Description
■ Ein vorteilhaftes Beschichtungsmaterial besteht aus etwa 70 Molprozent Titanoxid und stwa 30 Molprozent Rutheniumoxid oder aus etwa 62 Molprozent Tantaloxid und etwa 38 Molprozent Palladiumoxid.
Wenn die Gemische elektrolytisch i. of getragen werden, kann das am besten unter anodischen Bedingungen stattfinden und vorzugsweise so, daß eines oder mehrere Hydroxide der Metalle sich ablagern. Diese Hydroxide werden dann durch Kochen in entsalztem Wasser oder durch Erhitzen behandelt.

Der Tantaldraht wurde dann auf 500 bis 700° C erhitzt, und diese Behandlung wurde so oft wiederholt, bis sich an der Tantaloberfläche mindestens 2,5 g/m2 Oxidgemisch befand.
