Claims (16)
1. Von Torf abgeleitetes bioaktives Produkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es nicht mehr als 70%, vorzugsweise nicht mehr als 60 Gewichts-%, anorganischer Salze, insbesondere
Natriumchlorid, auf Basis der trockenen Feststoffe enthält.
2. Von Torf abgeleitetes bioaktives Produkt, das durch ein Verfahren erhältlich ist, bei dem eine hochkonzentrierte
wäßrige Lösung anorganischer Salze, insbesondere Natriumchlorid, welche von Torf abgeleitete bioaktive Ingredienzien
enthält, mit entmineralisiertem Wasser verdünnt und einer Umkehrosmose unterworfen wird, um die Lösung zu entsalzen,
wobei anorganische Salze entfernt werden, und bei dem die sich ergebende Lösung konzentriert und geklärt und
gegebenenfalls in wenigstens einem weiteren Schritt sterilisiert und/oder sprühgetrocknet wird.
3. Von Torf abgeleitetes bioaktives Produkt, das durch ein Verfahren erhältlich ist, bei dem eine hochkonzentrierte
wäßrige, von Torf abgeleitete bioaktive Ingredienzien enthaltende Natriumchloridlösung,
welche Lösung durch primäre und sekundäre alkalische Hydrolyse von luftgetrocknetem rohen Torfmaterial erhältlich
ist, gefolgt von einer Ansäuerung des Hydrolysates, einer Abscheidung unlöslicher Teile und Elimination
von Ballastsubstanzen durch Extraktion mit organischen Lösungsmitteln, sowie Entfernen der restlichen
organischen Lösungsmittel aus der wäßrigen post-Extraktionsphase,
durch ein gesintertes Keramikfilter unter vermindertem Druck gefiltert wird, wobei das so erhaltene reine FiI-trat
mit entmineralisiertem Wasser verdünnt und einer Umkehrosmose unterworfen wird, um die Lösung zu entsalzen,
wobei anorganische Salze entfernt werden, und bei
dem die sich ergebende Lösung konzentriert und geklärt und gegebenenfalls sterilisiert und/oder sprühgetrocknet wird.
4. Verfahren zum Herstellen von von Torf abgeleiteten bioaktiven Produkten aus einer hochkonzentrierten Lösung anorganischer
Salze, insbesondere von Natriumchlorid, welche von Torf abgeleitete bioaktive Ingredienzien enthält, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die Lösung mit entmineralisiertem Wasser verdünnt wird, wobei die Verdünnung mit Wasservolumina
durchgeführt wird, die einem Mehrfachen, insbesondere dem 5- bis 8-fachen, des Volumens der zu verdünnenden
Lösung entsprechen, daß die verdünnte Lösung einer Umkehr-Osmose unterworfen wird, um die Lösung zu entsalzen,
wobei anorganische Salze entfernt werden, worauf die entsalzte Lösung konzentriert und geklärt wird, und daß
gegebenenfalls die konzentrierte und geklärte Lösung sterilisiert und/oder sprühgetrocknet wird.
5. Neues Verfahren zum Herstellen von von Torf abgeleiteten bioaktiven Produkten aus einer hochkonzentrierten wäßrigen
Natriumchloridlösung, welche von Torf abgeleitete bioaktive Ingredienzien enthält, nach Anspruch 4,welche Lösung
durch primäre und sekundäre alkalische Hydrolyse von luftgetrocknetem rohen Torfmaterial erhältlich ist, gefolgt
von einer Ansäuerung des Hydrolysates, einer Abscheidung unlöslicher Teile und Elimination von Ballastsubstanzen
durch Extraktion mit organischen Lösungsmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß restliche organische
Lösungsmittel aus der wäßrigen post-Extraktionsphase ausgetrieben werden, wobei die zurückbleibende Lösung unter
vermindertem Druck durch ein gesintertes Keramikfilter gefiltert wird, wobei das so erhaltene reine FiItrat mit
entmineralisiertem, z.B. destillierten, Wasser verdünnt wird, und wobei das Verdünnen mit einem Wasservolumen
durchgeführt wird, das einem Mehrfachen, insbesondere dem 5- bis 8-fachen, des Volumens der zu verdünnenden Lösung
entspricht, worauf die verdünnte Lösung einer Umkehr-
Osmose unterworfen wird, um die Lösung zu entsalzen, wobei anorganische Salze entfernt werden, und die entsalzte
Lösung konzentriert und geklärt und gegebenenfalls sterilisiert und/oder sprühgetrocknet wird.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lösung mittels eines Membranfilters, z.B. einem Millipore'R)-Filter,
sterilisiert wird.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lösung mit einer Einlaßtemperatur von etwa 1800C
und einer Ausströmtemperatur von etwa 900C sprühgetrocknet
wird.
8. Von Torf abgeleitetes bioaktives Produkt, das durch ein Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6 erhalten ist, und welches
Produkt in Form einer konzentrierten Lösung vorliegt.
9. Von Torf abgeleitetes bioaktives Produkt, das durch ein Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8 erhalten ist,
und welches Produkt in Pulverform vorliegt.
10. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer ein von Torf abgeleitetes bioaktives Produkt enthaltenden pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzung
in Form eines Gels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein steriles alkoholisches Kräuterextrakt mit einer sterilen
wäßrigen Lösung eines zuvor pulverisierten von Torf abgeleiteten bioaktiven Produktes und einer sterilen Lösung
einer Aromaverbindung kombiniert wird, die vorzugsweise aus der Menthol, Thymol, Minze, Zitrone und Eukalyptus
umfassenden Gruppe gewählt ist, sowie mit einer gelbildenden Zusammensetzung, wie steriles Glyzerol mit
kolloidaler Kieselerde, um die flüssige Zusammensetzung in Gelform umzuwandeln, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis der
flüssigen Mischung zur Kieselerde vorzugsweise 90:10 bis 94:6 beträgt.
11. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer ein von Torf abgeleitetes
bioaktives Produkt enthaltenden pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzung in Form einer Salbe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein steriles Kräuterextrakt nach und nach mit einer sterilen Lösung eines pulverisierten von Torf abgeleiteten bioaktiven
Produktes kombiniert wird, daß das sich ergebende Gemisch durch die Zugabe eines gelbildenden Ingrediens,
wie kolloidaler Kieselerde, geliert wird, und daß das so erhaltene Gel mit einer zuvor sterilisierten Mischung von
Fettkomponenten, wie Eucerin und Vaseline, zerrieben wird, vorzugsweise in einem Gewichtsverhältnis der flüssigen
Komponenten zur Kieselerde von etwa 30:20 und des Gels zur Fettzusammensetzung von 32:68 bis 34:66.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 0 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das von Torf abgeleitete bioaktive Produkt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, 8 und 9 ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise
die "TOLPA*R' Torf Preparation", wie hierin beschrieben.
13. Pharmazeutische, als aktives Ingrediens ein von Torf abgeleitetes
bioaktives Produkt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, 8 und 9 und ein pharmazeutisch zuträgliches Trägermaterial
enthaltende Zusammensetzung, vorzugsweise in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von etwa 1:5 bis 1:25, und am bevorzugtesten
zwischen 1:9 und 1:19.
14. Kosmetisches, als aktives Ingrediens ein von Torf abgeleitetes
bioaktives Produkt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, 8 und 9 in einer Menge von 0,01-10 Gewichts-%, vorzugsweise
0,05-1 Gewichts-%, bevorzugter 0,05-0,1 Gewichts-%, enthaltendes Präparat
15. Kosmetisches Präparat nach Anspruch 14, welches zusätzlich
zumindest einen Kräuterextrakt und/oder einen Duftstoff enthält.
16. Kosmetisches Präparat nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, welches als
von Torf abgeleitetes bioaktives Produkt einen "konzentrierten Torfextrakt", wie hier beschrieben, enthält.
