Abstract
Изобретение относится к блоку управления (30) для определения давления в кровеносном сосуде (А, V, F), в частности в артериовенозной фистуле (F), находящемся в проточном соединении по меньшей мере с одним участком (28, 41) кровопроводящей системы (39), в частности экстракорпорального контура (II) кровообращения, причем кровопроводящей системе (39) придано по меньшей мере одно устройство (3, 8, 19, 24, 26) создания давления, предназначенное для воздействия на участок (28, 41), причем блок управления конфигурирован для осуществления следующих этапов: а) гарантирование того, что ни одно из по меньшей мере одного устройства (3, 8, 19, 24, 26) создания давления не будет воздействовать на участок (28, 41), б) прерывание проточного соединения участка (28, 41) с кровеносным сосудом (А, V, F) за счет управления прерывающим средством (11, 29), в) установление давления на участке (28, 41) на заданное значение, в частности на окружающее давление, с помощью датчика (13, 14) давления на участке (28, 41), г) восстановление проточного соединения участка (28, 41) с кровеносным сосудом (А, V, F) за счет управления прерывающим средством (11, 29) и д) измерение устанавливающегося давления на участке (28, 41) с помощью датчика (13, 14) давления.
