Abstract

The furnace (1) includes a furnace chamber (2) which at one end has a charging opening (5) and at the other end a chute (11). Between charging opening (5) and chute (11), there extends an endless conveyor belt (12) which, above the chute (11), is deflected in the direction of the charging opening (5).
