Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Zentralheizungsstrahler gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1. Ein derartiger Heizungsstrahler ist auf der französischen Patentanmeldungsschrift FR-A-2 475 708 bekannt, in der ein Wärmeaustauscher beschrieben wird, bestehend aus gleichlaufenden, an Eingangssammler und Ausgangssammler angeschlossenen Flachrohren, welche Sammler zum Anschluss der Flachrohre mit Offnungen versehen sind, wobei diese Offnungen mit einem auswärts gestauchten Wandbereich umgeben sind zwecks Verschweissung einer Flachseite der Rohre an die Sammler.The present invention relates to a central heating radiator according to the preamble of claim 1. An der Innenseite des U-Profils 3 eines jeden Sammlers 4 sind die Enden der Rohre 1 mittels einer Schweissnaht 5 derart am U-Profil 3 befestigt, dass die Schweisstelle unsichtbar ist und keine weiteren Eingriffe erfordert. Um sodann die beiden Sammler 4 zu schliessen, wird ein zweites U-Profil 6 herangezogen, das oben und unten geschlossen ist und mit Drahtmuffen 7 ausgestattet ist, deren nur eine in der Zeichnung wiedergegeben ist und welche zum Anschluss der Zufuhr- und Abfuhrleitungen der Zentralheizungsanlage dienen. Das Ende dieses zweiten U-Profils 6 ist Z-förmig nach innen gebogen zwecks Bildung eines Schlitzes 8 mit einem sich schräg nach dem Ende des vorgenannten Schenkels erstreckenden Anschlags 9.
