Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Befestigungseinrichtung für das Spreizgestell eines Wäscheschirmes gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Durch das DE-GM 1 699205 wurde eine Befestigungseinrichtung für das Spreizgestell eines Wäscheschirmes bekannt, die längsverschiebbar an einem Mast gelagert ist und über eine Rasteinrichtung in Rastlöcher des Mastes zu arretieren ist. Die Arme des Spreizgestelles werden dabei jeweils zwischen zwei an einem Befestigungsstern paarweise angeordneten Adapterlaschen gehalten. Die Verbindung, beziehungsweise die Lagerung der einzelnen Bauteile erfolgt über Gelenkstifte. Ebenso sind die Seilrolle sowie der Betätigungsgriff der Rasteinrichtung über Stifte drehbar gelagert. Derartige Lagerungen sind sehr arbeitsintensiv und erfordern einen hohen Montageaufwand. Zudem werden durch die erforderlichen Bohrungen die Querschnitte der ohnehin aus Platzgründen knapp bemessenen Bauteile weiter geschwächt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Befestigungseinrichtung zu schaffen, die ein maschinelles Bearbeiten der einzelnen Bauteile weitgehend überflüssig macht und besonders montagefreundlich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Durch den als Spritzgussteil ausgeführten Befestigungsstern mitangeformten Achsen und Haltehaken wird eine Vorbearbeitung der Arme sowie des Betätigungsgriffes überflüssig. Es sind keine Bohrungen erforderlich. Da die Teile nur noch zusammengesteckt werden müssen, ist die Montage schnell und vor allem verwechslungssicher durchzuführen. Zusätzlich wird durch den Wegfall der die Querschnitte schwächenden Bohrungen eine höhere Festigkeit erreicht.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. Diese Merkmale dienen der weiteren Verbesserung der Betriebssicherheit und der Festigkeit.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 eine Gesamtansicht teilweise geschnitten und masslich verzerrt,
    • Figur 2 eine Ansicht in Richtung II nach Figur 1 auf den Befestigungsgriff,
    • Figur 3 einen Schnitt gemäss der Linie III-III in Figur 2, dieser Schnitt entspricht auch der Darstellung des Betätigungsgriffes in Figur 1,
    • Figur 4 eine Ansicht auf den Befestigungsstern,
    • Figur 5 einen Schnitt gemäss der Linie V-V in Figur 4,
    • Figur 6 eine Ansicht gemäss der Richtung VI in Figur 1 auf das Zwischengelenk,
    • Figur 7 einen Schnitt gemäss der Linie VII-VII in Figur 6 und
    • Figur 8 einen Schnitt gemäss der Linie VIII-VIII in Figur 7.
  • An einem Mast 1 sind über einen Befestigungsstern 2 Arme 3 gelagert. Diese Arme 3 werden über Streben 4 am Mastende 5 abgestützt. Die Anlenkung der Arme 3 am Befestigungsstern 2 erfolgt über ein Gelenkstück 6. Dazu sind am Befestigungsstern 1 jeweils paarweise Adapterlaschen 7, die einstückig mit einer Achse 8 verbunden sind, angeordnet. Die Adapterlaschen 7 sind in Fortsetzung der Achse 8 an der Aussenwand 9 jeweils mit einem Stummel 10 versehen. Mit diesen Stummeln 10 wird das Gelenkstück 6, in dem in federnden Wänden 11 Sacklöcher 12 vorgesehen sind, gehalten. Die Sacklöcher 12 sind zum besseren Entformen des Spritzgussteils nach oben offen. Weiter ist das Zwischengelenk mit einer Montageschräge 13 versehen. Zusätzlich sind am Grundkörper des Befestigungssterns 2 jeweils im Abstand neben den Adapterlaschen zwei Rippen 14 zur zusätzlichen seitlichen Führung des Zwischengelenkes angeformt. In Verbindung mit der Montageschräge 13 und diesen Rippen 14 ist die Montage der Arme 3 nur unter einem vorgegebenen Winkel möglich. Der eigentliche Arm 3 wird in dem Zwischengelenk klemmend gehalten. Als zusätzliche Sicherheit ist ein Durchbruch 15 vorgesehen, um dessen Wandkante 16 ein Wandbereich 17 des Armes gebogen ist.
  • Weiter ist das Gelenkstück 6 mit einer Mulde 18 zur Führung einer Betätigungseinrichtung 19 für einen nicht näher dargestellten automatischen Leineneinzug versehen.
  • Weiter ist am Grundkörper 20 des Befestigungssterns 2 ein Haltehaken 21 angeformt. Dieser Hattehaken 21 nimmt eine am Betätigungsgriff 22 angeformte Drehachse 23 auf. Der Betätigungsgriff 22 ist am oberen Ende mit einer Langlochkurve 24 versehen, durch die eine Achse 25 der Führung 26 für einen Flaschenzug 27 gesteckt ist. Die Führung 26 besteht aus der Achse 25, die in einer an den Grundkörper20 angeformten Kammer 28 gehalten ist, zwei Führungsrollen 29 und einem an den Grundkörper 20 angeformten Führungssteg 30-Weiter dient als Seilführung der obere Teil 31 mit der Langlochkurve des Betätigungsgriffes.
  • Der Betätigungsgriff 22 nimmt zusätzlich eine Rasteinrichtung 32 und eine Druckfeder 33 auf. Weiter ist ein Halter 34 für einen Seilzuggriff 35 angeformt.

Claims (5)

1. Befestigungseinrichtung für das Spreizgestell eines Wäscheschirmes mit an einem Befestigungsstern (2) paarweise angeordneten Adapterlaschen (7) für die Arme (3), einer Rasteinrichtung (32), einem Betätigungsgriff (22) und einer Führung (26) für das Zugseil (27), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ein Paar Adapterlaschen (7) einstückig durch einen Steg miteinander verbunden ist, der eine Drehachse (8) bildet, um welche ein Arm (3) mit einem mit der Achse (8) einrastenden Gelenkstück (6) drehbar ist, und dass weiter am Grundkörper (20) des Befestigungssterns (2) einstückig ein Haltehaken (21 ) zur Verrastung mit einer ebenfalls einstückig am Befestigungsgriff (22) angeformten Drehachse (23) angeformt ist.
2. Befestigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (25) der Führung (26) gleichzeitig über eine Langlochkurve (24) im Betätigungsgriff (22) als Sicherungsstift ausgebildet ist.
3. Befestigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Betätigungsgriff (22) oberhalb der Drehachse (23) eine Druckfeder (33) und unterhalb ein in Rastausnehmungen im Standrohr rastbarer Raststift (32) vorgesehen sind.

Befestigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (8) zwischen den Adapterlaschen (7) an der Aussenwand (9) jeweils einen Stummel (10) bildet, die in an einer federnden Wand (11) am Gelenkstück (6) vorgesehenen Sacklöcher (12) eingeschnappt sind, wobei die federnden Wände beziehungsweise ein Halteabsatz im montierten Zustand zwischen zwei Rippen (14) am Grundkörper (20) liegen und zur Montage, die nur in einem vorgesehenen Winkel zwischen Arm (3) und Standrohr möglich ist, mit einer Montageschräge (13) versehen ist.
5. Befestigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenkstück (6) mit einem zum Ende des Armes weisenden Durchbruch (15) versehen ist, und dass ein Wandbereich (17) des Armes (3) um eine Wandkante (16) des Durchbruches (15) gebogen ist.
