Abstract
Изобретение относится к блоку (100) фильтрации воздуха и системе (50) фильтрации воздуха для удаления твердых частиц или примесей из воздушного потока с использованием множества циклонных воздушных сепараторов (10), расположенных в виде групп 22 в каждом блоке (100) фильтрации воздуха. Система (50) содержит множество взаимосвязанных модульных блоков (100) фильтрации воздуха, расположенных в ряд, и желоб (5) для сбора твердых частиц. Для повышения эффективности воздушного потока и отделения частиц каждый циклонный воздушный сепаратор (10) включает завихряющий входной канал (13), отводную трубу (16) и конический диффузор (15). Конические диффузоры (15) верхнего и нижнего циклонных воздушных сепараторов имеют разную длину, так что их соответствующие выпускные отверстия для отходов являются не копланарными, что служит для ограничения помех выходному потоку отходов и приводит к меньшему падению давления в блоке фильтрации воздуха, что, в свою очередь, приводит к более эффективному удалению частиц.
