Gummituches zum Druckbild vorgenommen werden kann. Im Zylinderkanal eines Formzylinders 1 für ausgesparte Inline-Lackierung in Rotationsdruckmachinen sind achsparallel Spannschienen 2 in bekannter Weise im Zylinderkanal 3 angeordnet (Fig. 1). Die Spannschienen 2 bestehen aus einem Oberteil 3 und einem Unterteil 4, zwischen denen wahlweise eine Druckplatte 5, z.B. Nylonprint-Letterset-Platte (Fig. 2) oder ein Gummituch (Fig. 3), jeweils für ausgesparte Inline-Lackierung ausgebildet, mittels Klemmschrauben 7 klemmbar sind. Die Spannschienen 2 sind in Führungen 8 mit sich am Formzylinder 1 abstützenden Spannschrauben 10 in Umfangsrichtung parallel oder auch schräg verstellbar und außerdem mit sich am Formzylinder 1 abstützenden seitlichen Stellschrauben 11 in axialer Richtung verstellbar. Dadurch kann bei ausgesparter Inline-Lackierung, z.B. bei lackfreien Klebelaschen, eine genaue Positionierung der Druckplatte 5 oder des Gummituches 6 zum Druckbild vorgenommen werden. Das Oberteil 3 ist mittels Arretierungsvorrichtungen 14, 15, 16, 19 (Fig. 4 und 5) sowie Aussparungen 17 (Fig. 1, 6, 7) für die Klemmschrauben 7 mit der erforderlichen Öffnungsweite gemäß Fig. 5 schwenkbar und verschiebbar mit dem Unterteil 4 verbunden, um mit Armierungen versehene abgewinkelte Enden des Gummituches einlegen zu können. Die Arretierungsvorrichtungen 14, 15, 16, 19 weisen ein Druckstück 14 auf, welches sich über eine Druckfeder 15 auf einer im Unterteil 4 befestigten Verschlußschraube 16 abstützt und im Oberteil 3 in einer Zentrierung 19 geführt ist. Das Oberteil 3 ist gemäß Fig. 7 außerdem weit auseinanderliegend mit zusätzlichen Zentrierungen 18 für mindestens zwei Klemmschrauben 7 versehen, während alle anderen Klemmschrauben 7 gemäß Fig. 6 ohne zusätzliche Zentrierung angeordnet sind. Diese Zentrierung 18 ist von besonderer Bedeutung für die Lagesicherung des Oberteiles 3, insbesondere wenn eine Druckplatte für ausgesparte Inline-Lackierung sicher geklemmt und zum Druckbild positioniert werden soll. Zum Fixieren der mit Armierungen versehenen abgewinkelten Enden des Gummituches 6 ist außerdem eine sich über die Gesamtlänge der Spannschienen 2 im Unterteil 4 erstreckende Nut 13 vorgesehen. Claims (1)

Spannvorrichtung zum wahlweisen Befestigen eines Gummituches oder einer Druckplatte oder dgl. auf einem Formzylinder, insbesondere für ausgesparte Inline-Lackierung in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, bestehend aus zwei achsparallelen Spannschienen, die ein Oberteil und ein Unterteil aufweisen, zwischen denen das Gummituch oder die Druckplatte oder dgl. mittels Klemmschrauben klemmbar sind und die in Führungen mit sich am Zylinder abstützenden Spannschrauben in Umfangsrichtung parallel oder schräg sowie mit seitlichen Stellschrauben axial verstellbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Einlegen und Fixieren von mit Armierungen versehenen abgewinkeltenenden des Gummituches (6) eine sich über die gesamte Länge der Spannschienen (2) im Unterteil (4) ersteckende Nut (13) vorgesehen ist und das Obereil (3) mittels Arretierungsvorrichtungen (14, 15, 16, 19) sowie Aussparungen (17) für die Klemmschrauben (7) schwenkbar und verschiebbar mit dem Unterteil (4) verbunden ist und daß zusätzliche Zentrierungen (18) für mindestens zwei der Klemmschrauben (7) weit auseinanderliegend vorgesehen sind.
