Claims (13)

1. Dispositif pour l'enroulement ou le déroulement de produits plans flexibles, de préférence de produits d'imprimerie, amenés en continu, en particulier en formation d'écailles, vers un et respectivement à partir d'un rouleau (20), avec un mandrin d'enroulement annulaire (19) destiné à recevoir le rouleau (20), lequel mandrin d'enroulement peut être déposé avec sa face intérieure cylindrique (19a) sur des roues porteuses (28. 29) pouvant être entraînées de façon à réaliser un entraînement par friction et retiré desdites roues porteuses, et avec une roue de guidage (30) tournant sensiblement librement, laquelle peut être mise en prise, en dessous des roues porteuses (28, 29), avec la face intérieure (19a) du mandrin d'enroulement (19) en place et dégagée de celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position active, la roue de guidage (30) peut être tournée autour d'un axe de déviation (59) orienté radialement par rapport au mandrin d'enroulement (19) monté ; et qu'il comprend un système de butée (62) coopérant avec l'une des faces frontales du mandrin d'enroulement (19).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de déviation (59) est situé en dehors du plan médian de la roue de guidage (30).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la roue de guidage (30) est clavetée sur l'une des extrémités d'un arbre (38) lequel est monté, au moyen d'un palier à roulement oscillant (39), dans un logement de palier (40) mobile dans le sens radial par rapport au mandrin d'enroulement (19) en place, l'axe de déviation (59) étant situé sur le plan médian du palier à roulement oscillant (39).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (38) de la roue de guidage (30) est prolongé du côté du palier à roulement oscillant (39) opposé à ladite roue de guidage et monté à son autre extrémité, par l'intermédiaire d'un autre palier (58 ; 63), dans un support (48 ; 64) pouvant être déplacé conjointement avec le logement de palier (40) et réglé, en plus, transversalement au mouvement de translation de celui- ci.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le logement de palier (40) est fixé sur un chariot mobile (42) qui est guidé radialement par rapport au mandrin d'enroulement (19) et sur lequel est articulé un élément de levage (45).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le support (48) peut être déplacé de manière guidée transversalement à la direction de déplacement du chariot (42) au moyen d'un organe de manoeuvre (53) articulé sur ledit chariot.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (38) de la roue de guidage (30) est prolongé du côté du palier à roulement oscillant (39) opposé à ladite roue de guidage et qu'il est muni à son autre extrémité d'un frein (67), ce qui amène la roue de guidage (30) mise en rotation par la face intérieure (19a) du mandrin d'enroulement (19) monté à effectuer automatiquement une déviation autour de l'axe de déviation (59), conformément à l'actionnement du frein (67).
8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le système de butée comprend un rail fixe (62).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le rail fixe (62) est conformé en arc de cercle et disposé concentriquement par rapport au mandrin d'enroulement monté.
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le rail fixe (62) s'étend, de part et d'autre de son plan vertical passant par l'axe de rotation de la roue de guidage (30) non déviée, sur des segments ayant sensiblement la même longueur.
11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le rail fixe (62) est monté sur le logement de palier (40) de l'arbre (38) de la roue de guidage (30).
12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en 'ce que le système de butée comprend au moins trois rouleaux tournant librement dont les axes de rotation sont orientés radialement par rapport au mandrin d'enroulement (19) et dont les surfaces de roulement définissent un plan.
13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le système de butée (62) peut être réglé et bloqué dans la direction axiale du mandrin d'enroulement (19) monté.
