Es sind Faltschachteln bekannt, die mit einem Entnahmefenster versehen sind, durch die der Verbraucher die verpackte Ware entnimmt. Die Faltschachteln sind mit einer entsprechenden Fensteröffnung vorgestanzt, die von dem Verbraucher aufgerissen wird. Insbesondere bei der Verpackung von Papiertüchern haben sich derartige, in dem Verpackungskarton angeordnete Fensteröffnungen als nachteilig erwiesen, weil das durchgezogene Vliesmaterial beim Herausnehmen aus der Fensteröffnung hängenbleiben kann und somit die vorgesehene Funktion, daß ein Tuch das andere beim Herausziehen mitnimmt, nicht mehr gewährleistet ist. Aus diesem Grunde sind für die Verpackung von Papiertüchern Faltschachteln vorgesehen worden, bei denen eine relativ große vorgestanzte Öffnung des Kartons mit einer Kunststoffolie überklebt ist, die eine kleinere Fensteröffnung aufweist. Bei dem Herstellungsverfahren für solche Faltschachteln ist es bislang üblich, von einer Vorratsrolle die bereits vorgestanzte Kunststofffolie abzuziehen, in einzelne Abschnitte zu zerschneiden und auf die mit einem entsprechenden Leimauftrag versehenen Faltzuschnitte aufzubringen. Hierzu ist ein separater Arbeitsvorgang zum Anstanzen der Kunststoffolie notwendig. Weiterhin muß bei dem bekannten Verfahren die Kunststoffolie mit einer entsprechenden Druckmarke versehen sein, damit die vorgestanzte Öffnung der Kunststoffolie genau auf den Leimauftrag der Faltschachtel gebracht wird. Diese Druckmarkensteuerung ist relativ kompliziert und teuer. Schließlich hat das bekannte Verfahren den Nachteil, daß der Klebstoffauftrag um die vorgestanzte Öffnung in dem Karton der Faltschachtel relativ nahe am Rande der Öffnung zu erfolgen hat, damit der Leim nicht über die Kunststoffolie hinausreicht und die im nächstfolgenden Arbeitsgang ankommenden Kartonzuschnitte an diesem Leimauftrag nicht kleben bleiben. Diese Positionierung des Leimauftrags hat andererseits aber den Nachteil, daß in der Packmaschine das Füllgut an der überstehenden Folie hängenbleiben und damit maschinelle Störungen verursachen kann.In the manufacturing process for such folding boxes, it has hitherto been customary to pull the pre-punched plastic film from a supply roll, cut it into individual sections and apply it to the folding blanks provided with an appropriate glue application. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren sieht vor, daß die aufzuklebende Folie als ungestanztes Band von einer Vorratsrolle abgezogen wird und unmittelbar vor dem Zerteilen in einzelne Abschnitte entsprechend der Fensteröffnung angestanzt wird. Dies geschieht im Zusammenwirken mit der Maschine bzw. der Walze, mit der die einzelnen Abschnitte der Kunststoffolie auf die Faltzuschnitte aufgetragen werden. Da die Einheiten zum Anstanzen der Fensteröffnung und die Walze zum Auftragen der Kunststoffolien-Abschnitte mechanisch starr miteinander verbunden sind und damit die einzelnen Abschnitte der Kunststoffolie paßgenau vorbereiten können, erübrigt sich eine besondere Druckmarkensteuerung, die sonst zur Positionierung der Kunststoffolie notwendig wäre. Außerdem ist die Positionierung sehr viel genauer und eine Addition von Toleranzen wie bei dem bekannten Verfahren kann nicht auftreten. Weiterhin wird ein Arbeitsgang eingespart, nämlich das vorbereitende Abziehen einer noch ungestanzten Folie, deren Stanzen mit einer Stanzwalze und ihr anschließendes Wiederaufrollen zu einer Vorratsrolle von vorgestanzten Folienmaterial.The method according to the invention provides that the film to be glued is drawn off from a supply roll as a non-punched tape and is punched into individual sections in accordance with the window opening immediately before being divided. The link guide 17 is mounted on the axis 19 of the counter roller 18. According to the dimensioning of the elongated hole 23, the link guide 17 can be pivoted. Claims (15)

1. Process for the continuous production of folded boxes with a stuck-in removal window of flexible foil, in particular of plastic foil, in which pre-perforated folding blanks (1) are provided with a coating of adhesive and a flexible foil perforated with the intended window opening is stuck on to the adhesive coating, characterised in that the flexible foil is drawn from a supply roll (3) as unperforated strip (2), perforated corresponding to the window opening, cut to length and then stuck on to the folding blanks (1), whereby the steps take place in operative connection with one another.
2. Process according to claim 1, characterised in that the strip of foil (2) is perforated by a rotating perforating blade roll (4) and then cut into pieces of predetermined length by means of a rotating blade (5) and a stationary blade (6), and that each of the separate pieces is applied to an adhesive-coated folding blank (1) by means of a roll (7).
3. Process according to claim 2, characterised in that a reduced pressure is maintained within the roll (7), which is provided with openings in its casing for the passage of air.
4. Process according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the adhesive coating is applied by means of a rotating printing roll (8).
5. Device for the continuous production of folded boxes with a stuck-in removal window of flexible foil, in particular plastic foil, having a conveyor device part (9) for the pre-perforated folding blanks (1), an adhesive coating device part (8, 21, 22) by means of which the preperfo- rated folding blanks are provided with an adhesive coating, a foil store (3) from which a strip of foil (2) is drawn and supplied to a cutting device part (10, 5, 6) in which it is cut into pieces of foil adapted to close the removal window, and a transfer device part (7) by means of which the pieces of foil are applied to the adhesivecoated folding blanks, characterised in that a perforating device part (4, 18), is provided between the cutting device part (10, 5, 6) and the foil store (3) by means of which the unperforated strip of foil drawn from the foil store (3) is perforated for the formation of removal openings fitting the window openings of the folding blanks, and that the perforating device part (4,18) is operatively connected to the other parts of the device.
6. Device according to claim 5, characterised in that the perforating device part (4, 18) is operatively linked with the cutting device part (10, 5, 6).

Device according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the cutting device part (10, 5, 6) comprises a rotating blade (5) and a stationary blade (6), that the perforating device part is a perforating blade roll (4) cooperating with a counter-roll (18), and that a drive pinion (10), operatively connected to a pinion (11) on the perforating blade roll (4), is arranged on the rotating blade (5).
8. Device according to claim 7, characterised in that between the drive pinion (10) and the pinion (11) there is an intermediate pinion (13), arranged on an intermediate shaft (12), that engages the drive pinion (10) and the pinion (11).
9. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the perforating blade roll (4) is exchangeably mounted in two sliding blocks (14).

Device according to claim 8 and 9, characterised in that the sliding blocks (14) are mounted in guides (17) that can be pivoted about the axis (19) of the counterroll (18) of the perforating blade roll (4) so that the pinion (11) can be brought into or out of engagement with the intermediate pinion (13).
11. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the foil store is a supply roll (3).
12. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the transfer device part is formed by a vacuum roll (7) having openings in its casing through which a reduced pressure is effective to hold pieces of foil cut off by the cutting device part (10, 5, 6).
13. Device according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the adhesive coating device part comprises a printing roll (8) provided with adhesive from an adhesive supply container (22) via an application roll (21).
14. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the conveyor device part is a conveyor belt (9) running beneath the adhesive coating device part (8, 21, 22).
15. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that feed rolls are arranged between the foil store (3) and the perforating device part (4, 18) to draw the strip of foil (2) from the foil store (3) and supply it to the perforating device part (4,18).
