Die Erfindung betrifft Halteeinrichtungen für Lebensmittelportionen (z.B. für Eis, Schokolade, Lutscher u.v.m.), die über ihre eigentliche Funktion hinaus weitere unterschiedliche Verwendungsmöglichkeiten bieten. Halteeinrichtungen üblicher Herstellungsart sind beschränkt auf ihre Funktion. Als Halteeinrichtungen aus unterschiedlichen Rohstoffen oder Materialien wie z.B. Holz, Kunststoff, gewachstem Papier oder auf Lebensmittelbasis wie z.B. einer Waffel dienen sie als nicht-verzehrbarer oder verzehrbarer „Anfaß-Stiel" lediglich dazu, es dem Verbraucher zu ermöglichen, die an ihr oder in ihr befindlichen Lebensmittel festhalten und verzehren zu können. Über diese zweckbezogenen Funktionen des Festhaltens und Verzehrs hinaus bieten Halteeinrichtungen üblicher Herstellungsart keine weiteren Nutzungs- oder Verwendungsmöglichkeiten.The invention relates to holding devices for food portions (e.g. for ice cream, chocolate, lollipops and much more) which offer other different uses in addition to their actual function. So können Halteeinrichtungen in Form eines Stiels mit Hohlraum funktionserweitert dazu dienen, z.B. einen Aufkleber, ein Los, eine kleine Figur u.v.a.m. in den Hohlraum einzulegen. Andere Formen von Halteeinrichtungen wie z.B. die Form einer Tüte oder eines Bechers können darüber hinaus funktionserweitert dazu dienen, sie nach Entnahme bzw. Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß zunächst die Hersteller von Lebensmitteln, deren Produkte an oder in einer Halteeinrichtung in Form eines Griffes, Stiels oder Behälters, produziert und angeboten werden, ihre Produkte durch die Mehrzweckfunktion der Halteeinrichtung für den Verbraucher noch attraktiver machen können. Die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu dem Verzehrprodukt, z.B. einer Eiscreme, einer Schokolade, eines Lutschers oder sonstiger Lebensmittel ein oder mehrere weitere Komponenten durch die Mehrzweck-Funktion der Halteeinrichtung anbieten zu können, schafft der Hersteller weitere starke Kaufanreize. Der Kaufanreiz für ein Eis am Stiel beispielsweise, in dessen Halteeinrichtung sich ein Aufkleber befindet, könnte deutlich höher sein als für ein vergleichbares Eis mit herkömmlicher, rein funktioneller, Halteeinrichtung. Auch die Möglichkeit, im Hohlraum einer Halteeinrichtung in Form einer Tüte oder eines Bechers z.B. eine Luftschlange o.a. einzulegen und dem Verbraucher die Möglichkeit zu bieten, diese Halteeinrichtung darüber hinaus auch noch als Hütchen aufsetzen und benutzen zu können, schafft zusätzliche Kaufanreize. Insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit einem Fest, z.B. einem Kindergeburtstag oder Fasching, bieten in diesem Sinne funktionserweiterte Halteeinrichtungen dem Verbraucher zusätzliche attraktive Verwendungsmöglichkeiten. Durch die Vorrichtung eines entnehmbaren Einsatzes, z.B. einer aus der Halteeinrichtung entnehmbaren Waffel, in der sich das Lebensmittel befindet, kann vermieden werden, daß sich Lebensmittelreste an der äußeren Halteeinrichtung festsetzen. Eine weitere Möglichkeit, Halteeinrichtungen in Form von Tüten oder Bechern vor Lebensmittelresten zu schützen, besteht darin, diese Halteeinrichtungen bei der Herstellung z.B. durch ein leicht entfernbares Wachspapier vor Verschmutzung zu schützen, so daß die Halteeinrichtung selbst nicht unmittelbar mit den Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommen.The invention enables food manufacturers whose products are produced and sold on or in a holding device in the form of a handle, stick or container to make their products even more attractive to consumers through the multi-purpose function of the holding device.
