Abstract

An arrangement for melt spinning of synthetic high polymers comprising a spinning bar, rails arranged at a height of a nozzle set inserted in the spinning bar, and a device for exchanging the spinning bars and including a carriage with an arm hydraulically moveable from an inclined inwardly directed normal position to a horizontal working position, wherein a free end of the arm is connected with a table serving for receiving of the exchangeable nozzle set and provided with elements for centering and securing of the dismounted nozzle set.

Mit dem Handgriff 30 erfolgt eine genaue Positionierung, so daß die durch Schraubenköpfe gebildeten Erhebungen 39 in den Vertiefungen 40 einrasten. Dabei werden auch zugleich die Hakenbolzen 49 in die Ausnehmungen 51 eingeführt. Anschließend wird nach Lösen der Raste 46 die Platte 42 in die Verriegelungsstellung gebracht. Dabei greifen die Hakenbolzen 49 hinter die Vorsprünge 52, und gleichzeitig werden die Bohrungen 54 mit den Bohrungen 53 zur Deckung gebracht. Die Raste 42 schnappt in die Bohrung 48 ein. Mit Hilfe eines durch die Bohrungen 53, 54 hindurchgesteckten Steckschlüssels können nun die Schrauben 5 gelöst werden.
