Claims (6)

1. Fremgangsmåde til drift af hhv. et vindenergianlæg og en vindpark, bestående af flere vindenergianlæg, hvor vindparken er tilsluttet et elektrisk forsyningsnet, som får tilført den elektriske effekt, der genereres af vindparken, og vindparken og/eller mindst et af vindparkens vindenergianlæg har en styreindgang, ved hjælp af hvilken den elektriske effekt fra hhv. vindparken og et eller flere separate vindenergianlæg kan indstilles i et område fra 0 til 100 % af den pågældende effekt, der skal stilles til rådighed, og at der er tilvejebragt en databehandlingsindretning, som er forbundet med styreindgangen, og ved hjælp af hvilken indstillingsværdien indstilles i området fra 0 til 100 %, afhængigt af hvor stor effekten er, som hele vindparken stiller til rådighed ved sin udgang for tilførslen til energinettet, hvor operatøren (EVU) af det elektriske forsyningsnet, som vindparken er tilsluttet til, kan indstille den effekt, der afgives af vindparken, via styreindgangen, og der er tilvejebragt en virtuel strømtæller, som registrerer energimængden, som ikke aftages fra forsyningsnettet ved indgrebet fra forsyningsselskabets side (EVU) i reguleringen og dermed begrænsningen af hhv. vindpark- og vindenergianlægseffekten, og at den virtuelle strømtæller registrerer ud fra vindhastigheden hhv. vindenergianlæggets og vindparkens effekt, som vinden kan tilvejebringe, bestemmer en effektforskel ud fra den effekt, der skal stilles til rådighed, og den effekt, der afgives ved indgrebet fra forsyningsselskabets side (EVU) i reguleringen, og ved en integration af effektforskellen beregner energimængden, som ikke føres ind i nettet.
2. System til gennemførelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, omfattende en vindpark med mindst et vindenergianlæg til gennemførelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, med en rotor og en elektrisk generator, der er koblet med rotoren, til afgivelse af elektrisk effekt til et elektrisk net, kendetegnet ved, at effekten, som vindparken afgiver til nettet, kan indstilles eksternt (EVU), og der er tilvejebragt en virtuel strømtæller, som er udformet til at registrere energimængden, som ikke aftages fra forsyningsnettet ved indgreb fra energiselskabets side (EVU) i reguleringen og dermed begrænsningen af hhv. vindpark- og vindenergianlægseffekten, og at den virtuelle strømtæller er udformet til ud fra vindhastigheden at registrere hhv. vindparkens og vindenergianlæggets effekt, der stilles til rådighed, at bestemme en effektforskel ud fra hhv. vindparkens og vindenergianlæggets effekt, der skal stilles til rådighed, og den effekt, der afgives ved indgrebet fra energiforsyningsselskabets side (EVU) i reguleringen, og ved en integration af effektforskellen at beregne energimængden, som hhv. vindparken og vindenergianlægget ikke fører ind i nettet.
3. System ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at den virtuelle strømtæller er installeret i vindenergianlæggene i vindparken.
4. System ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at den virtuelle strømtæller er installeret hos operatøren af vindenergianlægget.
5. System ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at den virtuelle strømtæller er installeret i energiforsyningsselskabet (EVU).
6. System ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at den virtuelle strømtæller er installeret hos producenten af vindenergianlæggene.
