Description

Bei Putzen und anderen Materia lien, die im Eimer gerührt werden, kommt es zwangsläufig zu einer starken mechanischen Belastung der Eimerinnenwand. Dabei wird die lose liegende Folie abgezogen. Größte Probleme ergeben sich, wenn die Folie in das Rührwerkzeug gerät. Aber auch eine bloße Beschädigung der Folie ist von Nachteil, da dann der Eimerinhalt zwischen die Folie und die Eimerinnen wandung dringt. Durch Aufkleben wird ein unfreiwilliges Lösen der Folie von der Behälterwand ausge schlossen. Die Klebekräfte können durch Dosierung des Klebe mittels so gewählt werden, daß sie auch der mechanischen Belastung eines Führvorganges gewachsen sind. Desgleichen kann die Foliendicke der vorkommenden mechanischen Belastung angepaßt werden. Wahlweise wird die Folie in Streifen einge klebt, wobei vorzugsweise für einen Eimerboden ein separater Zuschnitt vorgesehen ist. In weiterer Ausbildung der Erfindung bestehen Behälter bzw. Eimer und Folie aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen und wird der Klebevorgang dadurch bewirkt, daß mindestens eine der Klebeflächen auf eine Temperatur unterhalb des Schmelzpunktes des Materials an der Klebefläche erwärmt wird und anschlie ßend die Folie gegen den Behälter bzw. den Eimer gedrückt wird. Druck und Temperatur wirken in gewissem Maße zusammen, d. h. bei höherer Erwärmung reicht eine geringere Anpressung, während bei niedriger Erwärmung eine höhere Anpressung zur Klebung erforderlich ist. Die optimale Temperatur läßt sich im Versuchswege mit wenigen Versuchen finden, wobei als Referenzmaterial z. B. EVA-Folien und ECB- bzw. PE-Behälter dienen können. In derartigen Materialkombinationen ist eine Erwärmungstemperatur von 50-120°C und eine Anpressung in Form eines Liniendruckes mit einem Durchmesser von 50-200 mm der Anpreßrolle von 3-8 kg pro Zentimeter ausrei chen, um einerseits eine sichere Klebung und andererseits eine gute Lösbarkeit zu gewährleisten. Nach Herauslösen des Inletts 5 kann ein neues Inlett eingeklebt werden.
