Description

Die Erfindung betrifft Vorrichtungen für einen verlust­ losen Stapelwechsel an Querschneidern in der Papier- und Kartonindustrie.The invention relates to devices for a loss loose stack changes on cross cutters in the paper and Cardboard industry.

Bogenablagen oder obengenannten Art werden in Deutschland z. Zum Stapelwechsel wird zunächst die volle Palette mit Hilfe einer Lichtschranke bis kurz unterhalb des Stabrostes abgesenkt (h 1 Abb. 1). Damit der Rost störungsfrei heraus­ gefahren werden kann, muß die Bogenzufuhr für etwa 3 bis 6 Bogen unterbrochen werden. Oberhalb des Rostes entsteht nun ein Speicher, der die nachfolgenden Bogen für den gesamten Stapelwechsel aufnehmen kann. Bei einer Pro­ duktionsleistung einer modernen Kartonmaschine von ca. 100 000 t/a bedeutet dies einen Verlust zwischen 100 000,-- bis 200 000,-- DM/a. Die nachfolgenden Bogen legen sich nun einseitig auf die Dorne auf, so daß sich unterhalb der Dorne wiederum eine Lücke bildet, in die dann der Haupt­ rost einfährt. Wenn der Hauptrost bis zur Endlage herausge­ fahren ist, wird der Hilfsrost zurückgezogen. Der weitere Ab­ lauf erfolgt dann wie üblich.
