Die mechanische Verbindung zwischen der Spülbehältereinheit und der Montagewanne erfolgt einerseits durch Lagerböcke der Montagewanne, eine Lagerachse und Lagerbügel des Spülbehälters sowie andererseits in Aufnahmen der Montagewanne formschlüssig eingreifende Stützen des Spülbehälters, wobei der Formschluß z.B. durch Schrauben gesichert werden kann. Außerdem wird die Behälterbaugruppe über die Gehäuseseitenwände zusammengehalten, deren untere Ränder in die Montagewanne steckbar sind und mit dem Spülbehälter verschraubt werden. Durch die Befestigung zwischen Spülbehälter und Montagewanne wird der Pumpentopf in seiner Höhenlage fixiert und festgehalten.
