Definitions
- the invention relates to a disposable beverage pack, in particular for mixed milk beverages, in which the beverage is enclosed and which can be opened for the enjoyment of the beverage.
- the invention has for its object to provide a disposable beverage pack, especially for mixed milk drinks, which is used for transport and storage on the one hand and can be used as a drinking vessel, but which can also be used in addition, the drink contained in it freshen up before enjoying.
- a disposable beverage pack in which the space of the pack made available to the drink in the pack can be enlarged, so that there is the possibility of shaking the contents of the pack more or less vigorously. It has been shown that mixed milk and milk beverages get back much of their original freshness by shaking them before consumption. Foaming caused by shaking is perceived by the consumer as pleasantly refreshing. Such a shaking is not possible with the previously known disposable beverage packs because they lack the additional packaging volume required for shaking. For them, the pack volume is completely filled with drink, on the one hand to save unnecessary transport volume and on the other hand to prevent the consumer from creating an undesirable cream by shaking during transport.
- the pack according to the invention represents a disposable pack which serves on the one hand as a transport and storage vessel and on the other hand as a shaker and drinking vessel.
- the space of the package made available to the beverage in the package can be enlarged by at least 20, preferably 30 to 60%, so that the beverage can be shaken vigorously before consumption.
- the package according to the invention can be resealable after opening, as will be pointed out separately in the following description of preferred embodiments.
- the space in the package made available to the drink in the original sealed package is preferred closed by at least one removable and / or penetrable surface section, in particular a film, so that on the one hand a safe transport and on the other hand an easy opening of the package is ensured.
- the receptacle volume of the pack is reduced by an essentially reversible deformation of a pack wall, this deformation being recoverable by opening the pack.
- a reversible deformation can be achieved, for example, in that the package is compressed more or less slightly from the outside to reduce its holding volume and is only then filled. The inside wall of the package then takes on its original shape again after opening the package, so that the drink has the full volume available and the contents of the package can be shaken.
- the packing is designed, at least in some areas, in the manner of a bellows, the receiving volume of which can be increased by extending the bellows when the packing is open.
- a bellows design is possible both in the case of cuboidal and cup-shaped disposable packs, the contraction of the bellows being able to be achieved by a vacuum in the pack and the bellows being lengthened by its own restoring force.
- Packs with reversible deformation are particularly suitable for shaking ready-mixed drinks, especially those with ingredients that have settled during storage.
- a packaging straw can be pierced with a drinking straw and preferably again closable perforation surface can be provided, wherein a self-adhesive strip or a small stopper can be provided for reclosure.
- the disposable package according to the invention can be a cardboard box with at least one foldable fold, the aforementioned perforation surface preferably being on one of the folded folds. covered point of the pack, in particular on the inside of the fold, can be arranged.
- the packing section having the perforation surface is preferably outside the bellows, so that it can be covered by a finger when shaken.
- the bellows is preferably provided in the lower half of the pack.
- the disposable pack according to the invention consists of a cup which is known per se, preferably made of plastic and sealed liquid-tight with a cover film, to which a lid which can thus be closed in a liquid-tight manner is assigned.
- the additional packing volume required for shaking can either be achieved here by first filling the cup, for example, only 80%, and then covering it with a cover film drawn inward by vacuum.
- the cup can be assigned a more or less flat closure lid.
- the additional packing volume required for shaking can also be achieved here by filling the cup more or less completely and covered with a flat cover film and after removal is provided with an outwardly curved cover.
- the lid assigned to the cup can have a volume of its own, for example by being designed like a hood.
- the lid assigned to the cup can also contain a container for ingredients for the production of mixed milk drinks, fruit cocktails or milkshakes.
- This container can be firmly connected to the lid, a wall of the container being formed from the inside of the lid.
- the cup cover film can have a grip tab, which is preferably turned upwards, so that the cover can be pushed onto the cup without being hindered by the cover film. Furthermore, the cup can have a circumferential stop which serves as an abutment for the pushed-on lid.
- the disposable pack shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is made from a plastic-coated cardboard and is essentially cuboid. The dimensions of this pack essentially correspond to the previously known rectangular single-use packs. In contrast to these, however, the disposable pack shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a bellows area 1 in its lower half. In addition, in contrast to the previously known rectangular single-use packs, the disposable pack shown is provided with two perforation surfaces 2, 3. One of these perforation surfaces 2 is provided in a corner of the upper end face and the other perforation surface 3 on the inside of a fold 4, so that when this fold is folded (see FIG. 1) it is inaccessible.
- the disposable package shown in Figure 1 is closed and completely filled with drink. Due to negative pressure in the interior of the pack, the folds of the bellows area 1 lie closely on one another and can also be caused by careless handling not be pulled apart.
- the perforation surface 2 provided on the upper end face of the pack can be pierced with the drinking straw.
- the fold 4 can be turned up and the perforation surface 3 provided on its underside can be pierced.
- piercing the perforation surface 2 or 3 causes the bellows area 1 to unfold due to its inherent elasticity and air to flow in above the beverage.
- the beverage in the package now has a larger package volume than before, so that it can be easily shaken by the package user, the perforated surface 2 or 3 being pierced should be closed again to avoid splashes.
- the perforation surface 2 or 3 can be closed with the aid of a finger.
- a small piece of self-adhesive film that previously covered the perforation surface can also be used for this.
- a small stopper for example made of plastic, which could be enclosed with the drinking straw of the pack or glued to the outside of the wall, so that it forms a shipping unit with the drinking straw when not in use with the pack.
- the disposable pack shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 essentially consists of a frustoconical cup 6, which is preferably made of plastic and is sealed with a cover film 7 in a liquid-tight manner.
- the cover film 7 is provided with a grip tab 8, which is turned outwards in FIG. 3 and upwards in FIG. 5.
- the cup 6 has in its upper region a circumferential bead or stop 9 which serves as a stop for a cover 10 which can be pushed onto the cup 6 from above.
- the upper edge of the cup 6 can be made thicker (see FIG. 5, right) or be provided with an inner edge (see FIG. 5, left). Both give the upper edge of the cup 6 sufficient rigidity to be closed with the lid 10 in a liquid-tight manner.
- the cover film 7 can initially be formed inwardly. This has the advantage that the cup 6 is not completely filled with drink after the cover film 7 has been removed. Rather, it still has enough additional capacity, so that, if desired, ingredients for the production of a beverage in the cup 6 can be made Mixed drinks, such as fruit preparations, spice and / or herbal mixtures, foam-forming ingredients, can be added without the cup 6 overflowing. By pushing on the lid 10, the capacity of the cup 6 is also expanded so much that the contents of the cup can be shaken.
- the aforementioned ingredients can be arranged in the interior of the lid 10, for example in a small container which is arranged in the interior of the lid 10 before being filled into the cup 6.
- This container can be a small paper or plastic bag or a cup-shaped container which can be inserted into the interior of the lid 10 and held there by lid projections, so that the inside of the lid 10 moves the ingredient container upwards covers.
- the lid 10 can be designed and the ingredient container held in it can be arranged such that the ingredient container is released from the lid 10 by pressing it in. Ingredients for the production of mixed drinks could also be accommodated in the lid 10 in a compressed form.
- an essentially flat lid could also be used.
- the cup 6 then only needed to be provided with a bellows area corresponding to the bellows area 1, which would also be quite possible.
- An increase in the volume of the cup 6 could also be achieved, for example, by filling it only 80% with drink and then sealing it with the cover sheet 7 under vacuum, so that wall areas of the cup 6 bulge inwards, which then after the cover sheet has been removed provide for an increase in the volume of the cup 6 due to their own restoring force.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a disposable beverage pack, in particular for mixed milk beverages, in which the beverage is enclosed and which can be opened for the enjoyment of the beverage.
Milk consumption has declined significantly in recent years, particularly in highly civilized countries, which is due on the one hand to the fact that there are numerous other beverages available to consumers here, and on the other hand to the fact that milk loses much of its original freshness through preparation, transport and storage and gets a mild, consumption-inhibiting taste.
The invention has for its object to provide a disposable beverage pack, especially for mixed milk drinks, which is used for transport and storage on the one hand and can be used as a drinking vessel, but which can also be used in addition, the drink contained in it freshen up before enjoying.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a disposable beverage pack in which the space of the pack made available to the drink in the pack can be enlarged, so that there is the possibility of shaking the contents of the pack more or less vigorously.
The pack according to the invention represents a disposable pack which serves on the one hand as a transport and storage vessel and on the other hand as a shaker and drinking vessel.
In the disposable beverage package according to the invention, the space of the package made available to the beverage in the package can be enlarged by at least 20, preferably 30 to 60%, so that the beverage can be shaken vigorously before consumption.
In order to avoid undesired splashing of the beverage when shaken, the package according to the invention can be resealable after opening, as will be pointed out separately in the following description of preferred embodiments.
The space in the package made available to the drink in the original sealed package is preferred closed by at least one removable and / or penetrable surface section, in particular a film, so that on the one hand a safe transport and on the other hand an easy opening of the package is ensured.
In a preferred embodiment, the receptacle volume of the pack is reduced by an essentially reversible deformation of a pack wall, this deformation being recoverable by opening the pack. Such a reversible deformation can be achieved, for example, in that the package is compressed more or less slightly from the outside to reduce its holding volume and is only then filled. The inside wall of the package then takes on its original shape again after opening the package, so that the drink has the full volume available and the contents of the package can be shaken.
In a preferred embodiment, the packing is designed, at least in some areas, in the manner of a bellows, the receiving volume of which can be increased by extending the bellows when the packing is open. Such a bellows design is possible both in the case of cuboidal and cup-shaped disposable packs, the contraction of the bellows being able to be achieved by a vacuum in the pack and the bellows being lengthened by its own restoring force.
Packs with reversible deformation are particularly suitable for shaking ready-mixed drinks, especially those with ingredients that have settled during storage.
In order to be able to take into account the drinking habits of the consumers, a packaging straw can be pierced with a drinking straw and preferably again closable perforation surface can be provided, wherein a self-adhesive strip or a small stopper can be provided for reclosure.
The disposable package according to the invention can be a cardboard box with at least one foldable fold, the aforementioned perforation surface preferably being on one of the folded folds. covered point of the pack, in particular on the inside of the fold, can be arranged.
The packing section having the perforation surface is preferably outside the bellows, so that it can be covered by a finger when shaken.
The bellows is preferably provided in the lower half of the pack.
In a preferred embodiment, the disposable pack according to the invention consists of a cup which is known per se, preferably made of plastic and sealed liquid-tight with a cover film, to which a lid which can thus be closed in a liquid-tight manner is assigned. The additional packing volume required for shaking can either be achieved here by first filling the cup, for example, only 80%, and then covering it with a cover film drawn inward by vacuum. In this case, the cup can be assigned a more or less flat closure lid.
The additional packing volume required for shaking can also be achieved here by filling the cup more or less completely and covered with a flat cover film and after removal is provided with an outwardly curved cover. This means that the lid assigned to the cup can have a volume of its own, for example by being designed like a hood.
The lid assigned to the cup can also contain a container for ingredients for the production of mixed milk drinks, fruit cocktails or milkshakes. This container can be firmly connected to the lid, a wall of the container being formed from the inside of the lid.
The cup cover film can have a grip tab, which is preferably turned upwards, so that the cover can be pushed onto the cup without being hindered by the cover film. Furthermore, the cup can have a circumferential stop which serves as an abutment for the pushed-on lid.
Further details, features and advantages of the invention result from the claims and the following description of preferred embodiments in connection with the drawing.

Fig. 1),unzugänglich ist.The disposable pack shown in FIGS. In addition, in contrast to the previously known rectangular single-use packs, the disposable pack shown is provided with two
The disposable package shown in Figure 1 is closed and completely filled with drink. Due to negative pressure in the interior of the pack, the folds of the bellows area 1 lie closely on one another and can also be caused by careless handling not be pulled apart.
If the disposable pack shown in FIG. 1 is to be removed from a drink through a drinking straw, there are two possibilities. On the one hand, the
If the
The disposable pack shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 essentially consists of a
To attach the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The aforementioned ingredients can be arranged in the interior of the
Instead of the
