Dieses wird bisher 1n Doppel bandpressen über sogenannte Strukturpapiere erreicht, die mit den getrünkten Papieren durch die Presse laufen und die Struktur in die Oberflüche pressen.The production of laminates in a continuous process using double-belt presses has achieved a considerable market share in recent years. Dieser Bandwechsel, besonders bei Pressen, die nach dem Ölkissen-Prinzip arbeiten, ist relativ langwierig, da die Innenseiten der Bünder vom Systemöl gereinigt werden müssen- Desweiteren ist nachteilig, daß diese Bänder die recht hohen Zugspannungen aufnehmen müssen.The disadvantages of this process are the high costs and the fact that the structure generators can usually only be used once.
