Description
Claims (15)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHE[ 1./ Verpackungstube mit einem Tubenrohr und einem unabhängig von diesem hergestellten Tubenkopf, der mit dem Rohr über an beiden Teilen vorhandenem thermoplastischem Kunststoff verschweisst ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen mindestens teilweise aus Kunststoff gebildeten ringförmigen Verbindungskörper, der einander benachbarte Umfangsränder von Tubenrohr und Tubenkopf aussen oder innen überlappt.
- 2. Verpackungstube nach Anspruch 1, mit einem mehrschichtigen Tubenrohr (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungskörper (16, 40, 60) ebenfalls mehrschichtig aufgebaut ist.
- 3. Verpackungstube nach Anspruch 2, mit einem eine Sperrschicht (34) aufweisenden Tubenrohr (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungskörper (16, 40, 60) ebenfalls eine Sperrschicht (30, 42, 68) enthält.
- 4. Verpackungstube nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungskörper (16, 40, 60) als Tellerscheibe ausgebildet ist.
- 5. Verpackungstube nach Anspruch 4, mit einer metallischen Sperrschicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungskörper (16) eine metallische Aussenschicht (30) aufweist.609883/0323
- 6. Verpackungstube nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungskörper (16) die Schulter (38) am Tubenkopf (4) und den Rand am Tubenrohr (2) aussen über-. läppt.
- 7. Verpackungstube nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tubenkopf eine Schulter aufweist, die den oberen Rand des Tubenrohres von innen überlappt und dass dieser Rand durch den Verbindungskörper von aussen überlappt ist.
- 8. Verpackungstube nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallische Aussenschicht (30) gegenüber der metallischen Sperrschicht (34) im Tubenkörper (2) thermisch isoliert isfc„
- „ Verpackungstube nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,, dadurch gekennzeichnet;, dass an den Verbindungskörper 40 ein zylindrisches Halsteil 48 angeformt ist, auf das der mit einer Ringnut (52) versehene Tubenkopf (50) auf= gesetzt und mindestens mit einer Kunststoffschicht (46) des Verbindungskörpers (40) verschweisst ist»
- 10a Verpackungstube nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche„ dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Tubenkopf 62 eine als Dichtfläche dienende Ringschulter (74) angeformt ist.
- 11. Verpackungstube nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Tubenkopf (62) eine als elastische Dichtung wirkende Dichtlippe (76) angeformt ist.609883/0323_ 17 _ 26280H
- 12. Verpackungstube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tubenkopf (62) eine als Dichtfläche wirksame Abschrägung (78) enthält.
- 13. Verpackungstube, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Tubenkopf (76) eine Ringnut (70) angeordnet ist.
- 14. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungstube aus einem Tubenrohr (2) und einem unabhängig davon hergestellten Tubenkopf (80), wobei das Tubenrohr (2) aus einem eine Metallschicht (34) enthaltenen Verbundmaterial gebildet ist und an beiden Teilen (2, 80) aneinandergrenzende Schichten aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff vorhanden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine im Schulterbereich von der Metallschicht (34) des Tubenrohres (2) isoliert angeordnete Wärmeerzeugerschicht(68) durch Induktion erwärmt und dadurch die aneinandergrenzenden Schichten aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff miteinander verschweisst werden.
- 15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzielung der Induktion ein elektromagnetisches Hochfrequenzfeld verwendet wird.609883/0323
